The Chef’s Kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking appliances you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s seating for 4 at the long kitchen bar, and the large dining table seats 8 comfortably.
Just off the great room is a fabulous entertainment patio that features a gas fire pit, dining table, gas grill, lounge chairs, and a private Hot Tub! The home backs up to one of Suncadia’s green belts and you’ll often see Deer, Elk, and Wild Turkeys!
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* Main floor master bedroom has a king bed, a TV, direct access to the outdoor patio and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and large tub.
* The 2nd bedroom on the main floor is a bunk room which features a twin/full bunk bed with a twin trundle and a twin daybed with a twin trundle. This room sleeps 6.
* The 1st upper floor bedroom is a queen junior suite with an en-suite private bath that has a large walk-in shower.
* The 2nd upper floor bedroom has a queen bed and a TV.
* At the top of the stairs you’ll find a comfortable TV lounge equipped with and XBox and a sofa sleeper that pulls out into a queen bed.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia swim center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a $100 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking.

There is a $50 to $100 cancellation fee for reservations canceled with more than a 60 day notice before your scheduled arrival date (90 days for reservations made during Holiday periods). If you cancel your reservation with less than a 60 day notice (90 day notice for Holiday periods) your payments are non-refundable, but you have up to a year to re-book the same cabin during one of our designated Off-Seasons for a 20% re-booking fee.

"Birthday Celebration
Good Living Inn provided us a wonderful stay! We had a group of 12 celebrating a birthday. The home was more than accommodating. Responsive staff, even after hours. Be aware, there a TON of rules & if not overwhelmed by them, the inundation of emails leading up to your stay will get you. However, over communication is better than lack of.
Outside of property, especially backyard was not the tideiest. Trash throughout grassy areas. Back patio had not been blown off or wiped down. Leaves/debris throughout. Tabletops/Covers were dirty/dusty/grimy. Bbq itself, although clean grills, area was filthy. Utensils hadn't been washed, covered in food & left out to the elements. The starter on bbq was broke & no hand lighter to be found nor instructions on operating grill. Had to call after hours, Shawn called handyman to come out but we figured it out. Scoured house & found a lighter in most non obvious place. Shawn, confirmed proper position of gas valve to be "On". It was in fact opposite, of what Shawn said. Valve is way, way, way in back of grill, through filthy, dirty, creepy hole I had to stick my hand into while almost laying on dirty ground to operate.
Garage/play area was also pretty dirty. It's a garage so to be expected BUT it's also a game room. Pool table not covered so it had a layer of dust bunnies that impacted level of game play. Cigarette ash all over PacMan video game.
Some dishes like the glass ones, casserole etc appeared to be hand washed as were covered in a film like grease.
Refrigerator & Stove cook stop not the cleanest. Has small crumbs/debris in it
Overall, the house was nice. For the price & cleaning fee, I would expect a little higher standards. "

"Good Living In
We have rented several houses from All Seasons. This house was nice and clean. I appreciated it being a pet friendly house...we brought our older dogs. It had a large back yard and a lot of privacy. I loved how the outdoor fire put was just off the porch. This allowed us to enjoy the fire and stay out of the elements. "

"Winter Escape
My family stayed at this place and found it comfortable. The faucet in the kitchen leaks. Had a problem with the heat but got fixed in a timely manner. Would recommend better lighting on the front entry way as my husband tripped, he was fine. All in all it was a nice place... "

Everything was wonderful. The house is well appointed and cozy. When we rent we choose houses that are private, have good kitchens and a hot tub. Everything was perfect. There is a garage game room with a pool table, ping pong, basketball throw and a mini pac man. The out door BBQ is hooked up to the house gas line and worked wonderfully. The hot tub has a lounge feature that hit the spot. The All Seasons team always goes above and beyond. The house was clean and well stocked. Kudos to Housekeeping, Maintenance and of course Alicia, Leah and Kevin. Thank you for always providing a memorable experience."

"Winter stay
We had a wonderful stay. We had everything we needed for our stay. We couldn't get our TV local stations to work but just a quick call and they walked us through how to fix it. Our hottub kept blowing the breaker so it didn't heat very well but that wasn't a huge deal. They house was roomy, very clean and slept us all comfortable. The Mattresses are definitely firm so that was a small discomfort. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return."
