All cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee, of $150.00, 3% credit card fee (if applicable), and a $35.00 reservation fee. The aforementioned applies to ALL reservation cancellations
Reservations made after 05/23/2020, if we are classified as being under a "Rental Ban", prior to arrival date all monies paid will be refunded. If a "Rental Ban", were to occur during a stay, the balance of nights not used would be refunded... It's not close to the more crowded area, and a quick drive to pier park, and all the good restaurants and attractions. Tower Unit 710 is where we stayed this visit. We don't believe the unit was cleaned before our arrival, as my daughter claimed the floor "seasoned her feet". The hot water in the shower downstairs doesn't work. The mirrors everywhere did make the place seem larger, but the 80's have been over for over 35 years. We'll always come back, maybe not to this unit though." The property management company contacted us both times the building turned the water off for repairs and was friendly. Wifi and cell service was also awkward at best and unavailable at worst, but won't keep us from returning. Pool was great, and wonderfully heated. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. Loved being close to Publix and Front Beach Road. Also grateful for emailed directions to the entrance because it can be very hard to see, and the Google directions do not lead to the entrance! ps: the unit we stayed in looks like it could use a little TLC in places, but the "issues" seemed to be mostly cosmetic and won't keep us from returning. I don't specifically like the bedroom on the entrance level and having to walk up with groceries and such, but was not as bad as I would have thought. The carpet on the stairs was a little iffy when coming back down. It made the outer edge feel like you might slip over it. I have stayed in 2 and 3 bedroom units and they all had good size kitchen areas in comparison. The 1 bedroom kitchen is really tight with a small sink. The stove in this unit could be updated, but was sufficient to work with. All in all I was pleased with the unit. The only problem we had was the lock code was invalidated prior to the 10 oclock check out. I can't believe there is such a thing that happens even at 10, but prior to that was really an issue." The Bay balcony is awesome to watch the boaters and kayaks. We have stayed several places before but Pinnacle Port A710 Is my family fav place to be. The McCoys are awesome renters and going thru Seagrove is easy and they are there when something is needed. The unit could use some better cooking utensils and we had to wash the balcony furniture before we could use it. I will say the price was right, but you do get what you paid for.
