The ground level at Endless Summer is the place where your whole family will gather to dine, play and relax. The designer open-kitchen layout with tiled back splash and high-end appliances set the tone for this sparkling new home. French doors open to the outside pool deck with plenty of seating for dining inside and out. A stainless steel grille awaits if you choose to cook freshly caught fish from your day on the water, or from one of our local seafood shops!
Make Coffee just how you like it with the Keurig or the Coffee Pot.
Lounge by your private pool and as the Atlantic waves crash in on our Cinnamon shores! Why walk down to the community pool when you and your family can take a refreshing dip right outside your door? No need to worry about finding an available chair to relax poolside- there's enough for the whole gang. Having your own pool overlooking the lake means you'll never have to leave Endless Summer during your stay to cool off and go for a swim. Desirable Eastern exposure allows you to feel the ocean breezes and provides morning sun and afternoon shade.
The ground-level is also home to the primary master suite, offering King Bed, beautiful glassed-in shower , dual vanities and walk-in closet. Settle in and get comfortable- it's gonna be a great week!
Back towards the front door of the home is a super-cool game area with foosball table. The whole family will have a blast, and plenty of seating ensures that no one will miss out on the fun. There's even a ping-pong table in the garage!
Upstairs on the 2nd floor, you'll find 4 more guest bedrooms, including 3 MORE KING BEDROOMS!! What property offers 4 KING BEDROOMS? ENDLESS SUMMER does! Two of the King Bedrooms are essentially additional master suites with private en-suite full bathrooms. Of course, there are flat screen TVs for your entertainment, offering ROKU and YOUTUBE TV.
The final King Bedroom shares a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with dual vanities with the bunk bedroom.
When you want to head to the beach, utilize the beach supplies at the home. Take some Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Beach Umbrella in the Beach Cart for your short stroll to the beach.
This home also has a Pack n' Play and High Chair for the young guests.

CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be cancelled by Guest with notice to Agent within seven (7) days of the date of the reservation call, and more than thirty (30) days before check-in and any deposit received by Agent shall be refunded to Guest minus a $275.00 administration fee. After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.

"Beach Rental
I was very disappointed. Pulling into the drive way it looks nice. Upon entering it looked nice. However the house was very dirty. Dirty bathrooms and kitchen. Mold in showers and kitchen sink. Dishwasher was very smelly. we had to run it empty before we could use it. Floors were very dirty. Looked like the cleaning service just cleaned enough to make it look good on first glance. The pool was also very dirty. The pool walls were slimy and dirty. bunk bed room we had to make the bed. If this were my property I would have it deep cleaned including floors and pool. I hesitated all this time to write a review because I hate to give reviews that are not good. I would not rent this property again. "

This was a beautiful place to stay in. bare as far as condiments, so make sure you bring your own things and extras of kitchen supplies like paper towels, trash bags and such. "

Our group of seven plus our pups had a wonderful week in your beautiful home. We felt everything we needed to enjoy a week at the beach was provided from kitchen utensils and cookware to beach towels and toys. The location was peaceful and only a short walk to the beach. The property management group was wonderful and responsive to any and all questions. We can't wait to come back."

"Endless Summer Review
Our family had a great time at the Endless Summer home. The house was clean and spacious to accommodate all the grandkids. They loved the double bunk bed and we also liked that the other bedrooms had king beds. It was really nice to have the pool in the back yard! The only recommendation is to replace the foosball table. The kids were so excited to play it but they really couldn’t because some of the player bodies were missing."

"Great Experience
Great pet friendly house. The house was very clean, had plenty of beach supplies, and is in a great location. This was our 8th or 9th different house that we’ve stayed in in this neighborhood. It was one of the best! More than adequate space for our 9 person family plus our pup. The bedrooms are situated well and the living space was great. Pool was also great, and the grill works well. A short walk to the beach.
There is no vacuum cleaner or full size broom in the house, which made keeping it clean while we were there a bit difficult. There are also zero spices and other things that you would typically use for cooking. However, the house was very clean when we arrived and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"Lovely July 4th Week stay with 6 adults, 2 Kids, 2 dogs
Community, house, private pool and amenities were wonderful. House was clean, well appointed and rooms were large with nice decor and furniture. Only issue with house was bbq grill was quite dirty and unusable. The community is quiet and very dog friendly. The beach was beautiful but the exposed coquina ( rocks on the shoreline) made swimming difficult and dangerous. We did a quick drive to crescent beach and Varn park which were great swimming beaches. "

"Perfect Vacation Home!
We had a fabulous month at Endless Summer. The location was terrific- short walk to the ocean and community pools, and close to bike paths, tennis courts, and a Publix. The home was very comfortable, with a great view out the large windows to the lake, and it had so much seating inside and out. The best part was the outdoor space: patio with a beautiful view, new gas grill, huge table, comfortable lounge chairs, and that heated pool!! It was heated to a generous 85 degrees, and we just loved our time here.

"Fantastic Vacation at Cinnamon Beach
The house (Endless Summer) was superb. The accommodations where perfect for a family of 6 - all of the beds were king size. The house was very clean and in good order. One thing to note - please keep an eye out for snakes. The first day we went to use the pool, we were started to see a coral snake swimming in it. Overall a great vacation and fantastic house."

"Endless fun for the family
We stayed at Cinnamon beach in the Hammock Dunes complex. Endless summer was great for two families with small children and grandparents (us). The first floor bedroom with private bath worked out well for us with the two families upstairs. The house was well kept with plenty of beach towels. Having the pool at the house for the kids was key. The common pool was also lots of fun. Publix is about a mile away and there are many good takeout options. The staff was excellent and when I asked them to replace the gas grill since it was rusting, we had a brand new grill the next morning. If you want the beach, I would drive north a few miles to crescent beach....although Cinnamon beach is beautiful, sand is a bit grainy for the kids. We would definitely stay again!"

Beautiful home, excellent pool, close to the beach and was equipped with everything we needed to have a perfect vacation. The 3 King size beds with the bunk bed room made everyone feel at home. It was so nice for the grown kids to have their space."

"Amazing Family Vacation
Endless Summer was even better than we expected. From the moment we walked in the front door, I knew we were going to love this place. The house had so much space for our family to enjoy. It had everything we needed to enjoy a week in paradise. We especially loved our private pool. We enjoyed many meals outside by the pool. The short walk to the beach was very enjoyable. "great Vacation
We took our entire families and stayed at the two houses next door to each other. It was a wonderful experience for all. We had kids as young as 3 and adults up to 71 years old.
Fantastic lodging and amenities.
We did a lot of cooking in, but also took advantage of some of the local restaurants for take out, especially seafood.
Drove down A1A to some shopping and local pubs, Tortuga, Funky Pelican, Finns to name a few"

"Wonderful Family Location
We had a wonderful stay at Endless Summer! It was perfect for our family. The beach wasnt too crowded and about a 7 minute walk. The private pool got afternoon shade, which was perfect. There was tons of chairs, sand toys and even a pack n' play and high chair still in their boxes. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Definitely would stay again!"

"One of the best vacations I've ever had
Really nice area I guess one would call a gated community. House was absolutely beautiful and we had plenty of room with a room to spare. A stones throw from the beach. Plus they had a community pool with hot tub and a kiddie area for my 3 yr old to play. A little restaurant with bar at the pool entry was nice. No riff raff to deal with because there was a security guard on duty 24/7 that was at the entrance into the housing area. Their was a Publix grocery right around the corner from us. The house was clean and included kitchenware, washer,dryer, tv in every room was nice. We had our own pool with grill out back which I recommend. I didn't know what to expect out of this vacation and I had my doubts cause I wanted my family (mom,dad,brother, nephew, wife and son) to have a great time and we did have a great time. A laid back environment and very relaxing. Would definitely come back to cinnamon beach and Palm Coast again. "

"Beautiful home in quiet area wiith great amenities
We took my parents for their 50th Anniversary and did a lot of research for a place to stay that was going to allow our family a perfect vacation! it paid off! The home was spacious for our group of 10 and 4 of the 5 bedrooms were King beds! The walk to
amenities and beach was very close and a nice pool in the backyard as well! We had a few minor issues while there and maintenance showed within 10 minutes. Scott was helpful with ideas on things to do and places to eat. The drive to St. Augustine was about
30 min and we went several times during our stay. The local beach was quiet as we had wanted. We ate at the club cafe (main pool) several times with great service and food. The home was kid friendly with a few games, foosball, ping pong table, internet, etc.
We had a great stay in Endless Summer. The location and setup was perfect!"
