CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be cancelled by Guest with notice to Agent within seven (7) days of the date of the reservation call, and more than thirty (30) days before check-in and any deposit received by Agent shall be refunded to Guest minus a $275.00 administration fee. After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.

"Spacious well maintained unit with a view
We loved our stay in this unit. All rooms were spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The “kids’ room” with the bunk bed and trundle were perfect for my girls and their friends. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, appliances, etc. We loved having morning breakfast overlooking the lagoon. "

"Great time in Palm Coast!
Our family of 7 traveled to palm Coast for a graduation. It fit our needs perfectly. It was close to our main event but was also centrally located to other attractions we were able to enjoy. The 3 bedroom 3 bath was clean and spacious. Cinnamon beach was a short walk and the pool was great for everyone. Highly recommend and would rent again if we visit FL again. "

"Family trip
We had an excellent stay at #1041. It was clean, spacious, well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked (we did miss a blender and spatulas) and there were even a few beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. The walk to the beach was incredibly short! I thought we would miss being oceanside, but watching sunsets and being lakeside was just as nice. The covered patio was well equipped with comfy reclining chairs and room for all six around the nice patio table. The linens were great! Plenty of room for all 7 of us. The area is very quiet and with the gated community, felt very safe with lots of parking. Would love to be back again. "

"Wonderful getaway unbeatable location
Cinnamon beach is a private low key safe area to stay. Gated community. The location is unbeatable. If you go in season the clubhouse restaurant is open and the food is great. Two sparkling clean pools available. It's also very close to everything you need in town. This condo is clean and well maintained. Super spacious and well stocked. The beds are dreamy. There's a convenient elevator and carts to use. Covered parking. The beach is just beyond amazing and not crowded. We try to come here several times a year to relax and get away. We have stayed in both the condos and houses. We have been lucky enough to came here for the past 15 years! We love it and will be back soon."

"Family at the beach
Close to the beach. Plenty of room for the family. Beautiful pools , awesome for children. We had a wonderful time together!! Wonderful sunrise every morning!! Beautiful landscape with palm trees & plants. Loved the views, great for pictures!
There were a lot of big rocks at the shoreline. At low tide it was ok, but high tide very dangerous."

"Wonderful Vacation House
This condo was as lovely in reality as in the pictures. Spacious, clean, and has everything you need for your stay. Beach walk is right across the street. Pool is a short walk. Nice, large deck overlooking the lake with lots of wildlife-alligators and turtles. We can’t wait to return!"

"Wallraven vacation
The place was dirty. There was hair everywhere. The shower in the master had mold. The kitchen smelled vinery. The tv in the small bedroom did not work and could not get the master tv either to work. This is just a few things. There were no pans to cook bread on the one in there was nasty. The washer or dryer got markes on several of our clothing so did not use scared to use........ "

Very comfortable condo in a great location. Condo was well furnished and the resort amenities were exactly what we needed. I will stay here again. I suggest that black out drapes be installed in the bedroom facing the outside corridor. The lights that stay on all night long made sleeping a little uncomfortable my guest. "

"Cinnamon Beach - Unit 1041 Review
We love Cinnamon Beach and have stayed in a number of different condo units in this area. This unit was the least stocked of any unit we have ever stayed in. There was no dust pan, no spatula, not enough bowls and the pan handles were about to come off on almost all the pans. Not a good number of towels for a unit this size. The unit was clean and the two kind bed feature is a big plus. It just needs to be stocked with basics and essentials better."

"Average place
The place was nice. Had trouble getting our second car in because it was not clear each car had the have separate registration. Frustrated we were not informed of the big cement rocks in ocean. We all had bloody feet and were not able to go back in at our location. Went to the pool area and the elevators were down the whole week. Then the water was cut off at our place . We come to palm coast every year and I think we will try another place next year."

"With a few tweaks, it could be a perfect place.
We went with our children and 3-year old grandchild in mid-March (many motorcyles there for an event in Daytona). It's a lovely condo with a nice view of the pond. However, the complex advertised a playground (one of the reasons I booked it) which was under construction. Since the weather was cool, that would have been perfect. Also, additional glassware (only three water glasses for the five adults in our party) is needed and a decent chef's knife. The beds are lumpy and the pillows are terrible. Although housekeeping was very responsive and brought additional pillows, they were exactly the same as what we had. Overall, it is a really nice, clean condo and very convenient to the beach and pool, so these small fixes would make it a perfect place."

"Great Place to Stay in Palm Coast
This rental was our best over the last 5 years - it is very clean and updated and comfortable. Decor is fabulous. We did not use the kitchen except for morning coffee but it had everything needed if you wanted to make meals. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were high quality. We will keep this one top of the list for Cinnamon Beach rentals and stay again! [OK one small matter that my adult daughter noticed sleeping in the second king room - the hall lights outside the unit are very bright and the shades let in the light so some dark curtain over that window would work wonders - then all would be perfect!!] But we loved this rental."

Amazing property! Gated community with two pools a restaurant/bar and private beach access! Not a single complaint! The condo was everything we anticipated and more! The full kitchen was nice to be able to cook a meal or two and everything you need to cook and eat is in the cabinets! Late check-in was a breeze as our flight was delayed. I have already booked a condo for our next trip!! Love it! I would recommend getting a toll pass from the Hammock Dunes bridge authority as the toll to cross is $2.00 cash as opposed to the toll pass is only $.50. The toll is only eastbound over the inter coastal, and free to cross westbound. You can have an application mailed to you and mail it back and pick up your pass when you arrive. All in all amazing condo in an amazing community with stunning views!!!"

Overall we had an INCREDIBLE time. Our condo on the lake was very beautiful with beautiful views even though we weren't on the beach. And the price was unbearable. We would definitely come and again and reccomend it to many others! My only complaint is that we were unaware of the splash pad and kiddie pool being under repair (we have 3 kids 5 and under and it would have been amazing!!) Othwrwise, the other pools and game room were great. The walk to the beach was very short (pool was farther!), and we loved the low key bands playing at the pool. "

"Cinnamon Beach!
Loved, loved, loved the end unit! Everything was just as pictured, it was clean and well maintained. We faced the lake with the ocean across the way. The two pools were fabulous and a short walk away! We could hear the ocean from our large balcony. Hated to leave after a month. The grounds were very dog friendly. The Turtle Shack, JT's Fish Shack , Funky Pelican, La Piazza, Mezzaluna Pizza and Captains BBQ were fabulous and fun restaurants just to name a few!! We will be back!"

"Cinnamon Beach on the lake
Loved everything about this property except that two of the three mattresses are hard as rocks. It's like lying on a board. Also there are no wash cloths and limited supplies compared to other condos we have experienced at Cinnamon Beach.. The sofa has seen better days as well though we spent most of our time enjoying the lake view from the fabulous porch which has plenty of seating. The sounds at night are literally like being in a cabin in the woods. We loved it and would return if the owners purchased new mattresses. "

Condo bones were great. The rooms accommodations just like we expected. The double gated community made use feel safe to let the children roam. Some little things should have been better. Ice maker didn't work, Sliding door took all your attention. Many light bulbs needed replacing, door to utility closet locked (needed what was inside). Kitchen utensils less than complete"
