You can sleep 6 in this updated bi-level beachside condo. The first level offers an open and inviting floor plan with the kitchen, dining, and living areas, as well as a half bath. Upstairs you will find both bedrooms, each has its own private bathroom and balcony. The living area and the main bedroom have partial beach facing balconies and the guest room has a parking lot facing balcony. Now pet friendly, be sure to bring your companion! EL CONSTANTE COMPLEX FEATURES -Heated, saltwater swimming pool (heated to a max temp of 86 degrees in winter months) & hot tub -Poolside loungers, tables, and chairs -Laundry facility on site, $2 for washer and $2 for dryer (Quarter exchange at front office) -Gazebo with gas grills. Due to our frequent droughts, high winds, & burn bans, NO other types of Bar-B-Q pits, grills, or outdoor cooking equipment are allowed on the premises including parking lots, balconies, or patios.
CLEAN BED PROMISE -Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME! -After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations. CLEANING AND INSPECTION -We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards. -Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom. -These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge. -We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -A two-night minimum stay is required. -Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. -DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS/WEIGHT RESTRICTION 25LBS OR LESS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.

Pets Allowed CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Weekend retreat
Enjoyed the area and closeness to the beach. The only issue with the unit was the upstairs was significantly warm and downstairs was cold. Not enough a/c blowing upstairs. Other than that unit and its location were great."

"Decente place to stay
Washer and dryer were not working and only got 6 towels. Couldn't wash them so had to reuse old towels. Floor was all broken. Guest shower hot water would only work sometimes. Fire alarm went off an hour before we left and wouldn't stop beeping. Condo needs to be updated. Had a very weird smell."

"Nice place close to beach
this is our 2nd year to stay in a condo at El Constante. The condo from the year before was nicer but not available this time. This condo was not in as good a shape as the year before. The stove was NOT in proper working order. You could not open the oven door and the burners on top were not working properly. They did a temporary fix so that we could use the oven. The burner on the top took over 40 minutes to bring water to a boil. They have a problem with the subfloor in the kitchen area. When you stepped on the floor in these areas you could feel the floor sink in. This movement cracked the tiles. BUT, El Constante is a great condo complex. It is right on the beach, literally walk down 1 flight of stairs and you are on the beach. The kids loved the pool also. We will be back next year!"

Good stay, great location Unhappy that bedroom and bathroom doors upstairs do not lock and there was mold in downstairs bathroom. Also, balconies did not have good chairs. One balcony had a swivel office chair. Overall a good stay but not the best accommodations we have had based on other stays with Padre Escapes. "

This condo is the perfect location, within walking distance to the beach. The balcony views are great as well. All around, the place was satisfactory and had everything we needed. I would say the condo is a bit outdated and could use some upgrades/updates but it still was a great time. "

"Good view, easy beach access
This is definitely an older condo that could use a little work, but overall we enjoyed our stay. Kitchen can only hold one person at a time, mold growing in downstairs bathroom walls, upstairs bathroom doorknobs do not lock, and downstairs balcony door is almost impossible to open. Size wise it was perfect for our family of 6. Couch makes out into bed as well. Great beach access and pool access (although pool was a bit dirty/cloudy. Would stay here again. "

The property description was walking distance to the beach, which was a great plus. Also, closes to eating establishments, fishing places, and grocery store. The property was clean and very well maintain. The office provided us with great customer service. I would recommend this property to my friends and relatives. We did eat for the first time at the Boat House, but service was very slow. "
