EL CONSTANTE COMPLEX FEATURES
-Heated, saltwater swimming pool (heated to a max temp of 86 degrees in winter months)
-Hot tub
-Poolside loungers, chairs and tables
-Designated golf cart parking
-Laundry facility on site, $2 for washer and $2 for dryer (Quarter exchange at front office)
-Gazebo with gas grills (Due to our frequent droughts, high winds and burn bans -No other types of BBQ grills, pits, or outdoor cooking equipment is allowed on the premises; including parking lots, patios, or balconies
CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: (Property Management) launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of (Property Management) must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.
-DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS/WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS OF 50LBS OR LESS.
-Dog breeds not permitted at El Constante due to HOA guidelines: Pit Bull-type, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Wolf-dog hybrid, or Husky-type (including Siberian).
-$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days).
-$50 pet cleaning fee (7 days or less), $75 (8-29 days), $100 (30+ days).

CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

We had an absolutely lovely stay. Rental was very kid-friendly for my littles & the bedroom stayed pretty dark with the shades shut which was awesome. The walk to the beach was super convenient and quick- even for little 3yr old legs. "

Great location! My hubby is allergic to mold and this unit set off his allergy. The bed was soft and comfy. Probably would select a different unit at this location if you have a mold allergy. We did love that we could bring our dog to the unit."

"Great Getaway!
We were so pleased El Constante had availability, especially on short notice. Having previously stayed here I gave them a call and booked everything within minutes. The condo was so nice, everything looked just like the pictures. We loved being so close to the beach and a short drive from everything. Staff and other guests were very friendly. We drove down specifically for the Sea Turtle hatchling release, it was amazing! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

Overall for a last minute getaway with the family it was great. However having a delay to get in the door because the code wasn’t working. Even the security guard came to assist. Took us almost an HOUR to get in at midnight! The Sofa bed was broken so couldn’t use it. We’ve stayed here before and won’t let this one time ruin our future visits. "

We had a great month on North Padre Island. Our one bedroom condo on main floor was very convenient, especially with a pet. Condo was clean and updated. Padre Escapes Staff was very polite and responsive to our requests for assistance. We enjoyed the beach and fun things to do nearby."

Well when we arrived the bathroom had pubic hair on the floor behind the toilet and behind bathroom door dishes were dirty had to soak them to get all the stuck food off them the threshold at the door needed to be replaced it fell out I pushed it back in place reported it the maintenance man came out with glue what a joke needless to say that didn't work said boss man was not going to replace it so I got some cardboard to cram underneath it to block some of the sand coming in but still had to sweep floor 3 to 4 times a day because of the sand I've been coming here for years seems to be getting worse every year. "

"Close to the beach
The unit is big enough for two adults and two teens. This is the first time we stay on this side of the constante complex and we like it. You can park in front the unit and loading and unloading is very easy. Access to the beach is also very easy. The only complex is the door key. It was very difficult to lock and unlock the front door. Other than that, we had a great time."

"It’s just ok
The condo left a lot to be desired. The pillows were so old and stained we had to buy our own. The chase lounge was so broken down in the middle it was hard to sit on. There were 4 towels and trying to get towels from the office was difficult we didn’t go to the ocean to stay at the room but we had to stay and wait for the office to open because it was closed by the time we got back everyday. The burners on the stove were broken and moved around. After cooking on it 1 time I gave up and we just ate out. It was an accident waiting to happen the pan would slide off as the burners weren’t flat. We weren’t able to get the pull out couch to open up for the kids to sleep on it. The only thing that was great was that the unit was at the beach so it was less time we were there."

We absolutely love staying at Padre escapes. My husband and I have been coming here for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. We love that the beach is right there.The rooms have always been beautiful and has everything you need. And the staff has always been the best. I love it that they give us a little discount for being repeat customers.There maybe new condos around y'all but we will always be loyal to you because you've never disappointed us in anyway.This is the best vacation for us every year."

First night was horrible no electricity,mold in the room, requested another room and there was none. With the help of a HOA inspector the next day we got another room with power. Ask for a discount for that day which they finally did and said they would give us another one when we come back for another visit. The management needs to improve. People were partying by the pool till 1am no security. I don’t know if I will go back."

Very nice place to stay one bedroom with a full kitchen and living area that has a pull out couch bed.
Very peaceful area, with beautiful ocean views just a walk down from the beach.
If you have pets make sure to bring doggie bags for when they use the restroom you have to pick it up after.
Overall experience very happy! Would rent again! "

Right off the beach, great location! The kids enjoyed the pool. Overall good experience although we probably will try another unit. Unit #121 is older and the ceiling was leaking in master bedroom! We had to notify maintenance and turned out to be the hvac from unit above us."

AC unit must be older because it couldn’t cool the bedroom.

Square footage adequate. Linens could be better quality and additional towels for nights staying. Example stayed 3 days 2 nights, had three towels and two wash clothes for 4 adult females.Terrible policy called "exchange" you turn in towels you get replacement.Lousy customer service, nevere received call back when asked for additional towels, being the person who answered not familiar with the procedures on this property. First & last time using your property El Constante. By the way check out personnel also need additional training "people skills"."

We had a great stay at El Constante 121! The team at El Constante and Padre Escapes were very polite and helpful.
We received an email and text, the morning before check in, with an offer that really helped us the first day of our stay. Since we did not even have to ask, it shows the staff is committed to making our stay a great one. And we appreciate it very much.
With its location literally on the beach, and if you pack in your supplies, you can leave your car parked, and not have to pay for the beach parking permit, and maximize your time on the beach.

I have always liked and recommended El Constante and will return but not to rm 121... there were gnats in the sink, the light over the table was out, hot water running in sink will rattle pipes in the wall, small TV's, one touch on shower curtain and it falls, frig doors need extra push to insure closed. There is more but you get the point and I will stay again but not in 121 or 122. (122 wall pipe noise next to 121)"

When going to the beach we like to have a condo. The room was spacious with its own bedroom and separate living/dining area. The room does need a facelift and it had a musty odor. The pool area was nice and the beach was clean. "
