CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be cancelled by Guest with notice to Agent within seven (7) days of the date of the reservation call, and more than thirty (30) days before check-in and any deposit received by Agent shall be refunded to Guest minus a $275.00 administration fee. After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.

Overall it was nice. The furniture needs a bit of updating. Great area for walking along the intercoastal waterway. Close to shopping and dining. Would have been nicer if we were told the pool and hot tub were closed before we booked. Also I feel the damage fee should be refunded if there is no damage. "

"We enjoyed our stay.
This condo was nice, neat, we kept finding hair everywhere . However, I wouldn’t recommend it if you have a child/ren. We weren’t able to fully relax due to the old woman with two dogs that lives on the 1st floor. She complains about any small amount of noise. The people above us were stomping and making noises but it wasn’t bad, it just let us know that someone was living above us on the 3rd floor. My 6 year old was ready to go home after the 3rd day and so was I. "
