You can sleep 6 in this updated bi-level beachside condo. The first level offers an open and inviting floor plan with the kitchen, dining, and living areas, as well as a half bath & laundry closet. Upstairs you will find both bedrooms, each has its own private bathroom and balcony. The living area and the master bedroom have partial beach facing balconies and the guest room has a parking lot facing balcony. Book now and be ready to enjoy all the Island has to offer.

EXTERIOR -Three private balconies with chairs -Parking lot view from front door entrance and second bedroom balcony -Partial beach view from living room and master bedroom balcony -Open parking
EL CONSTANTE COMPLEX FEATURES -Heated, saltwater swimming pool (heated to a max temp of 86 degrees in winter months) & hot tub -Poolside loungers, tables, and chairs -Laundry facility on site, $2 for washer and $2 for dryer (Quarter exchange at front office) -Gazebo with gas grills. Due to our frequent droughts, high winds, & burn bans, NO other types of Bar-B-Q pits, grills, or outdoor cooking equipment are allowed on the premises including parking lots, balconies, or patios.
CLEAN BED PROMISE -Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME! -After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations. CLEANING AND INSPECTION -We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards. -Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom. -These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, a sponge, and one make-up wipe per bathroom. -We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -A two-night minimum stay is required. -Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. -DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS UP TO 25LBS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.

Pets Allowed CANCELLATION POLICY: We require 25% down at the time the reservation is made. Reservations cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee and tax. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to check-in will result in full forfeiture of payments made. Applicable refunds will only be issued to the guest by the same form in which it was made, even if a credit card has since expired or canceled. The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. If a guest does not show up for their stay the total amount paid is non-refundable.

"Expensive But Nice Accommodations
We have been staying at the El Constante since the 90s. The property is ideally located right on the beach. The pool is phenomenal and great for kids, but does get crowded. We stayed in unit 220 this year. The only complaint is that the dryer was broken and we were not offered free use of the dryer in the onsite facility. It was a bit of a bummer to pay $3k plus and not even be offered some sort of help with dryer situation. "

It was a very nice stay. As we come in we notice right away the big kitchen counter top . We like that because with 2 kids we spend a lot of time in the kitchen . The rest of the house was modern , clean with very nice and relaxing decor . We will definitely come back !!!"

"Great Experience!
Overall it was a very positive experience. We arrived very late due to travel issues. The place was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was nice. The location was great. We lost power on Saturday for a short while due to high winds but nothing serious. We didn't do much in terms of cooking but plenty of places to dine. Our first trip to Corpus Christi was a nice one. Checkout was easy."

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at El Constante. Booking was very easy and the Hospitality app made everything else a breeze. Unit 220 was recently updated with lovely furniture and decor. We had everything we needed and our stay was lovely. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. The office staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place for families. "

"Family getaway
Nice spacious clean very well equipped. Management team responded quickly to a kitchen sink disposal leak situation. Also They tried to solve problem of the broken sofabed by bringing an inflatable mattress. Other than those it’s a really nice unit with balconies from every room offering uncluttered view of the ocean. We had such a great time comfortably accommodated a family of six . Will stay there again. "

"Birthday trip to the beach
We enjoyed our stay at the El Constante. We have been going here for years. It is harder to get your group bookings and the room arrangements you would like now that we have to go through the management company. I miss the days of calling and speaking to someone right there in the office. The place is looking great with the new paint, but I noticed a few things on the inside that needed a little attention. With that said we still love the El Constante property and will surly be back. "

"The room worked
The room worked. The room has one ac unit and upstairs is several degrees warmer. It was not hot upstairs but it was not cool either. There was not much water pressure in the kitchen or upstairs. The guest bathroom, the one I used, had bathtub faucets that are decaying and pretty much zero hot water pressure. The room was close to the beach and pool which was nice. The quilt in the guest room was dirty too. So gross. The couch and chairs downstairs were old and could’ve used a cleaning. Nothing too terrible but when you’re a guest it is nice to have clean furniture. "

"Very Happy
3 adults and 3 kids stayed here for 3 nights last week and we were very happy. The only negatives (about this specific unit) was no curtain on one of the bedroom windows so the morning sun gets you up early and also, the wooden steps leading up to the unit need some upkeep. Spring break trip with my wife and our three children. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at El Constante. Close to the beach, not crowded, nice pool and hot tub. The property was falling a bit behind on the old deferred maintenance list, but was doing work to get caught up. Old decks, falling soffets, etc. Pool was also a little dirty, but a lot of this may have been from the work going on. "
