This spacious 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo is located in the Lodge I building in Ocean Creek Resort. The Lodge I is only about 1/2 of a mile from the beach and the resort offers a free seasonal tram service to and from the beach, that operates every 15-20 minutes. Enjoy all the comforts of home while on vacation. This unit can accommodate a total of 4 guests with 1 queen in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa the living room. Unit features a fully equipped kitchen, screened in patio and TV's in the living room and bedroom. There is also a coin operated laundry facility onsite.

Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

"Beautiful but ok
Thank you, the stay was good, just a few things wasn't that good nothing major: couldn't use the balcony had a sign that said keep closed at all times; the master bathroom toilet when flushed made this loud striking sound til it filled up; and the ice machine in the fridge didn't work and yeah it was to WHITE �������� because when we came up to go the pool or hot tub they would get out of the pool and hot tub but other than that it was good."

The rental was usable, but needs updated and cleaned better. Twice I called the rental company north beach realty with serious plumbing issues and for weeks I never received a response. Once we departed I again contacted north beach realty and still no response. Also, many things didn't work right- sliding door to the porch, ice maker in freezer, door knobs, etc. "

I stayed at this condo by myself for one week. Great location as the beach was only a short walk away. Very clean, comfortable and well supplied condo. The only minor issues with the condo were in the full bath. The bathroom fan/heater did not work and the same bathroom's toilette made a screaching sound after flushing."

"Subpar
We arrived at the unit to find that it was on the 4th floor. I was told originally when I called while booking, that the unit was on the second floor.
We walked up to the door to find spiders and roaches EVERYWHERE. The unit was stocked with all the linens and things we would need, but it was so dirty. The bathroom sink had mold and mildew caked around the faucet. The toilet had a red ring around the bowl. The tub was disgusting. There was dried up food on the kitchen floor. And sticky mess all over the dining room table. So the first evening we were there, we went to the store to buy cleaning supplies, and cleaned.
The closet doors were broken, and the balcony sliding door would shake anytime you open the front door. The balcony was also not usable, so that was not fun. I was not able to sit on the balcony and watch the sun set or rise. The indoor pool was nice, but it would have been nice to have access to the outdoor pools as well. You have to have a pool pass for those. The toilets make a freight train sound when you flush so it was nerve wrecking to use the bathroom. The staff and residents were extremely nice, and the property was beautiful. The unit is very dated. "

"Great location, infested with a lot of cockroaches
Ocean creek has the best location by far. The unit was clean, not enough cutlery in the kitchen and the blankets did not smell clean at all.
There were a lot of small cockroaches everywhere in the unit all the time especially when the lights are off they'll crawl out.
I also feel that the agency does not go beyond and above for loyal customers. I had to cancel my stay because of an emergency situation and they could not refund me for the two nights I did not stay after staying in their unit for over 40 days"

"Ocean Creek Lodge 1 Unit 2406
This trip was part business and part pleasure. There was only two of us, so this one-bedroom unit was more than adequate. The North Beach Reality company check in was efficient and relativity quick. We arrived at the 4:00 PM check in time finding a line of about 20 individuals ahead of us, however our wait time was less than 15 minutes. The unit was relatively clean however we did find a baby full of milk under one of the chairs. Our plan was to eat our meals in the unit and we did; however, the skillets and saucepans were very limited - two large skillets and one very small saucepan. The dishes and bowls we also limited but sufficient coffee cups and drinking glasses - there were no wine glasses. The cooking utensils were also limited but sufficient flatware. The living room and bedroom furniture was in reasonably good condition, with the exception for the living room couch/sleeper sofa. The TVs were adequate, but the VCR/CD was vintage. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets were the original 1980's installation and need to be repaired and refreshed. Some up grades were under way with new flooring installed throughout. We had two issues that needed to be repaired during our stay - one was we had no workable remote for the living room TV and the light fixture over the kitchen sink was broken. North Beach Reality responded quickly got us a remote and it took a little longer to get the light replaced. If you can make some adjustments the would be acceptable "

We frequently stay at this resort and enjoy the fact you can walk to the beach, enjoy the pools & even walk to restaurants if you wanted to. Our unit needs a new king size bed. The mattress was very uncomfortable!! The kitchen was old and faucet in kitchen was loose. "

"Never book here
Staffing is terrible. They have roaches in the rooms bedbugs and are a horrible company they won’t even reimburse a customer for inconveniences or any trauma caused. Traveled 7 hours from the hotel only to discover bed bug bites on my spouse 2 nights after complaint about roaches in the room. You complain to the staff and they are so ignorant as to say it’s a palmetto bug and they are common to the area.. Google a palmetto bug bet that mf say roach. Terrible people terrible company and garter digging this isn’t the first time they’ve reported about bed bugs. They willingly will tell you they inspect for bedbugs 2 times a year .. seems a bit unsanitary considering any person can bring them in/take them out. You have multiple guests throughout the week..how does that ratio work ? "
