This spacious 4 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom residence offers enough sleeping arrangements for up to 11 guests to spread out comfortably over 2,200 square feet of well-appointed living space, making it a perfect accommodation choice for a large family, multiple families or a group of close friends looking for a mountain adventure.
The spacious great room features a chef’s kitchen with stainless appliances, dining table with seating for 8, a large kitchen island with seating for 3, a gas fireplace, and a 60” TV with Dish Network.
Step outside to the covered patio and you’ll enjoy the 6 person dining table, private hot tub, and a gas fire pit!
The whole family will enjoy hours of entertainment in the garage game room that features a shuffleboard table, foosball, pop-o-shot, and a large TV with Dish Network.
The home boasts two King Master Suites with private en-suite tile bathrooms. There is also a King Guest Bedroom and a bunk room that has two sets of Twin over Twin Bunks, and a Twin Trundle. There are a total of 3 bathrooms with showers and a ½ bath off the great room.

** We are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged an $80 to $95 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. This home has parking for a maximum of 3 cars in the driveway. Additional cars may be parked a block away at the Suncadia Inn. Suncadia prohibits street parking.**

If you cancel your reservation with less than a 60 day notice (90 day notice for Holiday periods) your payments are non-refundable, but you have up to a year to re-book the same cabin during one of our designated Off-Seasons for a 20% re-booking fee.

"Wonderful Week at Sunrise Ridge
The property was as shown in the images. Everything was clean and well kept. Our kids loved the garage games and I discovered my little son is a way better shooter than I was. There's lots of televisions so everyone could watch what they wanted when needed so one less argument among the kids. It was a bit of a work week for me as well so I really loved having the desk upstairs to get some work done away from everyone when needed. This was our third trip to Suncadia and we've always enjoyed the properties. We were able to catch dinner over at the winery and enjoyed some pizza in Cle Elum from Swiftfired Pizza. We really enjoyed those meals, but of course it was also really easy to get supplies from the local Safeway. The property is also close to the park and other Suncadia amenities. Just a great week for us and we'll definitely be returning again and again."

"Family weekend at Suncadia
This house worked out perfectly for our family. Two daughters and their families and myself (grandma). Loved the two master bedrooms and the bunk bedroom for the boys. We cooked meals in and plenty of dishes, pots pans, etc. It was close enough to walk to sledding hill and ice skating. The game room was fabulous! Spent a lot of time in there and also used the hot tub. We would definitely book here again."

This home was perfect for our family over the holidays! Loved the added Christmas tree and stockings!!
The beds were comfortable and each had excellent pillows. One of the pipes was frozen and maintenance came out right away to help get us all squared away.
Overall a really great home!"

"Enoyable Girls Weekend
The house was nice, clean and well laid out. It was well stocked with dishes and kitchenware.A fridge in the garage would be helpful as we bring all of our own food and drinks.Hot tube was in good order.Fire pit area very small and doesn't put out much heat and is cramped. Appreciated newer/big TVs to watch movies at night.Last suggestion would be to have window coverings on the tall windows in the livingroom. Overall great house and I would recommend it. "

"GREAT HOUSE for Grandparents, Kids & Grandkids!
GREAT proximity to Pond Activity Center and trails. Location of patio, just off dining/kitchen area was perfect, with hot tub (pristine condition) adjacent. All Seasons Resorts' description was totally accurate; and as we've come to know, the home was in exceptionally clean condition upon arrival. The kitchen had everything we needed, and All Seasons Resorts made sure we knew what was there, including provisions for extra supplies, knowing we were a family of 10. Lovely home, and we had a very fun time there!

"Beautiful place!
First time in suncadia! We had family annual trip and we all had amazing time. The cabin is beautiful and clean except there’s a lot of web and dust on ceilings and stairs. We couldn’t find the fire pit outside due to a lot of snow, other than that it was well maintained. We had a lot of fun! Anything we needed or had questions were answered in quick matter. Planning to be back! The location is wonderful, lots to explore and do. "

"Great Property!
Our criteria for a family get together was a room for kids and dog friendly. Well maintained and stocked property. The management company communicates well and provides all the necessary info for checking in and out remotely and even how to handle trash.
Would definitely stay here again!
10-15 minute walk to the Lodge or Inn (Tesla destination charger at the Lodge - no charge except for tipping the valet).
Good description of the property on VRBO. The Hospitality app that they use is comprehensive and works well."

"Comfortable, Well-appointed family friendly Suncadia home
We really liked Sunrise Ridge and had a great family vacation.
Two issues are worthy of your attention. The air conditioner had a hard time cooling the upstairs, which is where people need it cool to sleep. We had to close all the air vents on the main floor in order to force cool air upstairs and it was still warm, but tolerable. A second air conditioning unit dedicated to the second floor would solve this problem, and would probably pay for itself over the years because the main floor unit would be running a lot less.
The second issue: the house next door, also, we thought, a rental unit, had a suction dart game set up that made loud sounds like a metallic gong. Teenagers played it all afternoon and into the evening, stopping shortly after 10 PM. The banging sounds were very palpable from inside our living room and bedrooms. I don't know how one solves this problem, but if this house is under your rental management I would tell the owners to disappear the game.
Anyway, we had a great time at Sunrise Ridge and loved Suncadia"

"Just What We Needed
Our getaway to Suncadia was perfect; the snow was plentiful and the house was cozy. We enjoyed our time here, playing in the snow, walking the dog, playing games and watching movies. The house was perfect for our family of four, with all the amenities we needed, there was even a little "care package" for our dog. The location is great, set in between the lodge and the winery and just a short drive from Cle Elum where you can go get groceries."

The rental was a perfect stay for our family. The house was clean and well stocked with towels and paper products. My only complaint is the lack of privacy given the close proximity of the homes and the construction noise next door. The noise was not ideal conditions for a 4-month old, those working remotely or trying to sleep in while on vacation. "

"Fabulous and welcoming vacation home
We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay in this beautiful home. The home was just as described -- well appointed rooms, very clean, convenient location, and spacious. Loved the Christmas tree for some holiday spirit. We used the hot tub which was clean and easily accessible. Spent time in the game room with our family which everyone enjoyed. Snowshoed and tried the ice skating rink. Would definitely return perhaps in warmer weather - would like to sit on the patio in the summer time and use the fire pit! "

"Great Holiday Getaway
Our family had a great stay here over the New Year. The house was clean, new, layout was good, kitchen had everything we needed. We had a lot of fun sledding and playing in the snow just minutes from the house. Our only complaint was that there was construction happening right next door that would start at 7am. The house being built was maybe 10 ft from two of the bedroom windows. With that said we still had a great stay and the property managers were very responsive. "

"A perfect holiday stay
We started our stay with a delight that will remain a special memory for our family for many years to come. When we first walked into a beautiful rental it was all set up for the holidays. I actually cried with surprise joy and my toddler rushed over to look at the tree.
The rental was in a great location walkable to the main resort. We took advantage of the stroller many times. There were toys and games suitable for a range of ages from baby to adults. Lots of gear for little ones meant we didn't have to pile a bunch of extra stuff in our car-- portable crib, sound machines, booster seats, safety gate...
Beds were comfy. Thoughtful consideration of kitchen equipment means we had everything we need-- even an electric tea kettle!
Overall made a magical and special retreat. Thank you

"Great experience
The house was clean and well furnished. There wasn’t a lot of decor, which I prefer since we have little children. We were pleasantly surprised there were white noise machines in a few closets as well as extra toys. Overall it was a great experience."

"Perfect Getaway
We had an incredible stay at Sunrise Ridge. The booking process was easy and the property was new, clean, and so well thought out. We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor living and loved that this property has a fire pit and hot tub! The master suite felt like a private oasis - the bed was so comfortable and felt really luxurious. The garage has been converted into a game room, which made for a fun night even for adults! We were just a short walk from Swiftwater Cellars and lots of walking trails. We even had a visit from a deer in the front yard. Can't wait to go back!"
