-Laundry facility on site, $2 for washer and $2 for dryer (Quarter exchange at front office)
-Gazebo with gas grills (Due to our frequent droughts, high winds and burn bans -No other types of BBQ grills, pits, or outdoor cooking equipment is allowed on the premises; including parking lots, patios, or balconies
CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: (Property Management) launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of (Property Management) must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.

The above applies to moving dates or switching units as well. We recommend that the guest purchase CSA Travel Protection. There are no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. "Great Location
This honestly was a super cute condo, it had wonderful views of the beaches and it was decorated well. The only thing I would change next time for my visit was stay in a top condo because we had a family of five above us with many small children and they were constantly running up and down their condo past 11 pm. I don’t fault the complex for the noise but it did make sleeping difficult. Just be mindful if you stay in this unit of the noise level from above. Overall I loved the location but will stay in a top condo next time. "

It was exactly as we had hoped... the condo was immaculate. Ocean front ground floor, quiet and restful. Best time of year for retired folks to go... no kids screaming or running around. The beach was nearly empty. Sitting on the patio and watching and hearing the surf while drinking a glass of wine. Life is great!"

"Beach Trip
The condo was great and as described. The three days we were there, the net to remove all the floating bugs, was not done. Other than that, the pool was very clean.
We were there from Tuesday night through Friday morning. In the room above us, there was a family of 4 young children whose parents did not have any control. From morning until night, if they were in their room, those children ran back and forth all day long until after 9:00 pm. We did not complain because we've raised children, but always had respect for those around us. It's just the luck of the draw I guess, but it was very annoying."

Have always loved staying at El Constante. This is the first time we had people staying above us that sounded like cattle. Until about 1 o’clock in the morning! And we didn’t have a coffee carafe. Big deal to coffee drinkers! It was replaced late in day on our second day there. Dog **** in grassy area and lady couldn’t find it to pick up. She might have been too big to see the ground. First stay with a not so good review. Front desk-guy was very nice and helpful."

Condo on the North Padre Island beach. Right out your front door! Listen to the ocean, walk in the waves, hunt shells, catch saltwater fish on the pier, sunbathe by the pool out of the wind and unwind on the front porch by watching the beach campfires and sunsets! Great get away! "

"Great Stay Unit 102
Our Condo was in good shape. Nice furnishings. It would be nice and very helpful if El Constante provided luggage carts for unloading and loading up. I know there are no elevators, but luggage carts would at least provide less trips to your vehicle. The front desk employee was very nice and courteous. We were using the pool and noticed the hot tub was not working. We stopped a housekeeping staff member who took the time to explain that the person who works on it was off, but she took the time to report it. We appreciated her courteousness. The hot tub was fixed the next day and we received a text message regarding that. That’s efficient. Very nice stay and hope to make it back soon.

It’s nice spot off the beach but it’s not set up to have all what you need so bring extra blankets, bath towels & pillows. The faucet in kitchen was really loose and only half of the stove top works. It’s perfect for a couple and I know they’ll fix the issues listed above. "

My husband and I visited El Constante over the Labor Day weekend for our 1 year anniversary and stayed in one of the ground-floor, ocean-front condos. Our view was incredible and it was so convenient to go relax on the beach all day. We only saw one cockroach which we call a win considering all the critters around the humid texas coast. Will definitely be back!"

The location was beautiful, right on the beach! The amenities were perfect for 2 people. All good except we couldn't get the TV to work. Seemed like we were missing a remote that operated a portion of the TV. All good as we usually don't watch TV on vacation anyway, but would have been nice in the mornings. To be fair, we never mentioned it to the company. "

"Beach front
Key pad broken on room said “ maintenance isn’t coming till after your stay”. Gave a hard key and told don’t loose cuz that’s the only one on location, if you loose it we have to go to the main office to get another.
Asked for a roll of toilet paper and was told “we don’t normally give out extra but here’s a roll.” At 350.00 a night extra amenities would be nice.
Ceiling fan is dirty.

"A good relaxing time
I really liked this unit. Nice views, well equipped, clean. Good TV FOr EVENINGS. the staff especially James and Ashley incredibly helpful (both James, front desk Cletk and groundskeeper ). It needed better cleaning( dust under the beds and behind) but I took the broom and did myself. Unfortunately lost my husband’s wedding band here and didn’t realize until I moved to 106 (which needs some work by the way) and one of the office staff fought me on going back into the unit saying it had been cleaned and cleared for the new incoming guests. I won’t mention her name as possums he was having a bad day. I went above her to the head of homeowners association and I got permission to go into unit. Blue and Bonnie, housekeepers rechecked garbage disposal finding a shell and some garbage gunk, but unfortunately not my rings . I am afraid I lost them on the beach. Larry from 14
32 and Cathy and Kurt walked my route in the beach with me but we did not find them. I am heartbroken. My thanks to the two James, to Ashley their help and compassion, to the homeowners President, and to my 3 new friends who helped search. Don and Sue also took a lot of time in the pool to search for the rings in case they were there (actually 3 of them). 102 was a GREAT experience except fir this. "

Last year we stayed in 102 and we were supposed to have a Keurig as listed, but it was a brewer. We were going to bring our own-should have. Only negative. "

El Constante is a great place to stay because it is so close to the beach. The condo we rented was clean and had everything we needed. Check out was easy. My only concern was when I first got there, having never been before, it took me a little bit to find the office which is right off the pool. The pool was wonderful and the hot tub great! I have already booked our trip for next year and will definitely consider coming in between trips. I love the beachy look of the place and the fact that we can walk right out onto the beach. "

"Life on the Beach
We found our rental to be in excellent shape. We enjoyed the comforts of home and staying right on the beach. We loved sitting out front watching the waves roll Lynn. The lawn chairs were very comfortable and the view was amazing. There were only two Of us so having a one bedroom one bath was sufficient. The condo was decorated nicely and the air conditioner worked great. We will enjoy coming back to Padre Island And staying in the same condo. The staff was super nice."

"The Beach in November is a MUST!
We often stay at El Constante in the summer and have vacationed here since they opened back in the 80's. This was our first vacation in the fall and it was worth every cent. It was still warm enough to get in the ocean, yet there was a nice cool breeze blowing. Unit 102 is very nice and you just cant beat the location. I would give this 6 stars if allowed. Super nice office staff and the pool is heated so that was a nice bonus!"

"Pandemic Blues Solved!
It's important to get out and away for at least a few days just for mental health purposes. This getaway was just what the doctor ordered. Great location! We will consider going back. We rarely vacation in the US but with the pandemic and not wanting to get on a plane, Corpus was the choice. Glad we did. Nice beach, nice condo, no-frills, no pressure, no pretentious tourists, just very chill. "

We’ve stayed at El Constante for at least 20 years and, as always, the property was well kept up and clean. The beachfront condo itself was great! Our unit was spotless and well stocked with kitchen utensils. The bed was comfy and we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. Even with the pandemic, we felt safe. Check in and check out was seamless and office staff was courteous. We can’t wait to return next year!"

The condo was in a great location and being so close to the beach was a huge plus since driving on the beach was prohibited at the time of our stay. Had a great stay. Unit 102 was very nice. The railings on front ocean units could be painted! They have black/brown gummie looking something over the nails. Would look cleaner if Front Gulf unit railings were painted. Upon arrival the management said that the dishwasher was broken and they were getting a new one. We were wondering if they put a new one in?"

The condo was exactly as described and pictured. We were disappointed in there was no coffee because coffee pods were offered but not there. We had to buy coffee and filters and have been uncomfortable about going into any store and would have brought that. Also they locked us out a good 10 minutes before 11 while we were moving to the car. Such a hassle to get another code"

"Mothers Day Rainy Weekend
Since we spent so much time indoors I noticed the rental was not thoroughly cleaned. Bathroom baseboards, cabinets, and bathtub needed attention. The kitchen appliances were Ok, floors and baseboards, not so much. My extended family stayed in two other units that were cleaner.There was also water damage on bedroom the ceiling that looked like a crazy starfish. The kids loved it, I wondered about mold. Over all it met our needs but for the price, I expected a little more pizaz."

"Always relaxing
It was great except for the view being hindered from fishermen camping out in front of the room.
We had booked 5 nights and for 3 of them we had 3 trucks with equipment loaded with fishing supplies etc. They were all sideways and also has tents and awnings. Their was lots of room for them to have set up not in front of the condos to both sides approx 50 yards from them.
This was not the rentals fault it just was annoying to rent ocean view and have this as the view. "

We enjoyed our stay and were happy with the room. The only thing that I wasn't happy about was that I was charged a $45 clean-up fee. Yet, I had to bag the trash, wash the dishes and set the AC at 78. I thought this is what the cleaning fee was for."

"Loved It!
Myself, my husband and our 18 month old son went to this property in mid June and absolutely loved it! THe condo was a perfect size for our little family and the location was amazing! Made going back and forth from the beach with a little guy so easy & the pool was an added bonus to get away from the sand for a little while. Will definitely be going back! "

"Perfect Location!
We've been coming to the El Constante since the late 80s so we are very happy to see the upgrades and the location continues to be primo. Our condo was nicely decorated but the newly painted cabinets needed a good cleaning. It was nice to have the Adirondack chairs on porch (they all should!) but the patio and sidewalks could also use a good cleaning, small trash and too many cigarette butts. Love the color replacing the stucco, and the pool was sparkling, we will be back!"
