Your stay will include a starter set of linens and supplies:

A departure clean is included in your stay.
There are coin/card laundry facilities on-site in each building
* All guests staying will have access to every amenity (when open).
* The lazy river (located behind the A Building opens 4/1) and oceanfront pool (located in front of the A Building will be open year-round)
* The pool located behind the A building between the Lazy River and the A building is heated.
* The indoor pool and hot tub located in the B Building are open year-round.
* The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub located in the Five Seasons Center will be open year-round.
Rates do not include Taxes and Service Fees. MINIMUM AGE 23. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents.
Rental agreement must be signed within 3 days of booking to ensure a seamless check-in process.
We do NOT accept third-party payment sites (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.)
Beginning January 1st, 2025 a parking fee of $5 per vehicle/per day will be charged at the security gate via credit/debit card. You will receive a hang tag from the security gate with the dates of your stay. Please have the parking pass displayed at all times while on the resort property. This is a Myrtle Beach Resort policy and not by .
Guests are not permitted to bring a trailer on the property except during the official Myrtle Beach BIKE WEEK (Spring: May 9-18 Fall: Sept. 26- Oct. 5) and the trailer is not to exceed 18 feet from the tip of the hitch to the back of the trailer. There is a charge of $100 per trailer per week and an additional $5 per bike and vehicle towing the trailer per day.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: All cancellations of a Confirmed reservation are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to your check-in date, any advance deposit will be refunded less the $75 cancellation fee. No refund of any advanced payments will be given if a cancellation occurs within 30 days of check-in date and unit is not re-rented. Please note: If for any reason the rental property you have reserved becomes unavailable, Myrtle Beach Management (MBM) shall be held harmless by Guests and will provide comparable accommodations at the original rate whenever possible.
A request to change reservations to a different property will be treated as a cancellation and therefore subject to this cancellation policy. NO refund of advance payment(s) will be given in the event of a "no-show." In addition, if final payment is not received by 30 days prior to check-in, then Myrtle Beach Management (MBM) may cancel the reservation. In such event, any advance payment(s) will not be refunded. "No frills
Overall the experience was good, the price was high for the room and amenities. The room we were in you could easily hear people in the hall way as the doors did not seal well or have seals at all. This was sometimes an issue although never long enough to justify notifying security. We also had an issue in the master bathroom that was brought to attention within the first 24 hours of arriving but was never resolved during the stay."

Check-in and check-out was easy as can be. Accommodation's were exactly as described and was perfect for 2 adults and 3 children. View was excellent and seemed the higher up the easier it was to get elevator. We definitely will be booking again. "

"A million dollar view.
Overall we had a wonderful time and great experience. There were three negative things that we want to mention. The unit furnishings were only adequate. The building was undergoing major construction and many of the amenities were closed. In addition there was a steady stream of tradesman going in and out of the building causing delays at the elevator(s). In our opinion, Myrtle Beach has oversold their dedicated bicycle paths."

"Amazing Memories
We traveled with our two children from NY to Myrtle for our first family beach vacation. We had the time of our life on this trip. The condo felt like home and was in a perfect area. We felt safe, and it was not crowded at all (we went the last week of August so I'm sure that had something to do with it). The Quarterdeck was perfect to end our days with some entertainment and some snacks/drinks. The beds in the condo were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. We absolutely will be back and can't wait to make more memories here! **The only suggestion I would make is to replace the couch in the living room. It's pretty stained and you can tell it's an older couch. We just used one of the extra set of sheets on the couch when needed. "

"Not the worst
This is our fourth stay at Myrtle Beach Resort and the location and amenities of the property are great for our family of 5. The resort is older but maintained well. The elevators in the Renaissance Tower are awful during peak days and times but nothing we didn't already know going into the stay.
The condo itself is in a great location on the 20th floor. The pictures are a correct depiction of the space. The three beds in the extra bedroom were perfect for our 3 kids. However, the room itself is very small and they were stepping over each other if they were all in the room together. Nothing we couldn't deal with but definitely a negative. The master bedroom is spacious with a king size bed. The mattress in the master is awful. Perhaps if you are used to firm sleeping you will enjoy but for us, it was nothing short of horrible. The couch in the living room is awful. Don't plan to use it to sleep additional people.
My biggest complaint is the condition of the bathrooms. The shower head and curtain liners are covered in black shower scum. The shower liner in the master bathroom was so dirty I didn't want to shower in there. Overall the condo was clean. The floors were sticky from sand and my kids feet were black from the floor but it's a beach property so I don't think you can even eliminate all of the sand.
Overall, for the price, the condo was good. We personally won't choose this particular property again but like I said, for the price, it worked. "

"I've been staying at this resort for 15 years!
After 15 years of staying at this resort not much has changed. The elevators are horrible! The toilet in master was broken (and stated in earlier reviews) the pots and pans beed to be updated(most of them you really can't use)the blender leaks, the couch bed is not suitable for adults to sleep on. When I checked in, the room was kindof clean, there was sand on the floor,pop on the walls of bedroom, and bathroom. The hallways smell horrible. The lack of security presence on the resort is very noticeable. The reason I have been coming back year after year, is the view for one, the bar is amazing,and I love its location. "

The overall experience was a good one. The beds were soft the room was nice. The floors were little sandy when you first walk in like not been swept. The decor was nice. The kitchen had everything you need. The bathrooms need a little attention. Maybe a little update on shower and toilet. Had plenty of hot water decent water pressure. The only down fall to entire building for our family was when you get off elevator and open the door to walk to the room the hallway has a mildew unpleasant smell. But overall like I said we had a great time. "

"Nice place to vacation
The room was clean. Beautiful view from the 20th floor to the ocean. Very convenient to get to the beach. Everyone we ran into was friendly. On the ground floor there is a convenient store and just outside that there is a bar lounge. I have two small kids the only thing I will say is that I wish the kiddie pool area was open maybe an hour or 2 later during the summer. But overall it was a wonderful experience and we will be back."
