You can sleep 6 in this updated bi-level beachside condo. The first level offers an open and inviting floor plan with the kitchen, dining, and living areas, as well as a half bath. Upstairs you will find both bedrooms, each has its own private bathroom and balcony. The living area and the master bedroom have partial beach facing balconies and the guest room has a pool-facing balcony. Book now and be ready to enjoy all the Island has to offer.

EL CONSTANTE COMPLEX FEATURES -Heated, saltwater swimming pool (heated to a max temp of 86 degrees in winter months) & hot tub -Poolside loungers, tables, and chairs -Laundry facility on site, $2 for washer and $2 for dryer (Quarter exchange at front office) -Gazebo with gas grills. Due to our frequent droughts, high winds, & burn bans, NO other types of Bar-B-Q pits, grills, or outdoor cooking equipment are allowed on the premises including parking lots, balconies, or patios.
CLEAN BED PROMISE -Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME! -After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations. CLEANING AND INSPECTION -We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards. -Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom. -These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge. -We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival. . ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -A two-night minimum stay is required. -Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. -NOT PET FRIENDLY.

Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Perfect, clean location
My family of 6 adults enjoyed our stay and were all comfortable. Everything was clean and the location is perfect - right at the beach. I only wished that the curtains were more light blocking, especially because the parking lot light was right outside of our balcony, and that a few more things were left in the kitchen - some dish soap, for one. It was just too far too bright. I also think the showers need some extra maintenance but it's definitely an older building. The hot tub and pool were well maintained and nice to hang out in. There is plenty of parking just know that if you're on the 2nd level, you will need to climb stairs with your belongings. Overall, this place is a great location on the beach and near plenty of places to eat. The staff I interacted with was also extremely helpful and pleasant. We'd definitely stay again for the price."

"Nostalgia
I've been coming to Padre Island and staying at El Constante since I was a little girl! It's the perfect location and have loved seeing all the renovations over the years. Unit 212 was perfect for our stay. It was super clean and what a great kitchen! Loved the decor as well! The only suggestion I would make is to upgrade the shower fixtures. Thanks El Constante and Padre Escapes for a wonderful time for our large group (we rented 4 units this trip)!!!"

"Great weekend!
This condo is wonderful. It is decorated very cute and comfortable. Had all the comforts of home and is in a great location. The pool was heated and the pool and area around were kept very clean. Has easy access to the beach and the beach was also groomed and clean. Highly recommend and we will consider the next time we’re in Corpus . "

"Great room!
Our stay was awesome! Check in was easy, friendly and at our service. Room was fabulous, had everything we needed and very modern and roomy. The only thing was I don’t think the bedrooms were vacuumed or clean. Found candy wrappers and candy on night stands, hoping our sheets were changed, they looked clean :-/ other than that we love El Constante!!"

"Newly renovated!
We have been staying in this unit for many years and we were pleasantly surprised that the entire downstairs was completely renovated. Last year the upstairs was redone, but this year they completed the downstairs. Great unit with pool and beach views. The check in process was not smooth this year, we weren’t notified that our room was ready until an hour after it was actually ready. With covid we understood there was extra cleaning to be done, which we appreciated, but we weren’t allowed to check in until 5pm and we were not notified that our room was ready as promised. The office reported that the system was “acting up”. Other than check in, our stay was wonderful with no other complaints. Specific to this unit there is no broom and the can opener is broken, so bring your own if needed. "

"Excellent stay in #212!
Greatly enjoyed the unit - comfortable seating with two recliners and a large couch. TVs in every room, 2 1/2 baths worked well for the 4 of us. No seasonings or condiments in kitchen so bring your own. Only recommendation is to remove the headboard in the upstairs poolside bedroom - it's very squeaky, my light sleeping wife woke herself up by turning over. Could be easily rectified by removal of the headboard. Overall we enjoyed greatly and would rent again. Also great service from El Constante as we left behind an Apple TV and they found and immediately shipped to us. Thank you very much!!"

"2019 Winter Stay-North Padre Island
El Constante Condos are in the perfect location ! On the beach...with restaurants, shopping and local attractions just mlnutes away. Although the weather was not always ideal, with a lot of coastal fog this year, there was always an activity available. The beautiful pool is heated to a very enjoyable temperature, even on the cooler days. And it is always great to be able to walk just steps to the beach, with a paved seawall for walks even during high tide."

"Unit 212 a Disappointment
Unit 212 is very overdue for maintenance. Stove was filthy, drip pans entirely coated in burnt remains. Kitchen counter laminate is literally worn through.Floor is uneven, wavy underfoot with the tile cracked in numerous places. Furniture in bedrooms should be replaced. Owner should pay “guests” to stay in this unit. This unit is a “1”.
Staff was extremely helpful, welcoming, cheerful. The grounds are still recovering from Harvey, but maintained well. We have stayed in several different units, this was the most disappointing. Rating the ElConstante, aside from Unit 212: location 5; 3 day stay during cold weather 4; overall 4. Would recommend staying at the El Constante with annotation not to stay in Unit 212."

"Not the best experience
We have been going to El Constante for years and I have to say this has been our worse experience. Upon check in, master toilet wouldn't flush, the refrigerated was all rusted, and throughout the entire stay, the ceiling had a constant leak in the living room so we kept a cup in the middle of the floor to collect the water. "
