Mystic Harbor 107 is a perfect waterfront escape you have been looking for. Skip the boring hotel and ridiculous rates this year and come stay at this condo that offers it all at a great price. Not only are you on the water, just a 5 minute boat ride from the Intracoastal Waterway, you've also got a great pool area right out back and you're just a short drive from the beach. In the evenings you can sit out back, relax, and enjoy fishing from the dock as you watch the sunset. Boat slips are available to guests on a first come first use basis (boats up to 24' allowed).

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
