The center piece of this luxurious home is the huge great room with soaring 30ft ceilings and a folding wall of glass doors that seamlessly lead to the large outdoor covered living area. The whole family will enjoy the massive gas fireplace and large smart TV. The fabulous chef’s kitchen features Viking appliances, 6 burner stove, and a huge granite slab center island that is ideal for entertaining. There is seating for 8 around the large dining table with additional seating for 5 at the kitchen island.
This home boasts 3 luxurious master suites with private en-suite baths, a king guest bedroom, and a bunk room that sleeps 6. The second floor bonus room is a great place to relax and hang out with its large smart TV, surround sound, wet bar, foosball table, and queen sleeper sofa.
Just down from the kitchen is the beautiful in-home fin sauna that is supported by a rain shower bath and a cold plunge tub just outside the door. The kids will love playing some competitive games of ping pong and pop-o-shot in the heated garage game room.
*** Please note: Access to the Swim and Fitness Center and Nelson Farm pool is not included with this rental, nor do we charge an additional nightly "Resort Fee". Maximum of 5 cars are allowed in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking.
(The Owners of Dreamers Lodge have a dog that visits the cabin with them. This cabin is not pet friendly otherwise, so please be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected. No other pets are allowed.)
Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted. Signed Rental Agreement will be considered final guest count.

There is a $50 to $100 cancellation fee for reservations canceled with more than a 60 day notice before your scheduled arrival date (90 days for reservations made during Holiday periods). If you cancel your reservation with less than a 60 day notice (90 day notice for Holiday periods) your payments are non-refundable, but you have up to a year to re-book the same cabin during one of our designated Off-Seasons for a 20% re-booking fee.

"Perfect Getaway
The Dreamer’s Lodge is the place to go when you have a big family or a large company ( up to 16 people). The house is large to fit everyone comfortably, the kitchen is very spacious and well stocked with cookware and utensils, bathrooms are plenty. But the merits don’t stop at the functionality. It’s a treat for your eyes and other senses. The furniture, the accommodations, the layout, the color scheme, and the decorations are tastefully done, creating a perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy your stay.
The sauna along with a cold plunge tub and a hot tub are worthy of separate praise. The outside furniture and features are done right, allowing for the best experience anyone can have. My compliments to the owners, designer, and to the managing company ������"

"Beautiful location and great accommodations
This house is definitely a five star. Absolutely immaculate and very well decorated. The owners did not spare any expense in furnishing the place. We really enjoyed having a hot tub and a sauna as well. Talk about a great duo. There’s also a cold plunge that you can enjoy after a hot sauna.
The beds were extremely comfortable and there’s plenty of space for everyone. A great home to do a family retreat. I would absolutely recommend this house. "

"Perfect Stay
We come to the PNW annually in August to visit friends and family. We always include a stay at Suncadia to enjoy all of the outdoor activities it has to offier. We chose Dreamers Lodge based on the photos and the description. WOW! It was even better in person. The house is large with plenty of space for our group of six adults. The furnishings are above average with amazing extras like the sauna, cold plunge pool, games in the garage and upstairs game room. The location in Suncadia is one of the best as it is private while still being close to the golf course and Swiftwater Cellars. We highly recommend and will definitely be back next year!"

"The Perfect Property
This house is perfect. We had 8 adults and 5 kids for 4 days and nights, and everyone had plenty of space. The hiking/bike trail is directly across the street.The fire pit and hot/cold tubs were a great hit. The kitchen is well equipped and has excellent appliances. All Seasons Vacation Rentals is a first class, excellent property management company. This is the second property we have rented with them within the last year.We look forward to coming back again.

"Birthday Getaway
The house was incredible! Such a great layout and had all the things we needed for cooking and lounging. Not only is there a hot tub but there’s a cold tub for you to dip into after the sauna! The beds were super comfortable which is always a plus. The suncadia elk decided to drop by a couple of times and walk right through the back yard. We did have two clogged drains on the main level but maintenance came out right away and fixed them. Overall, I would def. stay here again. The house is beautiful and just as pictured "

"A perfect weekend getaway
This is such a beautiful home! It's well decorated, comfortable, and has everything you need to enjoy a little getaway. We stay at Suncadia quite often and this home was one of our favorites. This is a new home, but all the amenities have been well thought out. There were six adults and 3 toddlers in our group, and this home had something for everyone. There's a sauna, game room upstairs, games in the garage, hot tub and a wonderful outdoor space with a fire pit. We'll definitely stay here again!"
