This is a luxurious home that boasts four master suites and is just a short walk to the Glade Spring Spa, dinner at the Lodge, or golf at the Prospector Golf Course. This beautifully furnished home features a chef's kitchen, living/dining room, 4 bedrooms, and 4.5 bathrooms. This is an ideal retreat for 2 to 3 families or 4 couples.

From the moment you walk in the door you’ll feel right at home in this luxurious four bedroom townhome. The main living area boasts a fully stocked granite kitchen with stainless appliances and a gas cooktop. The dining table can expand from 6 to seat 10 comfortably. There is additional seating for 2 at the kitchen island. The comfortable leather sectional and chairs offer a relaxing spot to watch your favorite show or just warm up around the cozy gas fireplace. The family room boasts are large smart TV with cable TV. The 4 master bedrooms feature smart TVs, but no cable or satellite TV programming.

* 1st upper floor bedroom features a king bed, a Smart TV and a private en-suite bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom has a king bed, a Smart TV and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.

There is a $50 to $100 cancellation fee for reservations canceled with more than a 60 day notice before your scheduled arrival date (90 days for reservations made during Holiday periods). If you cancel your reservation with less than a 60 day notice (90 day notice for Holiday periods) your payments are non-refundable, but you have up to a year to re-book the same cabin during one of our designated Off-Seasons for a 20% re-booking fee.

"comfortable house, convenient location, good value
i give 9/10. very comfortable house comfortable beds and linens and duvets, nice couch and chairs, gas fireplace, most everything we needed in kitchen. great location across from lodge and good sledding hill. my family wants to book this house again for summer and next winter. we lucked out on a good snowfall with lots of things to do. House needed more coffee cups. several had chips in them and for house sleeping 8 or more, there were not enough coffee cups without washing every meal. could also use more kitchen towels--same thing, had to wash them after every meal which seems wasteful for hot water in laundry. some dining chairs did not have felt pads and floors were getting scratched. only 2 ceramic bowls in kitchen for microwaving food. we don't microwave in anything plastic, so more containers or bowls for reheating food would be better. kitchen sink faucet is somewhat touchless and kept turning off midstream which was annoying. we liked the keypad lock for front door. unit had nice sleds in garage to use. Nice blinds in bedrooms, but probably not fully room darkening in summer if that matters to you. "

"Just perfect
The area, the location, the home were all perfect. It was very comfortable for our group and we loved being across the street from the Cle Elum Lodge. The home had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to have hair conditioner along with the shampoo in the starter kit. Loved our stay!"

This 4 bed and 4 bath home is immaculate condition and shape, it's close to the lodge so you can walk there and get dinner or a cocktail. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook any meals. I would not hesitate to rent this place again."

"Great Family Reunion Union Experience
We had a family get-together... eight of us. (ages 62-91).
The location is next to the hotel....great location, for many reasons.
There was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy our time together. We spent lots of time indoors; talking and playing games around the large kitchen table.
The kitchen was well-stocked with anything you would want, which was good because we ate our meals here.
Each couple had their own suite, which everyone loved. No waiting for a vacant bathroom!
The one thing I didn’t know was that all bedrooms are upstairs. It was a bit difficult for my 91-year-old dad and my hobbled brother to get up and down the steps....but it worked!
We want to rent this unit again....that says a lot!"

"Suncadia Rental
The house was great, very clean and lots of room for 2 families to spread out. It was COLD during our stay and the fireplace was awesome. Time outside was limited due to the cold but the kids had a blast on the sledding hill. The tubing hill was expensive and dangerous in my opinion - recommend skipping that. We had an issue with a frozen shower drain - good communication and response from the management company. We would definitely return."

"Lovely Home great for our family
We went for a Christmas week get away. It was comfortable for everyone. Loved that every room had a bathroom. They even had a baby gate to keep the toddlers from going downstairs at night. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals.only issue we had was the heat didn’t work in one of the rooms and we had to keep the door open to stay warm. Overall it was a great trip, will definitely go back."

"Great but some weird water issues
The place was great, quiet and had everything we needed. The only negative experience was the showers. For some reason the water in any of the showers would turn cold during a shower, sometimes it would stay cold for a minute and then turn super hot while other times it would stay cold and not warm up again. "

4 bdrm townhouse close to the lodge. Superb bedding. Outlook is not great nor is privacy from the street. Utensils very well stocked. Amazon TV was an issue. Wanted a pin and no one was able to assist us. High quality furnishings."

"Comfortable Townhome for group gathering
We were in Suncadia for a wedding and this comfortably fit 7 adults with plenty of seating; although we did have extra chairs we brought for outside. My husband thought the bed was fabulous in our room. Each suite has a bathroom; the amenities differ in each. The garage has plenty of space for a car and bikes. "

"Extended Family Fun
We stayed at this rental unit with my father, my sister and her children, and my other sister and her children. Everyone had their own large room with a full bathroom. The kitchen was very homey and there was enough room to hang out, have space, but still be together. The location to the sledding area and the resort itself was awesome! Also, the house had everything we needed and was very clean."

"Comfortable and clean home with upgraded interiors
The house was very clean when we got there. Appliances, decor and furniture were all high end. The heating system seemed underpowered for the house as there wasn’t hot air blowing out of the vents in the farthest bedroom. Beds were all very comfortable and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The house is close to a nice big slope which was great for snow tubing. "

"Girls weekend
This was exactly what we needed. Upscale, comfortable and great location! The Grizzly Den was perfect. From the bed to the linens and kitchen was well stocked. We could have lounged on the couch all day. Across from the Lodge and walking trails the location couldn’t have been better. My only criticism is that it would have been nice to be able to adjust the heat/AC. (We got a bit warm at night) but not nothing that would deter me from returning. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions I had before arrival. Grizzly Den is a must! Just book it. You won’t be disappointed. "
