"Fun in the sun
The house was perfect for our group of 11 (six adults 5 kids). We could gather or spread out. The kitchen had all we needed. Adults and kids enjoyed everything the house had to offer - the playroom in the garage, the firepit, the awesome swim spa, the view of the golf course. It was very hot during our stay and the yard could use a couple of trees to help shade the patio. We spent time at Speelyi Beach, enjoyed the parks, golfing, lunch at the Brick Saloon in Roslyn and of course a trip to Owens Meats in Cle Elum. All in all a perfect mini vacation!"

"Lovely Weather, Cavernous Home, Perfect Family Reunion!
Arrived to find more than enough space for our three families (6 people). We were reuniting with the other two families (9 people) so we lightly used our host’s amenities. It was hot outside but cozy cool inside. We served one 15 person meal and found everything we needed to accomplish that. The kids enjoyed garage pool and ping pong. The hot tub was a great way to “cool down” after a round of golf. Unfortunately, we couldn’t roll back the spa pool cover to experience some in place swimming (seems like there is water inside it?). But the Nelson Farm pool was refreshing, too ($8 per person per day). We slept well. A few more cereal bowls and wine goblets would be nice! "

"Very comfortable house for our extended family getaway!
A wonderful house for our multi-generational getaway. Swim spa & hot tub, pool & ping pong had everyone occupied during our rainy wknd. Rooms are comfortable, spacious for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay.
Some small notes: Bring so your own plastic wrap/aluminum foil, nonstick pans are pretty scratched up, ladders to get to top bunk bed is super painful on the feet to climb up. "

"5-Star Vacation
We stayed at Swiftwater Lodge for one week through Christmas and the entire stay was amazing. The entire house was beautiful and impeccably clean and spotless. We arrived several days before Christmas and there was a Christmas tree set-up next to the fireplace which was unexpected and very nice. All amenities; to include the jacuzzi, pool table, ping pong, and fireplace were perfect. Good location for skiing at Snoqualmie and short drive to town for restaurants and supermarket. Would definitely stay there again. The staff was extremely quick to answer questions. Description and pictures were accurate. We had a tremendous vacation!"

"Wonderful Stay At Swiftwater Lodge
We organized a family reunion for 32 and needed 3 houses. All Seasons helped us find houses available on the same cut de sac and we had a great time! Swiftwater Lodge is spacious, sits on the 15th fairway of Rope Rider and accommodated our large extended family well. Unlike many Suncadia houses, the grass area in the back is watered and mowed allowing a great space for the kids to run around and for us to host a family-wide corn hole tournament. Although we didn't end up using them, there is also a hot tub and what appeared to be a swim spa. The house was clean and the kitchen well-appointed for cooking. The garage had both pool and ping pong set up and the youngest grand kids could safely ride bikes in our small circle off the street. Tipple Hill Loop is a fun area for kids with a 'nature trail' running inside the loop. Our only caution as we were traveling with small grand kids- the large fireplace in the great room is completely open (no glass or screen) which wasn't an issue as we were here in the summer, but might cause a safety issue in the winter months. We have rented from All Seasons many times and they are easy to work with and always on their A-game. We highly recommend this property!"

"Swiftwater Lodge Review
Overall our stay and the home was very pleasant and enjoyable. Kitchen is very nice. Disapointed in the lack of garage space for bikes, strollers, etc. One small garage has a pool table and ping pong table in it, the other is not accessible (locked for owner access only). BBQ is in poor condition and needs replaced. Recommend adding a few window coverings for privacy in various locations downstairs. "

"Amazing Rental Home!
This home in Suncadia is fantastic. We loved the outdoor patio area, including the swim spa. The view of the golf course was perfection and we even saw six deer one morning. The beds were comfortable, and our only complaint was that some of the windows did not have blinds. The master bedroom should definitely have blinds on the back door. If you sat on the patio, you could see right into the master bedroom bed. The kitchen is beautiful with high and appliances and our family enjoyed using the pool table in the garage. We were happy to walk into the house and here calm music playing as we entered. The icemaker was a struggle for us, we couldn’t figure out how to make ice. There were no ice trays or other options included in the house. In regards to the blinds, they definitely need to put blinds in the bathrooms as well. I was able to look directly into the house next to us, so I am sure they could see me as well. Only other issue we had was that there was no lighter to use the fire pit outside. Our favorite thing about this house was sitting in the swim spa in the evening and looking at the stars. Thank you for a quick getaway at your beautiful home."

What a unique opportunity to stay on a golf course. The floor plan is nice and creates a great indoor/outdoor experience for dining and socializing facing the golf course. The swim spa and pullout sofa were not working, and it would have been nice to know that prior to our stay, but it did not distract from what a nice home this is."

Large home - great for a family get away! Large great room - nice open floor plan - room for 10 at the indoor and the outdoor dining tables - long bar with lots of seating. Big fireplace with a surround sofa that fit us all. A fire pit and swim spa were a highlight for our kids - as was the bunk bed room! Can’t wait to go back!"

Overall...our stay was very nice! The one thing that was a problem was the kitchen floor was filthy. Went to wipe up something and the paper towel was black! This was shortly after we arrived. Also, there was no blind or covering on the door in the Master suite. Thought that was a little odd! But the house was well appointed and had everything we needed!"

Our family had a memorable stay recently during the Christmas week at the Swiftwater Lodge in Suncadia. The home was well-appointed and spacious enough for our large family group ranging in ages from 3 to 75. There was something for everyone whether you wanted to just relax on the couch, cooking & hanging out in the kitchen area, the kid's bunk room, hot tub, or roasting smores at the fire pit. We had a great stay and definitely want to come back. "
