The huge Chef’s Kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking appliances you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s dining for 8 at the large dining table, with additional seating for 4 at the over-sized kitchen island.
Just off the great room is a fabulous, covered entertainment patio that features a gas fire pit, dining table, comfortable couch set, a private Hot Tub, and a built-in gas BBQ. The patio is a great spot to sit back, relax and enjoy the views of the gold course and Tipple Hill! Take a short walk up the cart path to enjoy a wonderful dinner and exquisite drinks at Swiftwater Winery.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* The main floor master has a king bed, direct private access to the back patio and an attached private bath with a heated floors, walk-in shower, soaking tub and dual sinks.
* The 2nd main floor bedroom has a queen bed.
* The 1st upper floor master has a king bed and a private bath with a walk-in shower.
* The 2nd upper floor master has a king bed and a private bath with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo.
* The 3rd upper floor bedroom features a queen bed.
* The upper floor bonus bunkroom has two sets of twin over twin bunks, a full trundle and a TV Lounge area with Blu-Ray. The bunk room is supported by a hall bath with a tile shower.
* At the top of the stairs is a loft area which includes a full hide-a-bed couch.
* Off the other side of the kitchen is a guest bath with a tile shower, a large laundry room, and a mudroom entrance.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged an $80 to $110 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 6 cars in the driveway which includes garage use. Suncadia prohibits street parking. **

Great place for our family to stay for our son's wedding. Layout of this house is great with lots of space for adults and children to hang out. Outdoor space with the gas fire pit was used often, including cozy evening chats. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely rent this place again."

"Fully loaded
Ive stayed in more than 20 homes in Suncadia and this one did not dissapoint. The kitchen was fully loaded with very pan, tool or cooking device we needed to cook for our large group. We loved the fire pit area area and spend hours there each evening. I thought it was very thoughtful to add a list of hikes nearby in the house binder. Had it been summer, we would have surely appreciated that information. Although, I prefer to stay a bit closer to Suncadias amenidies, I would absolutly stay again! "

"Winter Vacation
We couldn’t have chosen a better home for our family winter vacation. The house was beautiful, extremely clean, tastefully decorated, and very spacious. The neighborhood was fantastic, and the nearby amenities made it easy for all of us to enjoy fun snow activities like snow tubing and building a snowman. It was the perfect setting for making lasting family memories. I’m already looking forward to visiting again and booking with All Seasons Vacation Rentals!"

Beautiful home, beautiful location, relaxing and fun time. We particularly enjoyed all the kitchen space and amenities? Why have one set of tongs when you can gave 5. Why not have everything you need, including largest salad bowl in the county? Thank you! We enjoyed our 3-night stay!

"Heart of the Hill
We had a great time! The property is beautiful, very well maintained, and had great amenities. Our favorite part was the beautiful back patio which we spent a lot of time on enjoying the weather, and lounging by the fire pit in the evenings. The kitchen was well equipped with all the cooking equipment and utensils we could need, and the kids loved the upstairs playroom with the bunk beds. The list of potential fines was a bit daunting, but I imagine that's to be expected from any rental property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"Great place for a group to relax and enjoy the scenery.
Great place for both indoor and outdoor living. We had a group of 13 guys, so we spread out throughout the house. The finishings are quite nice and high end. We enjoyed cooing meals and hanging out on the back patio. The house overlooks the golf course so you can see players going through the course throughout the day. The winery is visible from the house and is a great place to spend some time. The neighboring homes are a little close in Suncadia, so keep that in mind. We definitely will consider coming back to Suncadia."

"Peaceful Retreat
Our family had a relaxing stay at Heart of the Hill. The golf course had yet to open for the season, which was really nice for additional privacy. Everything was just as advertised. The hot tub and outdoor BBQ were enjoyed by all of us. Great vacation, once again. "

Definitely will be back to the Heart of the Hill! This home was perfect for three families and provided enough space where we were not on top of each other. The home was as described on the website and was well-maintained. The hot tub and firepit were a hit!

We had three families stay here and it was amazing. The house is gorgeous, stocked with everything you need. Location is great as well. The kids loved their area upstairs - bunkhouse/lounge. Three king suites with bathrooms were extremely nice. Would highly recommend."

"Great stay!
We had a lovely pre-Christmas stay at Heart of the Hill. The house is perfectly set up...had everything we could have needed, including fully stocked kitchen and lots of kids things and a bonus Christmas tree! The bunk room had some added toys and games which was unexpected and helpful. We had a few small issues and I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful and responsive the management staff was over the weekend. The only issues we encountered were trouble with getting the rooms heated equally (one freezing and one overly hot), and the TV being difficult to navigate without any instructions. The house is really great, rooms are comfortable, open kitchen was fantastic and there’s lots of space for getting snow gear on and off. We would definitely come back. "

We have stayed at many houses throughout Suncadia and this is by far our favorite! The outdoor space, including the fire pit, was our favorite spot. The kids really enjoyed their separate space in the bunk room and the living room was very comfortable for watching the big game. The home is beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. "Wonderful Vacation Home in Ideal Location
We rented this home in January 2021 for our annual 6-day "Winter Camp" retreat with our children and grandchildren (10 people total). It was perfect for our family. From the location (close to Tipple Hill sledding and Swiftwater Winery) to the chief's kitchen (masterful!) to the bunk room (grandkids loved it!), we couldn't have asked for anything better. The home was clean, well managed, and easy to get to. Plenty of clean dishes and cookware in the kitchen. We all were very happy with the condition of the home."

"Amazing home
This house had everything we needed. It felt warm and inviting. Everyone was very comfortable and we definitely took advantage of the hot tub and the fire pit, which were bonuses for us. Although we didn't use anything in the garage for the kids to play with, it was nice to see that the option was there if we wanted to use say a sled or something. We loved having the boot dryer on hand since we fully took advantage of all the winter activities offered in suncadia."

"Impeccable Location, Layout & Cozy atmosphere!!
We've been renting properties between Sunriver and Suncadia for the Holidays for the last 10+ years- This property is without a doubt one of our tops! 3 things stand out immediately: 1) Layout of the house was phenomenal- square footage was perfect 2) The location was impeccable- It's on a beautiful spot on the golf course and centrally located by the massive hill which is a staple that everyone climbs within the Suncadia community 3) Cozy- Between the fire place in the front room, the loft looking down and the Hot tub overlooking the walking path this place was flat out warm and cozy for any stay. I highly recommend and we'll consider again in the near future. "

"The great getaway
Myself and a group of girls rented this home for my 30th birthday celebration. Everything was absolutely perfect! The gorgeous exterior fire pit, seating area and hot tub as well as the fully supplied kitchen. It was everything you could want! Our only complaint is that none of us could figure out the TV. I would recommend something more simple as we tried for about 3 hours to get the sound to work and weren’t successful. "

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was gorgeous and the location in Suncadia was ideal for us as it was close to the park. My favorite spot was the outdoor entertainment area and we spent HOURS out there enjoying the view and firepit.
Pro Tip: If something doesn't work or you have questions-- REACH OUT. They were EXTREMELY quick to respond and come out to the home to help us with a minor issue."

"Beautiful & Relaxing!
We spent a long weekend here celebrating my husband’s birthday with a few close friends. The home was very clean, had everything we needed as far as amenities and even had bikes/scooters in the garage for us to ride. The location was nice. The home isn’t very secluded, but one of the homes has trees between their house and ours so there was some privacy. The kitchen was well stocked with spices as well as cooking pots/pans and utensils. I loved how this home was very clean and sanitary. You can tell the cleaning staff does a wonderful job. We had a great trip and will be booking with this amazing rental agency again!"

"Home away from home
Every year we gather with our children and their families for a winter get-away. We enjoy the bonding time which includes cooking, lots of talking and outdoors. Most of us cross-country ski. Some can drive to the nearby pass for downhill skiing. The house supported us in a great way, feeling relaxed and comfortable all the way. We enjoyed cooking together and playing games. It’s a wonderful house!!! Thank you and the owners!!!!

"Relaxing Weekend Away
This cabin is beautiful, clean and cozy. It was a perfect spot for a relaxing weekend away with my friends. A short walk to the Cellar. Also close to Dawson park where there is a playground, tennis court and I believe a dog park, besides so much green space. We didn't use the full Hide-a-Beds, but I believe one of them is in a common area. There is a room with 4 twin beds and 1 hide-a-beds. In that room there are video games and many game options. The only think that didn't work for us was that the fire pit didn't provide much heat, so we didn't hang outside too much. The 120-foot Tipple Hill (I believe consisting of tailings or waste material from the mining process) is right in front of the property and while it blocks the view it also creates privacy. The snow tubbing is nearby. "

"Prestine Cabin Home! Great for big families
This home was amazing. All of the master bedrooms and bathrooms were incredible, spacious, and very clean. The kitchen was large and had anything you could need. The backyard and the grill were perfect for cooking for a large group of people and it was fun being right on the Rope Rider golf course. 10/10 would recommend this home and its an easy walk up to Swiftwater Cellars to grab a drink or a bite to eat."

This home will not disappoint especially if you are traveling kids but still enjoy a pristine home! A handbook is provided with helpful house rules, local activities and restaurants. Kitchen is fully stocked with beautiful dish-ware if you enjoy cooking. If you are traveling with toddlers/kids the owners have provided a high-chair/booster, pack n play, plenty of board games and bunk room is equipped with game consoles. Open floor plan and amazing patio! Would NOT recommend for groups who plan to throw house parties. This home is designed for guest who appreciate quality and cleanliness! "

"Comfortable Spacious Home!
Came over for a girls weekend. Most of my girlfriends had never visited Suncadia before so having them experience Heart of the Hill was a wonderful way to introduce them to luxury and fun while in Suncadia!! The covered outdoor space had plenty of seating and we really enjoyed the firepit and hot tub. The kitchen was very well appointed and had lots of counter space and room to move around and make meals. The layout of this home with the 4 large bedrooms and bonus bunkroom and additional sleeping loft area made everyone feel like they had their own privacy. Beds were very comfortable and the amenities were truly appreciated! Would stay here again!!"
