CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Great bay stay!
We chose this rental to be close to the bay for fishing after the beach. The rental is spacious and has a nice view. The pool could have been cleaned up better. "

"Family vacation
Great location for the fishing family, mins away from the ICW! There are a few things such as boat slip is stated as first come first serve in the description, however some of them were marked as reserved for specific units. Property was clean and comfortable. Also furniture in the living room is a little different from pictures and now includes a day bed rather than the 2 green chairs which is not necessarily a bad thing. Finally, we were a family of 4 and stayed for 6 nights, so more than 4 bath towels would have been preferable. Communication with the management company was very good. The complex was quiet and we enjoyed our stay. "

"A Little Treasure Cove
If you’re not looking for an upscale rental space and don’t mind the outdated look and furnishings; then this is ideal. The location was good for our family needs. Easy access to the beach, surrounding areas and fishing in the bay directly off the property piers. The property was available early as requested. Check-in and out was simple. Thanks!"

"Cute but......
The Condo itself was cute and right on the canal which is what we were looking for. We didn't receive the door code until I contacted the property manager (padre escapes). I called 2 different numbers and sent an email before finally contacting VRBO and getting the right number. Once I got ahold of someone she was pretty professional and sent me over the code. The Condo itself was fairly clean, but there were not any extra linens, or blankets. No option to use the day bed or sofa bed. The Mattress on both beds were extremely hard, and the beds themselves felt like they could collapse or tip at any moment. I had to sleep on the daybed in the living room covered in my beach towel. The kitchen was poorly stocked with cheap flimsy pans and knives. This was the worst stocked VRBO I have rented. I don't know if its the owners, or the property managers failing, but there is a disconnect somewhere. I would not recommend this unit until it has some attention! Way overpriced for what we got."

"Nice relaxing stay
We had a great stay. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The bedrooms were comfortable and each having its own bathroom is a bonus. The balcony offered a quiet place for coffee in the morning and the canal provides a place to tie up your boat."

"Captains cottage
The house was comfortable, clean and the AC cool. The only issue I experienced was the main bedrooms deck door was hard to open. Other than that, the stay was extremely comfortable! We loved that there was a pool for days not going to the ocean as well. "

"Port A Fun!
Great rental experience. Right on the canal for some much needed R&R. Master bedroom needs a new mattress too hard. Master bathroom needs to have the tub cleaned a little better inside the jets. Had to have maintenance come out to open air vents, they came out very quickly. Someone left the light on in the laundry room and it shines right in the guest bedroom bed faces. All and all good rental. "

"Great condo!
We stayed here for a long weekend. The location was perfect for us. The canal allowed us to tie out our lily pad float and soak up the sun. Cute decor, and they had everything we needed. The one drawback: the beds are horrible! They squeaked every time I rolled over, and the mattress was super thin and cheap. Good thing we were exhausted from playing all day, so we fell right to sleep. "

Poor mattress 2nd bdrm. Lamps in 2nd bdrm. missing most bulbs. No blankets. Needs all new bedding but towels were good. Balconies were dirty and window coverings are pitiful. Furniture in main area was fine.Liked the complex and location."

"Very nice
Everything was excellent but one thing I’ll not stay in one again that doesn’t offer a garage. It’s advertised to have a garage for storage which would have been convenient to unload fishing gear instead of carrying upstairs. I called to find out how to open garage and the person on phone told me if they didn’t leave a garage door opener inside then it’s not offered. I spent a lot of money so if there is a garage it should be available to the guest"

"Wonderful stay! We had a great time
The whole rental experience was wonderful. We only had one little problem...the shower rod in our restroom kept falling down. I'm guessing the shower curtain was too heavy for the small rod.
Other than that???? Everything was great!!"

"Great weekend getaway!
Wonderful! It felt like home. So charming and so accommodating! Clean, cute, and very private. It seems that every guest has left a little something that was useful, we left an iron.
The only thing I might change would be replacing the toilet seat in the master bath. "

"A quiet locarion
The condo was nice and in good condition. The whirlpool tub did not work. It had all your kitchen needs. The swimming pool is not heated so very cold in February. For us it was too far away from the main beach of Corpus Christi. We took our bikes but main roads are very busy all the time for feeling safe on a bike. We had foggy, cold and overcast weather for most of our stay. We intend to stay for a month but came home one week early. I would not return to Corpus Christi bless it was in the summer time. "

"Can't wait to come back
We had a great trip. Loved this unit! Great view, great fishing, great air conditioning (very important in July)!
Complex was peaceful and quiet. Unit was clean, cozy and comfy. Great time for the family.
Road inside complex needs to be re-paved and pool is/was closed on Monday. Not complaining, just saying.
We hope to be back next year. "

"Give it a C +
Location, scenery, and room accommodation was very nice. Front office was/is very bad, and I’m sorry to say that. No timely response to any questions via email. Do not ask questions by email. Check in is at 4pm and we didn’t get access until 420pm, after contacting them twice. Finally, water was shut off for an hour and a half, with no warning. Luckily no one was in a middle of a shower lol. Would I stay here again? I think I would and knowing what I know now, it will help in the future."
