"Maple Leaf Retreat" is located in the heart of Suncadia Resort, just a short walk from the award winning Prospector Golf Course clubhouse and the Stovehouse Restaurant. Take the Suncadia Trail system to some fantastic sledding on the 10th fairway, or ride bikes through the scenic resort and its many kid friendly parks. This luxury 3 level home features 5 BR, a large bonus room, 4.5 BA, Hot Tub, AC, and free high-speed Internet.

On the main level enjoy all of the comforts of home with a gourmet kitchen, pantry, stainless-steel appliances, and a laundry room. A large dining table that seats 10 with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island bar. Warm up around the fireplace while watching your favorite blu-ray movie or TV show. Walk out the sliding doors and relax on the elevated deck while taking in the golf course views.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* Main floor master suite has a king bed, a TV and a private en-suite bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
* 1st upper floor master suite has a king bed, a TV and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom has a king bed and a TV.
* 3rd upper floor bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. There is a guest bath with a shower/tub combo outside of the upper floor guest bedrooms.
* Lower floor bedroom is a bunk room with two sets of twin/twin bunk beds. This room is supported by a guest bath with a walk-in shower off the hallway.
* The lower level has a large entertainment/media room with a large sectional that has a hide-a-bed that pulls out into a queen bed.
* The main floor features a 1/2 bath.
The garage game room is a fun spot to hang out, watch TV, and play Ping Pong!
The home is off a shared driveway that is fairly steep. Please be prepared with studded tires or chains in the winter months. Maximum of 4 cars in the driveway. Suncadia does not allow street parking. Additional vehicles are welcome to park in the over-flow parking lot at the Suncadia Inn.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and Fitness Center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home.**

If you cancel your reservation with less than a 60 day notice (90 day notice for Holiday periods) your payments are non-refundable, but you have up to a year to re-book the same cabin during one of our designated Off-Seasons for a 20% re-booking fee.

"Beautiful home
The home was great and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and they had enough entertainment for the kids to enjoy. Our driveway was at the end of the road so we didn’t have to worry about other cars passing by, it felt pretty private. There are 3 rooms at the very top level (1 master bedroom, 1 king size, kings and 1 queen) the main level has 1 master bedroom. The bottom level has 2 sets of bunk beds ( not great for adults) and a nice size living room. I definitely recommend this home. The only thing I had an issue with was that for - 2 night stay it said we could only use 1 garbage can, and if we used more we would be charged or we had to take the garbage with us. That’s hard because we spent most of our time cooking and we definitely needed more than 1 garbage can."

"2024 Winter Cabin Getaway with Friends!
We all had a great time at the Maple Leaf Retreat. It was very clean, it was well stocked with all the essentials (I would either add separate towels for the hot tub or bring your own) location was perfect & we enjoyed walking around Suncadia, everything was so close by. I would defiantly rent this place again. "

"Lovely for all; perfect for family with little ones!
We were travelling with a toddler and an infant. The home has two pack and plays, 2 bumbos, 2 sit and spins, fun toddler toys and books and lots of nooks and crannies to put sleeping toddlers and infants, such as a large master bedroom closet. The bikes, including the baby trailer with LOTS of helmets, were nothing short of amazing. For everyone else, the firepit, the gas grill, the wonderfully stocked kitchen, the easy location, the numerous bedrooms and bathrooms, the cozy decor ... all fabulous. We did not use the hot tub but lifted the lid long enough to be able to say that it would have been delightful. Highly recommend. We would be thrilled to stay here again."

We had three families stay for a long weekend. 6 teenage boys and one teenage girl. Enough room for everyone and so much fun! Easy to gather on the main floor for meals and the basement was perfect for the kids to have their own space. "

"March Madness (Basketball) 2024
High School buddies for over 20 years, we get 1 chance a year to get together, catch up, relive memories, talk about our kids and families. Maple Leaf Retreat gave us the necessary space, environment, and activities in and around SUncadia that made this one of our best trips. We are basketball junkies, plenty of space to watch the games all weekend, great environment for dinner and lunch as well. Definately one of our top 3 destinations for vacation rentals @ Suncadia. Can't wait until next year."

"Perfect family weekend!

We loved Maple Way Retreat, perfect kitchen with anything you could possibly need, the large dinning area hosted many fun games as well, The 5 bedrooms fit our family needs perfectly along with down stairs extra TV / game room. Beautiful view of the 14th hole of Prospector across the very quite street. We enjoyed the deer in the yard every morning and evening., easy access to bike trails and all the fun activities Suncadia provides, including ax throwing at Nelson Farm."

"Great getaway for family fun
The Maple Leaf Retreat was perfect for our family getaway. So many fun features from the fire pit and hot tub out back to the table tennis, bikes, and corn hole in the garage as well as books, puzzles, and everything you need for a poker night in the house. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing large meals. There were dishes, boosters, books, and toys for our toddler. We definitely overpacked! I would've saved some room and instead packed my own pillows. That was the only thing I found lacking at the property. Would definitely stay again."

"Perfect Family Stay in Suncadia
We stayed in this beautiful home in Suncadia for my daughter's wedding at Swiftwater Winery. The house was beautiful and accommodated our family very well. The house is well stocked and comfortable. We used the hot tub, bikes, and fire pit. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. The wedding party rented a large house a couple doors away so it was great to have extended family and friends close together after such a long time apart. I would highly recommend this house. "

"Big Chill Reunion
First of all we loved the big dining was great for sitting around and calling up old memories. We had a serious problem with parking 5 cars. There basically is only room for 2 unless you want to shuffle cars throughout visit. Basement was cold and one of the bedrooms is quite small, room for walking around bed only. Kitchen was well-equipped. "

"Roomy Retreat!
We rented this spacious and beautiful home for a long weekend with two other families, all with young kids ages 3-9. With 6 adults and 8 kids there was still plenty of room for everyone to sprawl and have their own space without ever feeling crowded. The kitchen is well-stocked with basically any amenities you would want, and there were plenty of linens to go around. The back patio with gas fire pit and hot tub was a popular destination for everyone to kick back and relax. The house has 7 Roku TVs, Xbox, board games, and easy access to trails, sledding, and anything else you’d want to do while at Suncadia. This was the perfect winter getaway and we would definitely rent this house again! "

Maple Leaf retreat is a comfortable well appointed home. Relaxation was the primary reason for this trip and Maple Leaf Retreat was very relaxing. The home is well laid out and fun. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and BBQ. The house has several mountain bikes available for use during your stay. The beds are comfortable and bedrooms a good size. The kitchen was fun to cook in and a great size. We had a really great time and have already booked our next stay. ASVR was, as always, a pleasure to work with. "
