Beautiful views of the water and birds. Pool was very nice and so glad it was heated. The house is very comfortable, but we spent most of our time on the large, well-furnished patio. Evenings were particularly nice, listening to the fish jump in the canal, and we could even hear the ocean waves just a few blocks away. Would definitely recommend for your stay in Cocoa Beach." The pool was awesome and the waterway behind the house was perfect for fishing. We had everything we needed at the house and did a lot of cooking while we were there. The location is in a quiet neighborhood. The beach is within walking distance but several blocks away however there is beach access parking right there so no need to walk. Management was nice and very quick to respond. My only 2 complaints were with the master bedroom. The bed sunk badly in the middle making it difficult for 2 people to sleep comfortably in it. The master shower drain took FOREVER to drain and if several people are trying to shower back to back you will be standing in someone else’s shower water. Management did say they have a new bed ordered and had a plumbing company come look at the shower claiming it needed some expensive work to fix it. The pool was awesome and waterway in the backyard was very scenic and we even saw a dolphin swimming by. The only negative was the bedframe in the master bedroom was bent sunk in the center. The weather was great and the rental home was perfect. Plenty of room for our two families of 4. We did have a problem with the hot water heater, but Janice was quick to respond and even accompanied the plumbers who showed up and fixed the problem with no interruption to our vacation. Would definitely stay here again. Canal was very cool, pool area really nice. Easy walk or drive to the beach with parking at the end of the street at the beach. My niece left 2 pairs of shoes when we left and the property manager mailed them to me on her dime. Very impressive. And probably one of the cleanest rentals I’ve stayed in." The beach directly across from the house and all the way north to coco beach pier is a great for families with kids - sand is brought up there so it’s shallow and flat! However, not a great area for fishing - we drove south a lot to find deeper water. The property is not as “new” as the photos/description imply, there is patch work around the house like on the ceilings/walls, as well as a few issues listed below, but these only had a minor affect on our trip and are more for management to be aware of so they can fix! Improvements for property management: -The main garage door worked despite being notified that it was not working, however, the side garage door was VERY difficult to open/close. -The smaller side pool door also difficult to open/close so we kept it locked the whole trip -There’s a Recycle bin outside but not in the house (we used paper bags, but wish there was another small garbage can inside for recycles) -Two closet doors are broken (one of the bedroom closet doors are inverted & the entryway closet door) -Pool was kind of dirty (providing a skimmer would be great) ***We had frequent issues with the appliances(our biggest inconvenience): the washing machine intermittently stopped with a dL (door lock) error mid cycle so we were having to restart the cycles a lot. A few of the negatives: AC Didn't work, easily got up to mid 80's Innside everyday, and barely cooled down to low 70s at night, repairman came, said it was the system, property manager never contact us again on issue.
