This home was built for family entertaining, with a floor to ceiling fireplace, gourmet eat-in kitchen, and adjacent dining area for everyone. The Chef’s Kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking appliances you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s seating for 4 at the large kitchen island, and the wood slab dining table seats 6 - 8 comfortably.
Just outside the great room is a scenic covered patio with a gas grill and big views of the Rope Rider Golf Course and Tipple Hill. You can also see Swiftwater Winery just beyond the tee box. The outdoor living space boasts a huge gas fire pit and a private hot tub.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* Main floor master suite has a king bed, a Smart TV and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and dual sinks.
* The main floor guest bedroom has a queen bed and is supported by a full bath across the hallway with a walk-in shower.
* 1st upper floor bedroom is a king master suite which features a TV and a private en-suite bath with a large tile bath and dual sinks.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom has a queen bed.
* 3rd floor bonus/bunk room features two sets of twin/twin bunks behind a barn door. Just outside the bunk room is a bonus room furnished with a couch, comfortable kid’s chairs, smart TV w/cable, and an XBox One gaming console with a few games.
*The guest queen guest bedroom and bonus/bunk room are supported by a large guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged an $80 to $90 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking. **

If you cancel your reservation with less than a 60 day notice (90 day notice for Holiday periods) your payments are non-refundable, but you have up to a year to re-book the same cabin during one of our designated Off-Seasons for a 20% re-booking fee.

"Great place to have a group vacation
I booked this vacation home for a pre-Thanksgiving get-together with friends, and we were not disappointed! There were plenty of very comfortable sleeping accommodations—everyone loved their sleeping spaces. With a couple of gourmet cooks in our group, we found the kitchen spacious and well-equipped. The stove and oven worked perfectly, as noted by our chefs. Although it rained most of the time we were there, the game room provided a fantastic diversion. Overall, we loved the location, the brightness, and the cleanliness of the unit. We will probably be back soon!"

"Lovely Holiday Rental
Three Pines Lodge was a great home for our three generation family of 10. The grandkids spent a lot of time on Tipple Hill and surrounding smaller golf course hills sledding in the snow. The home is in an area that is quiet except for some late night holiday revelers next door. The home was very clean, the kitchen well equipped with everything we needed and room in the pantry for the food and supplies we brought. We were so grateful to the owners to let us have an early check-in to get set up before the rest of the family arrived. Two bedrooms have ensuite baths and the others are close to bathrooms, as well. The bunkroom was perfect for our grandsons and our granddaughter had a room to her own. The owners supplied a Christmas tree and some holiday decorations, so it was the festive experience we were hoping for. The garage had ping pong and foosball tables and a media center was located upstairs for the kids. Everything was absolutely perfect! "

Great experience! Definitely would like to come back. Loved the floor plan - 2 bedrooms on main floor and the rest upstairs. Perfect bunkbed nook. Kitchen VERY well stocked with everything we needed for our group. Outside fire pit was enjoyable, as was the hot tub. Location was great - close to Dawson Park, close to Tipple Hill which is a must hike! Overall, beautiful home!"

"Great Getaway
Our family had a great time staying at Three Pines Lodge. The house was equipped with everything that was needed and it was nice to have the rec room upstairs for the kids to hang out in while the adults were on the main floor. Nine of us shared this lovely home for a winter long weekend. The home suited us perfectly. We played games for hours in the garage game room, skied right out of the back patio and cooked great meals in the well equipped kitchen. One of the few homes our extended family has rented that actually fit us in the living room. Hot tub was great as was the outdoor fire pit. Definitely a place we will come back to. Our hosts were very accommodating and responsive."

This house was amazing! We were all adults, but would be great for a group with many games and the bunk bed room with the little sitting area was great! Kitchen had everything and more that we needed, hot tub and fire pit were perfect. The downstairs master suite was perfect and the large closet held my daughter's wedding dress and several bridesmaids dresses and they could even change in there! "

This was a beautiful property with a great layout and a perfect location. It was clean, right on the golf course, and had great amenities. The only suggestion I have would be to have another heat source in the childrens bunk room/play area. They are located above the garage and have small vents. even when the heaters are on in the garage it was still chilly. "

"Perfect Family vacation destination ever!
Suncadia was my families 3rd choice for our family summer vacation, originally we all were heading to Boston for a graduation and when that got cancelled we decided on Whistler but the boarder was still closed so I told the family about Suncadia as I've stayed at the Inn before and it was the best decision and choice ever! The house at three pines lodge is gorgeous and very private. The kitchen big enough for many cooks and the outside where we spent most of our time was lovely with the hot tub, fire pit that we sat around each evening and a separate seating are under cover that we would sit around enjoying a cocktail before dinner and watch the kids run around and play. The golf fairway is right there so it felt like we were looking out on our backyard. We didn't have access to the pool so we played at the Lake a couple days and river rafted down the Yakima another day. Some of us didn't bring bikes so we went into Roslyn and rented these awesome bikes for a day and explored all the many trails in Suncadia. "

"Magical Family Vacation
Three Pines Lodge at Tipple Hill was beautiful, clean, spacious, and a perfect spot for our family vacation. The location of the home situated right on the green with a view of Tipple Hill was just ideal- it afforded the kids the freedom to run out the back door and play in the snow to their hearts content. It also provided for a magical evening when a herd of around 20 elk walked by during sunset. Things we appreciated: cleanliness of the home from the tidied drawers to the pristine condition of the carpets and white sheets, supplies provided from laundry tabs to sleds and board games, amenities such as the hot tub and games garage to the kids den right outside the bunk room- the kids never wanted to leave the house! Thank you for a magical stay!"

The home was beautiful and very well equipped and supplied with the basics. We had a great stay and particularly enjoyed hanging around the fire pit in the evenings with friends. The directions provided to the home need to be updated, we had a difficult time finding the place using the directions provided. Overall we would definitely recommend this rental property."

"Spacious Home in a Fantastic Location
We had a wonderful stay at the Three Pines Lodge. There were eleven of us in our group, all women. The bedrooms were all incredibly comfortable. Lots of outdoor space and amenities to enjoy. The kitchen was huge and well stocked. Love Suncadia, we golfed, we hit the spa and we dined at the winery one night. It was truly a fabulous trip, one of our best yet."

My in laws are from Yakima and we are from Mercer Island so this was the perfect location to meet half way for our Christmas gift from them which was a weekend in one of our favorite places. It was so much fun! I rented this house for the 10 of us and we had more room than we needed! The four kids ages 9-14 loved the bunk room and the home was absolutely gorgeous and so clean! The kitchen was awesome and the accommodations were perfect. The hot tub was very clean and the location of this house is ideal. We made some very special memories this past weekend and are already looking forward to next years trip! We would love to book again! We had zero issues. 100% would recommend this company and home!"
