Off of the main living space is a majestic balcony with a dining table and addition seating for lounging. This is a perfect place to soak-in the golf course and ocean views and to decompress after a long day at the Cinnamon Beach clubhouse, pools and beach.
Let the tide bring you into the primary suite with a comfortable King size bed. The private ensuite includes a walk-in shower, separate soaking tub and double vanities. The 2nd bedroom is a calming guestroom with a private full bathroom ensuite and Queen size bed. Dive into the 3rd bedroom with 2 Trundle beds great for families. The trundle beds can sleep up to 4 guests, each on a twin-size mattress. The 3rd full bathroom in the unit is just across the hall.
The laundry room is a great space to store your beach accessories during your stay.

CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be cancelled by Guest with notice to Agent within seven (7) days of the date of the reservation call, and more than thirty (30) days before check-in and any deposit received by Agent shall be refunded to Guest minus a $275.00 administration fee. After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.

We had a great long weekend at the beach. Check-in was a breeze and the property management team was responsive. I would suggest that you check the function of the kitchen appliances before a new guest arrives. The garbage disposal was jammed and the auto lid for the trash can didn't work. Maintenance repaired the garbage disposal but nothing was done for the trash can. Minor annoyance. "

"Perfect Fit for our Family
The rental was as described - very spacious, clean, beautiful view, modern decor, and comfortable (felt like home). The kitchen was well-stocked and the unit had ample linens/towels. We liked the location in the community for an added sense of privacy. The covered parking was a nice surprise! We hope to stay longer next time! "

"Daytona Bike Week accommodations
Beautiful area well maintained above what I expected. It was more than a regular hotel. Great area for our motorcycle's under the condo and out of the weather. one problem the condo numbers do not match the floors. my condo was 131 on the third floor, it should have read 331 took us a while to figure that out. First floor was the car garage second floor started with 121, 125, and so on. "

Enjoyed our stay in this end unit. Loved the extra room and windows on the side. Great views of the Golf Course and the Ocean. Could use a new shower head in the main bath and a hand held spray would be nice. Showing some age but overall a great place to stay."

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation. Lots of room! Especially happy to have 3 bathrooms. Having two dining areas was a plus. Well maintained and well equipped. We really enjoyed the extra space on the balcony since this was a corner unit. "

"Spacious, Serene and Stylish!
Our family of seven was absolutely delighted by our long weekend at Cinnamon Beach. As long-time fans of the complex, we have visited many times and are well acquainted with the wonderfully peaceful beach and the amenities of the community. This specific (#131) unit was particularly nice and very well appointed. It was an absolute perfection of cleanliness!
The only 'constructive feedback' we would have to mention is that none of the lamps in the various rooms appear to be connected to the switches on the wall...and some required a change of bulbs and the sliding door that leads to the lovely outdoor balcony (with the amazing view) did not lock, so we had to improvise with a broom stick we found in the laundry room. Neither of these small things would deter us from booking the same unit again. "

"Wonderful Condo
We loved our stay at this beautiful condo! It was clean, decorated beautifully, spacious with a great view! We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others!
The only tiny things I would mention are that the kitchen was not as stocked as I would have expected. We had to go buy salt and pepper for example.
And what would make it even more enjoyable would be to have fans on the balcony. We would have spent much more time out there but it was just too hot without a fan. "

It was clean and so spacious with the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it was perfect for our 2 couples and 2 teenage boys. We had a great view of golf course and the ocean. We would definitely stay here again. "

The condo was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Although a short walk from the beach, we had a lovely view of the ocean, golf course, and morning sunrise. Our family has been spoiled by the quality accommodations and amenities there and have made it our go-to vacation spot!"

"Very nice condo, BUT not clean AND beware of unannounced vendors.
The condo was nice and big. However, it was not very clean. Ex. Food on rugs. Not stocked with basics either, had to buy TP, soap, paper towels, dish detergent, etc. BUT the worst part was 2 men showed up mid/stay without management notifying us and said they needed to look in the utility closet. Same company came back 2 days later with NO NOTICE from management and said he was installing a hot water heater and would need to be there for 2 hours or so in the condo and water would be off. I contacted management and they said it was an error, BUT didn’t ask the vendor to leave or offer us any compensation for the inconvenience. We had plans for the day, but was certainly not going to leave them in the condo. The vendor offered to buy us a bottle of wine which we declined. He finally decided to leave. Beach and golf course view is nice, however, if you like to get into the ocean, very rocky."

1) We stayed in a great 3 bed, 3 bath condo overlooking the 8th hole with ocean directly behind it. I can't wait for another opportunity to stay here.

We love Cinnamon Beach! This was our first stay in this particular unit, but we were not disappointed. The unit was clean and well maintained. Also, we loved the smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom. It’s a short walk to the beach, and it was fun to watch the golfers taking aim at par 3 hole that looked like it could be really difficult in windy conditions. "
