The elegant granite and stainless steel kitchen is fully stocked for you to make fantastic in home meals. The dining table seats 8 with additional seating for 5 at the kitchen island.
The garage Game Room will delight your whole group! The Owner transformed this room with nothing but entertainment in mind featuring shuffleboard, ping pong, and a large Flat screen TV!
Large sliding glass doors off the great room open to a comfortable and scenic outdoor living space with views of the golf course. The private hot tub is a great place to relax after a long day of golf, or playing with the kids at one of Suncadia's many parks.
BEDROOMS:
* Main floor master suite has a king bed, a TV, direct access to the back patio, a private bath with dual sinks, a walk-in tile shower and a large tub.
* 1st upper floor bedroom has a king bed and a TV.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom has a king bed.
* 3rd upper floor bedroom has a queen bed.
* The upper floor bonus room features 2 twin beds, a twin/twin bunk bed and a queen sleeper sofa.
* On the 2nd floor there are 2 guest bathrooms with shower/tub combos.
* The main floor has a powder bath.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swimming Pools and Fitness Center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 6 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking.**
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
**The Owners of Rocking Chair Retreat have a dog that visits the cabin with them. This cabin is not pet friendly otherwise, so please be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected. No other pets are allowed.**

If you cancel your reservation with less than a 60 day notice (90 day notice for Holiday periods) your payments are non-refundable, but you have up to a year to re-book the same cabin during one of our designated Off-Seasons for a 20% re-booking fee.

"Amazing
The place had a perfect layout for a few young families! All the adults had king size beds, while the kids had an incredible time in the bunk room together. Though it's on the golf course, its removed enough to give some privacy for back yard bonfire and hot tubbing. Great quiet street for our kids to ride bikes without the worry of cars. We've stayed at a number of places in Suncadia and this was our favorite so far! "

"Rocking chair stay
The home was beautiful & quiet. Our family had a great time there & at Suncadia. A few things could’ve been better, we were all prepared to grill our dinner, then the propane tank was empty so we couldn’t. The garage was freezing, where they keep the games to play like ping pong & shuffle board, one of the reasons we chose it, could use a heater in there. And there is nowhere to hang any clothing in the master suite. "

"Rockin Chair Road
Loved the home and the location. There was just a couple of things that could have made it better. Not all of the burners on the cook top were working. As a matter of fact, only half of them worked. Also, the vent for the cooktop did not work at all. Also, the closet in the primary room was locked. There was no useable closet in the primary bedroom whatsoever. I realize everyone needs to lock up some kind of space for privacy, but not in the primary bedroom. I loved the area is we have friends that live on the same road. Grandkids and kids enjoyed it."

"Spring Break 2022-
The only complaint I have about this property is the room above the main floor master suite has extremely squeaky floors. So, if the people above are up moving around it’s extremely noisy down stairs in the master bedroom. This would be an easy fix and would definitely improve the ambience of the master bedroom. Overall, this is a nice home. "

Easy to find, close to the lodge, golf, main enter an easy out to cle elum of I 90. All the rooms were large, master bath on the main floor is huge. Sit in the hot tub with snow coming down and deer walking across the golf course was a cool experience."

"Beautiful Home!
We had an amazing family vacation at the Rocking Chair Retreat. The house is gorgeous. The kitchen was fabulous with every thing you could possibly need. My only suggestion would be to have a list of the kitchen tools and utensils you provide. I brought my own knives, garlic press, ladles, soup pot, crock pot and large serving bowls I would need to feed our large group because I had no idea what to expect. Comfortable seating in the garage would have be a nice addition, so people could hang out there more comfortably. All in all, it was a great place to stay. We hope to return next year."
