CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be cancelled by Guest with notice to Agent within seven (7) days of the date of the reservation call, and more than thirty (30) days before check-in and any deposit received by Agent shall be refunded to Guest minus a $250.00 administration fee. After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.

The condo was very clean! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you would need to make a meal. They had beach chairs and a backpack cooler which was very handy! Wish they had provided a box of tissues and better hand soap but overall we would give the place an A plus! "

"Beautiful View
Lovely condo with an incredible view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Be careful if you go to the beach at low tide, large hidden rocks/boulders in the ocean.
We had an amazing visit until the day before we left when an unsecured dresser with a television on top tipped over onto our daughter while she was packing her suitcase. I called the property management to advise and suggested it be properly secured asap once we left so no one else would be injured. "

"Beautiful condo in an amazing community!
The condo is beautiful and was larger than I expected. The community is gorgeous with wonderful landscaping. The pools and snack bar were great. The gym was small but got the job done for our group. The only negative was the large rocks at the beach. If your group wants to play in the water, I suggest driving down to Flagler area to play rock free. After every one of them getting cut on the rocks, we spent our last two days at another beach. But if you only want to walk the beach and swim in the pools, then this place is perfect!!"

We had the best trip to Cinnamon Beach! This condo was simply amazing. It is better in person than what you see in the pictures, if you can imagine that. Everything was super clean and the layout of the condo is perfect for a family. We were also allowed to bring our little pup to enjoy the trip and that made it even better. Thank you so much for the beautiful views and the amazing stay! We will definitely be back."

"Great stay at Unit 721
Thank you for a wonderful stay at Cinnamon Beach in unit 721. It had all the comforts of home, very clean and amazing ocean views. Excellent porch to enjoy meals and listen to the waves. We especially enjoyed the location of the unit in relation to the sidewalk/boardwalk to the beach. Excellent access to the beach. The beautiful grounds and facilities were very nice. Though it is no fault of the Condo owners or the property management, we found the hidden rocks/boulders in the surf (high tide) to be quite disruptive to our vacation and suffered foot injuries. Be very aware and make certain you go out into the ocean AFTER you have seen the beach at low tide. Great place to stay if you are not intending to be active in the ocean, but rather walk and sunbathe."

"Awesome Beach Condo!
This beach condo is nicely decorated, comfortable, and well equipped in the Kitchen! I love that the owner has gone to the extra little expenses to make our vacation an outstanding experience. There are too many amenities to list, but a few items I loved are that they rubberized the porch so that you didn't slip when it was damp or raining. They have great tables for outdoor dining as well as a living room trunk that doubles as a lift-up table if you want to watch a movie while dining(it also has plenty of games in the trunk). The Bedrooms all have nice decor and very comfortable mattresses and one bedroom has a Wii game. The kitchen is a cook's delight in that it has 2 sets of plates (1 plastic for kids or informal meals) and 1 porcelain for nicer dining as well as a large set of bowls. They have both a coffee maker, Keurig. and a Mixer (with glass bowls). The kitchen is stocked with everything and More! I couldn't believe the storage containers, colanders, baking dishes, and beautiful wine, martini, and cocktail glasses! The view and location are wonderful. If I come back - I will definitely request this unit...all of these upgrades and it's Pet Friendly!"

"Perfect end of the year retreat
The condo is beautiful. Loved the living area floors. Beds were comfortable an the kitchen had everything you needed. The ocean view is spectacular and wonderfully easy beach access. We took advantage of bike riding in area State parks as well as Long Beach walks. It was a wonderful, healing end to a rough year. "
