After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.

Did need some washcloths and a few more towels in kitchen as we cook. Mostly very much needs drapes in the living room. You feel to open at night feeling like all on the beach can see. We really enjoyed our stay however this unit definitely needs blackout curtains. The master faces east so it is very bright in the morning. As much as I love sunrise I also like the option to sleep in as well. The two other bedrooms face the parking lot and the light for the condo hallways shine in the room. It is very bright so it does make it really hard to sleep. Wish there was a place for the unit to store beach stuff like chairs and an umbrella.
