This newly constructed contemporary mountain home is beautifully appointed and designed with comfort and entertaining in mind. The open concept great room allows for easy flow between the living area and the outdoors. You will be surrounded by floor to ceiling windows and glass doors, wood floors and beams, and a large stone gas fireplace. Perfect for cozy evenings together, or entertaining family and friends on the large patio.
The fully stocked kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and a bar island large enough for a prep area and will seat 4. The large dining table is just steps away and seats 10 comfortably.
There is an outdoor BBQ, a spacious fire pit with seating for 6, and a large hot tub to enjoy those relaxing mountain evenings just outside the sliding doors leading to the living room. The large covered patio has a dining table that will seat 10, with extra chairs just in case.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
• The Master bedroom is on the ground floor and has a king size bed, smart TV and large windows. The attached bath has a wet room area with shower and soaking tub, and dual sinks.
• The junior master on the ground floor has a queen bed, smart TV, and attached bath with a walk in shower.
• The junior master on the second floor has a queen bed, smart TV, vaulted ceilings and large windows. The attached bath has a tub/shower combination.
• The 4th bedroom is also on the second floor and has a queen bed, smart TV, and vaulted ceiling and large windows. It shares a hall bathroom with the 5th bunk bedroom, and has a combination tub/shower.
• The 5th bedroom has one twin over twin bunk bed, smart TV, and one twin over full bunk bed.
• The mother in law unit over the garage has 2 full over full bunk beds and a private bath with shower. There is also a smart TV, mini fridge, and microwave. This is a great spot for the kids!
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this hom

There is a $50 to $100 cancellation fee for reservations canceled with more than a 60 day notice before your scheduled arrival date (90 days for reservations made during Holiday periods). If you cancel your reservation with less than a 60 day notice (90 day notice for Holiday periods) your payments are non-refundable, but you have up to a year to re-book the same cabin during one of our designated Off-Seasons for a 20% re-booking fee.

"Suncadia get away
We had a great time at Suncadia. The house was sufficient for us. We were disappointed not to be allowed access to the pools/rec center. The picture shows a nice grassy area, but the area was dead grass and full of weeds and very pokey stickers. Our two year olds could not enjoy that area as we has hoped. The house was clean and we had good customer service. "

"Beautiful house, perfect for a large group
The house is beautiful and very well kept. The kitchen is stocked with all the dishes/cookware you need. The beds are comfortable and bunk beds are stable enough for adults. The living/dining/kitchen area can hold a lot of people without feeling crowded. "

"Great friends reunion for New Year's Day
We had a fabulous friends reunion for New Year's Day at this home! It was a spacious, wonderful house with attention for every detail.
The kitchen very well equipped with everything we need.
Almost every bedroom has a private bathroom which was fabulous .
The property manager was very responsive and made as felt very well.

"Spacious property in a soulless area
The house itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and a kitchen well-stocked with pans, plates, bowls, and utensils. Unfortunately, we didn't do enough research into the actual location, as we found Suncadia overall to be a fairly soulless 'resort' community of cookie cutter houses wound between two golf courses. There is a winery in walking distance with very reasonably priced wines (and shockingly expensive food), so that's a plus!"

"Cozy vacation rental suitable for small groups
If you're looking for a small and cozy vacation rental close to Seattle, Uncork and Unwind at Suncadia Resort might be worth considering. The property boasts 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, including bunk beds in 2 of the rooms. However, be warned that the pictures online can be deceiving, as the space is not as large as it appears.
While the property is advertised as being suitable for groups of 24 people, my experience with a group of 24 people was less than ideal. The kitchen and gathering area were on the smaller side, which made it difficult to all sit together and play games. That being said, the property was well equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils and equipment, including pots, pans, mugs, plates, and cutlery.
Unfortunately, we were unable to use the hot tub due to a malfunctioning outside heater. Additionally, the 4 bunk beds located above the garage were small and separated from the main house, which was not ideal for a group of 8 people. The only other option for entertainment was a table tennis table, which was suitable for kids.
Overall, while the property was equipped with the necessary amenities and had some fun features like bikes to use, the space was tight for a larger group and the separate bunkhouse was not ideal. I would recommend this property for smaller groups (12-15) looking for a cozy getaway, but caution against booking for larger groups."

"Memories
Driving through an ice and snow storm we arrived to find a cozy house with a Christmas tree and fireplace for Santa. That night howeveraround 10PM dripping water from the ceiling in the master bathroom. Nice to have an emergency # to call. The next day the rest of our family arrive after roads opened up. We then discovered a bedroom upstairs had a saturated wet rug in half the room and water running down the walls. Pictures sent and a fan and heater were delivered. The smoke alarm went off, the master shower had water running all over the bathroom and the smell of sewer as we checked out. But, inspite of the plague of disaster WE all had a time of laughter, sledding, enjoying each other and making family memories. Thanks be to GOD."

"Nice space
The main house was nice and had enough room for everyone. The MIL above the garage was a bit tight for the number of beds. The MIL was not as clean. We found some food and wrappers under the beds. Overall, the stay was nice. "

"Family weekend
This was our second time staying in this house and the whole family had a great time here. There was enough snow for the kids to sled down the hill in the back yard and they enjoyed the hot tub and the games in the garage. The kitchen has plenty of pans and dishes for a large group (18 of us). We hope to stay here again. "

"Snow shovel work out
The home was beautiful and well appointed, great location. The only down fall was the daily shoveling of the 2-3' high berm of snow that had to be shoveled so we could get out of the driveway. the Walmart plastic shovels could be up graded as well if you need to use them daily. For the extreme high cost of the nightly fees, I would assume this driveway entry could be cleared. At least let the renters know that they are responsible for show removal. I do know this service was somewhat provided, a very nice man showed up one day at 12:00 PM for a bit with a snow blower for a few minutes(he did apologize for being late). Regarding the cleanliness, when we stripped the beds we found some long hair and dog hair on the mattress covers, we also found a couple pills and food crumbs on the floor in the bathroom of the apartment above the garage. "

"Family Celebration
We had a wonderful 5 day stay for our entire family to celebrate our mother's birthday. The spaces were wonderful and the house was very well furnished and supplied. The only thing missing was a 2nd refrigerator for large groups. We used every room well and had wonderful times playing games and telling stories."

"Beautiful house!
Loved this house--so new and nicely decorated. The finishes were top of the line. Both the kitchen and the master bath were insanely beautiful. Speaking of the kitchen, I have never stayed at a vacation rental that was so well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, etc. The in-law suite over the garage was a great hang out spot, although the game room in the garage could use a few more amenities. One of our favorite spaces all week was the gas fire pit in the back yard. With comfy Adirondack chairs all around it, we spent every evening chatting and laughing around a fire. Overall, a great house!"

"Great Getaway!!
My family decided to get away after a very stressful few months. Cork & Unwind was perfect for the 10 of us (plus 2 dogs!). The home was very clean and spacious, with everything we needed. The kids loved the extra space above the garage as well as the activities they found in the garage. We all took many walks around Suncadia which was beautiful. "

"Long overDue family visit
After a year and a half away from our family in Washington (we live in Alaska) we rented this home and hosted both sides of our family - they rotated throughout the weekend. We had plenty of space for everyone and used the mother-in-law apartment above the garage for my brother's family complete with 3 years old twins. They woke up early and played while the rest of us slept soundly. We used the hot tub, the gas fire pit, and the surrounding parks - even saw deer and dozens of elk. The family room was perfect to unwind in, complete with all TV and a warm and cozy fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked, enough plates for everyone and the kitchen table offered us enough room to host family dinner. The hosts had the place set up perfectly, starter packs of TP, paper towels, dish soap and laundry detergent. "

This house is gorgeous, perfect for large family and friend gatherings, and a nice location. The master bath (main floor) is stunning. And the kids had a great time in the loft area above the garage. Only note is that there is quite a bit of construction in the area so expect trucks parked up and down the street and some noise. "

RESERVATION PROCESS: All season team provided excellent clarification on doubts, and prompt reply to my emails.
RENTAL PROPERTY: The house exceeded our expectations. It has every specification as listed on the website, match exactly the photos. The location was excellent, nested within Suncadia surroundings and every finishes in the house were well maintained and the cleaning was excellent. Extremely important during covid-19 situation."
