The beds are hard, and bed blankets are very old and worn. I wasn’t expecting luxury, but cleanliness, consistent heat, and clean air should be mandatory. The hot tub, games, and layout of the cabin were great. Location was fine. I wrote to the management, and they said nothing. I also could not read the instructions for check in, or check out very well. It must’ve been highlighted in 3 different colors, with different fonts—very confusing. Be forewarned, I do not know why so many people gave this place a great review. I’ve stayed in so many VRBOs, been here for years, and this is by far the dirtiest/smelliest place Ive ever stayed in, and my first BAD review Ive ever given. People please leave honest reviews! Some improvement can be made by providing kitchen towels, kitchen dish soap particularly because there is no dishwasher, there was also no cleaning towels and limited cleaning supplies.
