This newly constructed home in Suncadia Resort is nestled in the woods adjacent the 5th and 6th holes of the award-winning Prospector Golf Course. This beautifully appointed and spacious home boasts over 3,700 square feet of living space, 1,200 square feet of outdoor living space, and a fabulous garage game room. With sleeping arrangements for 19 spread across 6 rooms and 5 full bathrooms, this is a perfect retreat for large families, mature adult groups, and business retreats.

As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the large great room with soaring 30’ ceilings, a gas ledgestone fireplace, 65” Smart TV, and a wall of windows facing the golf course. This room features comfortable leather furniture and a large dining table that easily seats 8.
The well stocked kitchen is a chef’s dream with granite counters, high-end stainless appliances, gas cook-top and seating for 4 at the kitchen island. Just outside the kitchen is additional seating for 8 at the outdoor dining table.
The outdoor entertaining options are endless with over 1,200 square feet of patio space, a large 7 person hot tub, and a toasty gas fire pit. Walk out to the golf course and take in the views of one of Suncadia’s largest ponds between the 5th and 6th hole of the Prospector Golf Course.
BEDROOMS:
* Main floor master suite has a king bed, a Smart TV, direct access to the hot tub and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and dual sinks.
* Main floor guest bedroom has a queen bed and a Smart TV. There is a supporting guest bath outside the room with a walk-in shower.
* 1st upper floor master suite features a queen bed, a twin daybed, a Smart TV and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
* 2nd upper floor master suite has a king bed, private balcony overlooking the golf course and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower.
* 3rd upper floor bedroom has two sets of twin/twin bunk beds.
* The 4th room is a bonus/bunk room with two sets of twin/full bunk beds. This room has a gas fireplace, a large sectional couch, and a 65” Smart TV with DirecTV Now and Xbox One S.
* The bunk room and bonus room are supported by a guest bath in the hallway with a shower/tub combo and dual sinks.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Suncadia prohibits parking on the street.**

There is a $50 to $100 cancellation fee for reservations canceled with more than a 60 day notice before your scheduled arrival date (90 days for reservations made during Holiday periods). If you cancel your reservation with less than a 60 day notice (90 day notice for Holiday periods) your payments are non-refundable, but you have up to a year to re-book the same cabin during one of our designated Off-Seasons for a 20% re-booking fee.

"Wow, what a wonderful Home!
Came for our big family reunion and I was very happy of the choice to book this home. It was the perfect home for our group. The adults had very good keep on the king and queen beds and our teenagers love the bunk bed room with the TV. Our under 10 kids love the little bunk beds room so everyone had plenty of room to roam! There are TV in all the rooms, even in the laundry room! A lot of towels were stocked for us, shampoos, even they provide hairdryer. The kitchen is huge with all kinds of mini appliances and pots and pans muffin tins provided. Plenty of glasses, plates, cups and utensils were provided . We enjoyed the hot tub outside and sat around the campfire! We used the BBQ and made steak and chicken as well. All of us had fun utilizing the game room. We played such fun competitive ping pong game and pool and foosball. We always kept saying, wow, they thought of everything. The place overall is clean in general. There are some issues we found that would bump up the cleanliness to 5 stars, such as sticky floors on the living room and dining room (I believe it was just the cleaning product used) but we didn’t like walking bare footed in those areas because it was just too sticky so we were wearing socks the whole time we were in the house. Also there were plenty of dead bugs around one of the screen door. The outside furnitures needed to be wiped down well before being used. However, aside from these issues, We did enjoy spending some time with our family in that big beautiful home. Love the thoughtful decor and comfortable behalf up furniture inside the home. Thank you for having us, we all love it there!"

"Extended Family College Graduation Celebration
We have had the pleasure of staying in multiple properties within the Suncadia community over the years and have never had a bad experience. I am happy to say that we loved this property as well and look forward to the possibility of another stay again soon. This is a beautiful well-kept home with a warm & cozy feel to it. Great layout with an indoor fireplace, outdoor gas fire pit, hot tub and well equipped game room in garage area which we enjoyed immensely during our downtime. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The location is great with a beautiful view of the golf course and the main lodge and winery are both close by. Property management company was very helpful and made themselves available should we have needed anything. The only challenge we experienced during our stay was with the main oven in the kitchen. It was clearly not functioning properly and took hours to bake food that should have only taken an hour at best. Property management company was responsive and sent maintenance out to take a look but it wasn’t able to be fixed and it was determined that a service request would have to be made with an appliance vendor which wasn't an option on the weekend. All Seasons Rental did provide us with (2) smaller countertop convection ovens which at least allowed us to heat our food (in smaller batches) - wasn’t ideal for a large group of people but we made it work and luckily had already had plans to grill our 2nd night at the property so made the best of it. Highly recommend a stay at the Larkspur Woods @ Suncadia property (assuming the oven issue is adequately addressed ). "

Awesome vacation stay overall!
There were some minor things that could use some fixing (like stairs had few details missing, main entrance door handle had lower fastener missing,,, but these things did not bother us).
House was amazingly clean, less some normal areas like under the beds, behind doors, Trash can was not completely empty in the garage, socks were left in one of the drawers... but once again these minor things did not bother us at all!
I would rent this place again! "

"Excellent extended vacation
We recently stayed for nearly three weeks and had a fantastic experience. Wonderful location and setting with a very much enjoyed back patio setup. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space as needed. The kids especially enjoyed the garage game room. A particularly appreciated feature, especially given the steep Suncadia rental prices, was the several bikes that were put to good use.
ASVR was always very helpful and quick to respond to whatever questions and requests/issues we sent their way. We look forward to our next visit! "

"Family Vacation Haven
This was a fantastic home for a family reunion., Great space layout for multi-generational groups. Kitchen area and size was great for big family dinners. Outdoor space with Firepit, Hot Tub, and space for games like Bacci Ball, Croquet and Cornhole. My only complaint was the floor tile on 1st floor was dirty - needed a deep clean! Communication was very clear in the house and they were prompt on the chat with any questions I had. Absolutely wonderful property! "

"Vacation for 14 family members
The house fulfilled all of our needs. Bedrooms adequate for 14 people. 9 adults, 3 late teenagers (17,18,21) and 2 teenagers (13, 15). House was very welled equipped with high level furniture. Great back yard facing golf course. Plenty of information in house to check rules and regulations.
We had a problem with handicap entry to the house. Our rental company indicated that the power wheel chair my wife uses would be able to enter the house. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE AS THERE ARE STEPS FOR EACH ENTRY. WE HAD TO USE RAMPS FOR THE WHEEL CHAIR TO ENTER THE FRONT DOOR, BACK PATIO AND GARAGE DOOR. We were told that it would be possible to enter through a gravel pathway that was not true as there were steps at the end of a poor pathway to the patio. I would say this house is not, if you need it to be, handicap accessible. Family did have a good time. "

"Spring Break Getaway!
This was our first visit to Suncadia so we had no idea what to expect. We not only made wonderful memories but went home relaxed and recharged for the rest of the school year. We would highly recommend All Seasons Vacation Rentals and especially the Larkspur Woods home. From the amazing game room, nicest hot tub we have ever had at a rental, top notch kitchen and heated master bathroom floors we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation home.
