Pets Not Allowed CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Perfect Stay
Everything was perfect. The condo is actually very spacious. Cute little balcony, the master bedroom is awesome. 2 families of 4 fit perfectly here. The only thing that was a negative was the dishwasher. I don’t think it worked well and looked in rough shape. But the hat honestly didn’t bother me because everything else was so great. "

"Great Winter Get-away
We are Winter Texans. We stayed at the property for several months, and found it to be very comfortable and a great location on the island. The owner and Padre Escapes were very helpful and responded quickly with any concerns. We look forward to returning to the same property next winter. The carpets were in need of cleaning, and hope that they are cleaned before our return."
