CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be cancelled by Guest with notice to Agent within seven (7) days of the date of the reservation call, and more than thirty (30) days before check-in and any deposit received by Agent shall be refunded to Guest minus a $275.00 administration fee. After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.

"Perfect Family Getaway
This was such a beautiful spot in a well maintained location with everything a family would need. Very family friendly, lots of pets and accommodations for pets as well. Very secure neighborhood, making safety a priority. We had so much fun our trip truly flew by. It's nestled in a great location away from a lot of the tourism hustle and bustle but close enough to get to lots of fun attractions. Highly recommend and will be looking to stay here again ourselves!"

Beautiful dog friendly area. Very clean condo with plenty of room for all. Nice location and views. A few maintenance issues that were not addressed during our stay but hopefully will be before next guest. Definitely looking forward to returning to resort. "

It is always great to be at this location.
We have been coming here since 2010 and we plan to purchase a condo or house in the future here at this location.
We had a great stay only one complaint with the TV / Internet. This time it was Tuesday before they got this fixed. We need the internet for work and would like to have had TV to watch. I know you have a lot of properties to manage but maybe let customer know to bring roku or other device and if it does not have working internet let customer know we would have changed to a house for rental."

"Beautiful Condo!
We spent 2 weeks in this unit and we had a fabulous stay. The condo is gorgeous, and very spacious. There were 6 of us at one point and still tons of space. The gated community is absolutely beautiful, with many convenient beach access walkways, short 5 minute walk to the pools, and nice walkways across the lakes. We had our 2 dogs with us and there were lots of green space to walk them as well as “poop pots” to clean up after them just about everywhere. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. The first few days there was a nice breeze, but many days it was too hot during the day to sit on the balcony as the afternoon sun comes in. There are 2 fans, however, so that really depends on your heat tolerance. My daughter spent most days working from the balcony and loved it. This unit is very quiet with lots of light. We used the pool quite a bit and it was nice to have 2 options. There is also a covered balcony which was breezy for a break from the sun.
While the beaches are very convenient to walk to, less than a 5 minute walk, this stretch of ocean is not for swimming. There are coquina rocks along the 2 mile stretch, and it makes it dangerous for swimming. Perhaps this is recent, with the sand erosion from the hurricanes last year, but it was so disappointing for our kids, as they love swimming and riding the waves. That said, it is so nice to walk on the beach and dogs are also welcome which was lots of fun. We did find a beautiful beach 10 minutes north, Bay Drive, which was beautiful and no rocks. There are showers and bathrooms and plenty of parking - if you don’t mind a 10 minute drive. Also a warning if you have dogs who bark at other dogs: a little chihuahua lives next door and barked at our dogs anytime they would come out to the balcony. This is really not an issue for most, but our German shepherd loves acting like a tough guy around other dogs and I’m not sure how much the neighbor appreciated his "

We’ve been vacationing in Palm Coast nearly every year since 2013. We absolutely love the area particularly for its wide, uncrowded beaches. After vacationing all over both Florida’s coasts, this area is by far our favorite and the condos at Cinnamon Beach are our favorite place to stay. This was our 4th in the complex, 2nd in this building. We love having a view of the golf course as well as the ocean. The view from this unit did not disappoint. We traveled with 6 adults so with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms this unit accommodated us perfectly. "

"Thanksgiving at the Beach
We had a family beach Thanksgiving. My wife and I were there all week. Weather was so so. Condo is in a good location. Easy trip the St. Augustine and Flagler Beach. Good view of the ocean and the 8th hole on the Ocean Course. If you like to play golf that course is a must. I've played at many PGA tour course and this one beats them all. Condo was clean. Lots of space for a family. The kitchen could have been better stocked but Publix is less than a mile away. Easy location to restock for the week. 2 Pools gives you options. The ocean had a variety of waves from violent to calm. We enjoyed happy hour on the beach. Be careful of the rocks if you are a surfer. We had a great time. "

The condo was very well furnished, clean, had everything a traveler would want for a great stay. I was thrilled that the owners provided a beach buggy to help in toting times to the beach as well as extra umbrellas. The kitchen was well-stocked and made cooking super easy. We’ve stayed in some wonderful places and found this one to be really great and well decorated.
We had forgotten about all of the rocks along the shore but found an easy entry about .2 miles near the Oceanside pool. I was a bit disappointed that the pools lacked umbrellas for guest near chaises. Also, I recommend that the condo owners provide rugs for the bathrooms. We used beach towels by the shower."

Outstanding stay (~3weeks)! Booking process and support from Cinnamon Beach Vacations was great in all regards. This is a beautiful home with an amazing ocean and golf course view that never gets old! The condo is beautifully furnished (COMFY beds!), has a great floor plan, and was immaculately clean and equipped with everything we needed. We felt at home immediately and would definitely stay again!"

"Peaceful and Quiet
The condo was very clean and the view was amazing! Beds were comfy and we definitely had everything we needed. You do need to space out showers because we did run out of hot water several times. Outdoor space was where we spent a lot of our evenings! Very relaxing to watch the golfers. I do want to let renters know that the beach is a little rocky and covered in shells. There are also large boulders in the water so you have to be very careful. Kids were not able to boogie board or skim board. Pools are nice though a bit of a walk. Neighborhood was quiet. "

"Nice Condo very comfortable. Cable is a problem.
I rented this to work from home but was disappointed at the terrible cable connection. I asked about this before rented and was assured it would be fast and secure - it was not. Lacked a broiler and some other needed supplies like a good vacuum. Furnishings were comfortable. I had to wait for the cable guy twice. Not something I should have had to do with no compensation."

"Amazingly dog friendly condo and beach
The condo was well maintained, and had more amenities than we could use. The balcony view included the golf course with the beach visible about 100 yards out, of course the dunes make up half of that distance. It was convenient to walk to the beach multiple times per day since we were so close. Dog poop stations are readily available, so you don't have to bring your own."
