You can sleep 6 in this updated bi-level beachside condo. The first level offers an open and inviting floor plan with the kitchen, dining, and living areas, as well as a half bath. Upstairs you will find both bedrooms, each has its own private bathroom and balcony. The living area and the master bedroom have pool facing balconies and the guest room has a parking lot facing balcony. Book now and be ready to enjoy all the Island has to offer.

EL CONSTANTE COMPLEX FEATURES -Heated, saltwater swimming pool (heated to a max temp of 86 degrees in winter months) & hot tub -Poolside loungers, tables, and chairs -Laundry facility on site, $2 for washer and $2 for dryer (Quarter exchange at front office) -Gazebo with gas grills. Due to our frequent droughts, high winds, & burn bans, NO other types of Bar-B-Q pits, grills, or outdoor cooking equipment are allowed on the premises including parking lots, balconies, or patios.
CLEAN BED PROMISE -Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME! -After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations. CLEANING AND INSPECTION -We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards. -Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom. -These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, a sponge, and one make-up wipe per bathroom. -We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -A two-night minimum stay is required. -Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. -PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS/WEIGHT RESTRICTION 50LBS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.

Pets Allowed CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Clean and modern
We absolutely love unit 233. It has been the cleanest and modern unit we have stayed at in this complex. Even though it is mainly a pool view you can see some ocean from the master suite. We will be staying here again!"

"Beach was perfect, pool was warm and place was lovely!
The unit is very nicely decorated and appointed. We would stay here again. As always, we enjoy the pool at El Constante; it's heated and nice to hang out at. We never tire of walking the beach on North Padre Island and seeing the turtles and pelicans!! "

It was clean! We were in no pet condo and noticed a few hairs in a chair but overall it was very clean!! Rules were posted so we would know what we had to do before checking out. The ladies in the office were super friendly!!"

"Would Stay Again
We loved being right on the beach. The floors weren't clean when we arrived. We got there at about 3:15 and they told us the room was clean, but hadn't been inspected, so they wouldn't let us in. But then at 4pm when it was ready, there were huge bags of linens or trash in the condo. So it seemed like it was never inspected. It bothers me so much that you expect guests to take the trash to the road before checking out. That is part of the cleaning fee. Also, you need to tell people on the paper where to take the trash if you are going to require this. Lastly, I think the process of renting with your company is frustrating. Both times I have completed the rental agreement when I book on your site. But then I get an email and have to fill out the same information again. I have to send a copy of my ID, but they take it and make a copy when I arrive. Then a text asking if I am bringing a boat, even though I checked that we weren't. "

"End of Summer Trip
The Room was Very Stuffy... We arrived unpacked gave it a couple of Hours to Cool off. Came back from the Beach still HOT !! Called office and a Maintenance Man came said our Thermostat wasn’t working properly. Fixed it and finally after about 6 hours got going. 2 Nd problem No Remote Control on Bottom TV .. so called Office .. someone came brought us a Remote and their was a problem with Cable .. she finally got it to work. So First day was a little Rough. Then a couple days of being there My Daughter in laws hair and my sisters hair was turning Greenish. As they brought it to the Attention of Office staff . We were told their was EXTRA chlorine because of Covid.Would have been nice to be Told in Advance. "

"Pleasant Stay
El Constante is in a great location right on the beach! You can tell the property is a bit dated, but it is overall well maintained. Unit 233 seems to have been remodeled not long ago. The unit was well appointed and provided for what we needed. The sofa was sunken in and our bed was a bit too soft; but overall the unit was comfortable and it met our needs for a beach-going trip. As far as cleanliness goes, we did have to do some cleaning and disinfecting of our own before we started using things - these days, one must take all precautions (due to Covid19 and all)! After wiping off some surfaces we did notice dirt around, especially in kitchen and bathrooms. We also changed the AC filter because it was quite dirty already. Also, one of the showers upstairs was very slow to drain. Other than these minor details, we had a great time staying at this unit, and enjoyed our beach escape. Would stay again!"

"Nice Condo, could be cleaner, close to beach
Nice condo, close to beach, but too expensive for the experience. There was a broken lamp taped to a shoe box??, there was poop on the bathroom floor..obviously the floor was not clean, so what else was not clean???, the gate to the pool was very dirty and never washed, yappy dogs next door, and the pool was not clean, lots of human hair, and it and the hot tub had a very noticable white film from sunblock. very gross! Compared to other Condos there, this was much better and remodled. Also, it states partial ocean view, that is a total lie! But there were three balconies, so that was nice. "

"Pretty, updated condo. Cleaning needs to be enhanced.
We have a lovely stay but found cigarette ash under the rim of the half bath toliet, two empty water bottles under the master bed, and an empty shoebox on the 2nd bedroom balcony. Fortunately, I brought my own cleaning wipes to ensure our stay was clean but better inspection during cleaning can be done."

"Great Stay!
We loved our stay at El Constante. Our condo was clean and well air conditioned, the staff was very nice and helpful. We loved that we could walk to the beach which was huge, enjoy the big pool, and easily get to restaurants. We will definitely come back again!"

"Definitely a 10 being the best!!
It was relaxing, enjoyable and family oriented. The rooms were super clean along with the pool & pool area, the pool was being very pleasing to the eye and enjoyable especially at night when it was cooler thank goodness it was heated. The hot tub was very nice. The people on the property were very nice and helpful. The weather was beautiful that weekend. We will definitely will go back to stay. The location was perfect we loved the boardwalk down to the beach. Overall, great get away experience. "

"Condo 233
The condo was in need of a face lift, refrigerator had rust spots on it, the seal was bad only one draw in bottom,the steps and upstairs needed vacuuming, bath upstairs had drywall mud left on cabinet and light fixtures, we washed light fixtures downstairs full of dust, plug on wall had no cover, light in kitchen had no cover also, construction was done during our stay leaving it hard to use condo because all the stuff from closet was put in kitchen could not access fridge or stove, electricity was put for most of one day. However staff tried to be helpful but there should be a check for what needs to be done in each condos before rental. Pool was very nice."

"Cost going up too fast!!
The escalation in Cost to stay has risen too sharply. The interior is falling apart. Ive been shopping for a place of my own. Taxes doubled on Island properties. They thought the Schlitterbahn was going to add a boom to revenue, but they're parking lot is almost empty. Shop around!!!"
