"Pine Breeze" is located in the heart of Suncadia Resort, just a short walk from the award winning Prospector Golf Course Clubhouse and the Stovehouse. Take the Suncadia Trail system to some fantastic sledding on the 10th fairway, or ride bikes through the scenic resort and its many kid friendly parks. Just across the street is a fun community children’s play structure and outdoor basketball court. This luxury home features 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Private Hot Tub, AC, heated garage game room, and free high-speed Internet.

Step inside this mountain retreat and you will be greeted by a spacious, contemporary rustic home with vaulted ceilings, wood beam accents, large windows and beautiful hardwood floors. A perfect recipe for bringing the outdoors in while relaxing in luxurious comfort.
The open concept living room, dining area and kitchen flow together seamlessly and offer a place to entertain, share meals, or play games for the entire family. The living room with comfortable seating for 6, large smart TV with XBox player and floor to ceiling stone fireplace is the perfect blend of cozy and convenient with direct access to all areas inside and out.
The fully stocked kitchen boasts granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, 6 burner gas cook top and long kitchen island making meal preparation a snap, and seats 5 for meals or conversation. The large wood dining table adjacent to the kitchen seats 8.
Step outside through the living room to relax in the warm Hot Tub or enjoy the large gas fire pit with built in bench seating. Make some time to BBQ some great steaks or hamburgers on the gas grill, and enjoy outdoor dining under the covered patio. In the winter months the slope in the back is perfect for sledding.
For larger groups you can rent Miners Gold next door and have two side-by-side 3 Bedroom homes!
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 2-3 cars in the garage and driveway. Suncadia does not allow street parking. Additional vehicles are welcome to park in overflow parking at the Inn at Suncadia. **

There is a $50 to $100 cancellation fee for reservations canceled with more than a 60 day notice before your scheduled arrival date (90 days for reservations made during Holiday periods). If you cancel your reservation with less than a 60 day notice (90 day notice for Holiday periods) your payments are non-refundable, but you have up to a year to re-book the same cabin during one of our designated Off-Seasons for a 20% re-booking fee.

"Perfect getaway

"Convenient and Comfortable
We were in town for a family wedding and the house was great! Our grandkids stopped in while they were staying with their parents at a nearby Suncadia condo and were delighted to see the well equipt game room in the garage; they loved it!
One suggestion to elevate the stay as other vacation rentals we've stayed at have, is to supply a small amount of coffee and/or tea and also bath gel or soaps for the showers.
Thank you for a lovely stay and we will definately check on renting this home the next time we are staying in the Upper County."

"Lovely Suncadia vacation
We had a wonderful time the Pine Breeze cabin. On our first night we had problems with the hot water and oven, but someone came over right away and fixed everything! The home is perfectly located near the Inn and Lodge so we could walk to all the fun winter activities. The size of the home was perfect and our children really enjoyed the games in the garage."

"Loved Our Stay at Pine Breeze!
We had such a great time at Pine Breeze! Would definitely come back again! The Layout was great for our family of six. We loved playing in the snow for hours ( great sledding hill behind the house!), then soaking in the hot tub, playing in the game room and enjoying a movie in the evening. Super Fun!

"Family Time in Suncadia
Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family. We had a wonderful staycation, we loved the beautiful new house, it was so clean, perfect for our family, we enjoyed the game room and the back patio area and the hot tub, and playing games on the large dining table was great! We enjoyed the neighborhood walks and was nice to have a place to get away and feel normal with Covid etc hoping we can come again! Property management was excellent! "

"Wonderful escape without a long drive
This was our first time staying in Cle Elum, and at Suncadia. We had a wonderful time, felt like we could have used one more day! There is so much to do at Suncadia itself and in Cle Elum, hikes, the hot tub, if the pool were open that would have been a huge bonus, a few breweries, the lake, the winery, etc. Communication with the property was quick and polite, we had absolutely no issues! Cannot wait to go back."

"Awesome place for a workation!
My wife and I decided to rent a house for a week to work out of virtually as we were so tired of looking at the same four walls of our house for the past 3 months. The house we rented in Suncadia was just the ticket. Great location, solid WIFI, and beautiful surroundings. And the house has a really great kitchen with modern appliances and has lots of fun extras (hot tub, ping pong, x-box, lots and lots of TV channels)."
