Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation date, all payments will be refunded less the cancellation fee of $100.00 and the insurance premiums (if purchased). Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

"Almost Perfect!!!
The North Beach Staff was awesome! From check in to check out they were top notch. Our unit was just as described. It was very nice with great views and plenty of space. A/C worked and kept the main room cool, but it did not cool the bedrooms. No air blows out of the duct in the master and there was already a box fan placed in the secondary bedroom so I’m guessing this is an issue they’ve had reported before. But no one let us know this would be a problem. Other than that, it’s was absolute perfection!"

"Spring vacation
After viewing several sites, my family settled on this one as our favorite choice. Once there, I was impressed with how spacious the unit is! I really liked how the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the unit. More quiet and private that way during sleep time. The double bathrooms were nice. Kitchen was well stocked, and I was able to cook for my family with ease. The side ocean view was wonderful!!! Loved the sunrise over the ocean from our view. Furniture was nice and well maintained and the washer and dryer was great! The only thing bad I have to say is there were roaches in the guest bedroom, guest bath and kitchen area. To be fair, no, I didn’t call about them because I didn’t want chemicals sprayed when my child was there. And honestly...I’d say it would be hard to keep those pesky devils at bay in a big building like this with so many units and tenants. Otherwise, this was absolutely a wonderful spot to vacation and I will consider it again in the future. Positively lovely stay. Thank you for offering such a neat, clean, homey modern unit. "

"Seawatch Resort
We had an amazing time! The unit was great and convenient to many area activities! We had constant trouble with the Wi-Fi, though. It would only allow us to stay logged in a few minutes at a time. We had to continually log back in throughout the day—even while we remained at the resort.
The realty office was not very friendly or helpful at check in or checkout. I would have appreciated a little more friendliness and help. The info book in the unit was outdated, too. But other than that, the experience was terrific!! We really loved the condo!! Thank you!"

"Seawatch A Must to Stay
We had a wonderful stay at Club Wyndahm's Seawatch Resort as we have stayed there before with a friend. Our unit did have some issues..first was an internet/Wi-Fi issue and some pans were not usable (mgmt was fast in addressing these issues - the 2 young guys were respectful and helpful - they did try to figure out why the dining room light wasn't working. On Saturday, another gentleman came to look at that issue. Ended up an electrician had to come on Monday - sure enough, it wasn't wired properly. However - there was still an issue with the Wi-Fi/internet with my laptop and the Alexa they had there did not work either..I was able to use the Wi-Fi on my iphone & ipad..but it was frustrating to not be able to use my Microsoft Surface laptop as I was trying to work remotely. The only other issue was the toilet overflowed the last night we were there..have no idea why.. we did not contact management as it was in the middle of the night and my husband was able to take care of it..The only other issue was the unit next door, when they took a shower and turned it on & off, it sounded like a bomb when off! But we still enjoyed our stay due to the pool area and easy access to the beach, grocery store and Tanger Outlet mall and restaurants . Love North Myrtle Beach!"

"Ok stay but could have been better
Unit was nice enough but needed to be cleaned better. Dirt around baseboards and washing machine full of sand. There was construction- buzzing and drilling going on every day which was a real bummer. Then the unit above me was doing projects too! Very disruptive! I called the management company and spoke to a manager and she said they would get back to me and never did. Not impressed. Location is nice and convenient to all. If you go from 2nd week in march on expect spring break party. If prior expect construction noises the maintenance guy told me! "
