Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

"Sunrise view from 10th floor
Pros - 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 10th floor, no bugs, great appliances, full size washertdryer, great view.
Cons - one bed needed new mattress, we sprayed one shower with a clorox to remove mold, clean the stone shower floor.
We would stay again!"

"Great Condo with Lots of Room
This was a very clean and a large condo so we had plenty of room. Parking is great because it is assigned so there is no looking and wasting time looking for one. The location at Cherry Grove was great! These are just a few things that could have been better with the property not necessarily the condo itself. The listing advised ACTIVITIES DAILY-so it was expected that there were activities to do each day while there. I was unable to find any activities on the property. The lock to the door was a lock and key. This made it a little difficult with multiple people staying in the condo. There were only keys. This could be updated and make everything much easier if there was a keyless entry. With six people this made it difficult. The doors that go to the parking garage on the lower level to access the beach or the pool was not automatic. I know this might be petty, but when you are walking to the beach with chairs, bags and kids you then have to figure out how to get the door open. The trash dumpster was on the bottom level and not easily accessed and there are no directions other than there is a dumpster. It was more of good luck locating it. This is more for anyone that has any kind of walking disabilities. Over all the condo was very nice, this was just the property. "

"Not the best unit we’ve rented
Nice building on the beach with small indoor pool, outdoor pool and lazy river. Check in process was long (Saturday). Why not have keyless entry like our daughter & family had in unit next door?
Kitchen was lacking. Ex: all Teflon pans scratched up, three manual can openers and none worked.
Dull knives. One set of kitchen cloth/towels. No ceiling fans in front bedrooms. Washer/dryer were temperamental, flooring trim pieces off or loose causing tripping issues. No extra sheets. Our family had two other units and this one wasn't nearly as nice as the others. Beds and couches were comfortable. View is beautiful and beach so close. Another drawback - no restaurants or grocery stores within walking distance, unlike other units we've rented in the area. We reached out to mgt company several times regarding questions and issues and response times were very slow, if at all. While we enjoyed our stay, we did not feel the value was up to par with other units.

Great unit, nice furnishings, perfect location. Could have used some kitchen basics (salt/pepper, scissors, etc.) and more than 1 roll of TP per bathroom would have been nice. "

"Quick trip
Great place to stay.. Beautiful views, easy access from parking lot, short walk to beach, close to grocery and restaurants. Condo was clean and had all the amenities needed. Look forward to returning for another visit

"Spring Get-A-Way
The condo was fantastic! There were 3 couples and it was wonderful for each of us to have our own bed and bath. The unit is very well taken care of and we hope to stay here again in Spring of 2024
Just a note to anyone staying here - the parking is TIGHT. We have a truck and an SUV and if there was someone else parked across from us (if the building was full) we would not have been able to park our vehicles in the parking garage and there is no other parking available."

"Family Trip 2022
First time staying at Sunrise Point and we were very pleased with the condo. The rooms very very spacious and the pictures on the web were pretty accurate. It was very clean and the kitchen had plenty of supplies for cooking and preparing all meals. The beds and sofas were comfortable. The views were amazing for sunrises, ocean views and sunsets.
The only downfall was that the beach was very short and was very crowded because of that.
We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again! "

"Decent, but Problems
The unit was nice enough, but it had roaches. The rental company was responsive by sending an exterminator, but it just exacerbated the problem. We finally decided to leave our vacation early. On a positive note, the realtor did refund our money for the days we were not there. However, it didn't change the fact that our vacation was cut short and somewhat unenjoyable. We also lost a golf trip that was non-refundable."

"A well-stocked condo with a fantastic view
The condo itself was well stocked, especially in the kitchen. Only negative is no TV in the third bedroom. The mattress in the master is in good shape, but the other two could use replacing. I really wish the door was a digital lock versus keys. The dryer was not drying very well even though the lint filter was clear. Living room furniture was very comfortable and the recliners were great. The extra beach chairs on the balcony were a nice bonus. The heated pool was great because our temperatures were quite chilly several days. We would definitely stay here again. Clean condo and had everything we needed minus the few exceptions noted above. "

"Perfect Place to Unwind
The condo was lovely, spacious and had great views of the beach and ocean. All of the furniture was very comfortable including the beds. The only thing I would change is updating the locks on the door. I haven't stayed anywhere in a long time where you actually had a key. A keyless entry would make things a lot easier. "

"Vacay2021
We very much enjoyed our vacation in Myrtle Beach and really like the location of the condo, however the condo itself was not kept up very well considering the price for 1 week. The walls are in need of paint and where they painted they are only touched up and doesn’t match. The master bath shower was filthy with mold in the tile grout and the floor. The baseboards, walls etc were in major need of cleaning, some just dust/dirt, some had food substance or something on them. Honestly, I’m not sure why I payed the cleaning fee when they don’t clean other than make the beds. The dryer is broke and they did do their best to make good on it to get a repairman out there that we had to be on-site for him to fix, but it didn’t fix it. Truly if they would hire a new cleaning crew and do some deep cleaning the stay would have been excellent!!"

"Fall Trip with Family
Overall this place was nice. Two complaints though - pillows were horrible and place was not clean. Pillows were ridiculously tiny and flat. So much so that my husband and I bought 2 for our bed and accidentally left them there. Also when we got to the condo my 2 yo granddaughter pulled off her shoes and in less than 5 minutes her feet were brown. I immediately swept and mopped the floor in living room and kitchen and they were filthy. I would definitely suggest the cleaning service be changed. Also there was dust on all the lamp shades so it has been months since they were wiped down. Several damaged spots on walls and broken light bulb over dining table."

"Great Trip
Property was well maintained and a great location!
10th floor is a great location with two covered parking spots! The only issue we had was the 2.5-3 stars for cleanliness. Management team was great and check-in/checkout was a breeze!"

We had a wonderful time in Cherry Grove. The condo was in a great location with a wonderful view. Oceanfront location was great. Parking was very convenient. The only thing we would have changed were the beds. They were not very comfortable. Otherwise everything was excellent. "

We love Cherry Grove as a vacation stay-and had prior stays at Sunrise Pt. We desired oceanfront condo and chose this one.I think the pictures are from when this place was first needs Refreshed.I had to call about a torn, stained shower curtain and the cleaning upon arrival wasn't the best and the washer was full of lrg.amt.of Wet towels for us to attend to! An outdoor patio chair was broken and at Bar height anyone could have fallen and been hurt.A second key also did not work.
Not our best vacation experience and after complaining to Rental manager(shower curtain was replaced), we didn't even get a minimal refund or free cleaning at end. Won't use this unit again!

"Short Beach Trip with Family
Beautiful beach. Property was good size and great view, but dirty and fairly outdated. Pools were small and covered by the building. Would not rent this unit again. We had a great time as a family, but for the price, I have had much nicer facilities. Definitely would find another company to clean for the owner/rental agent. Unit was very dirty and obvious dust noted and even food substances found several places. "

Two broken closet doors. Broken chair on balcony. Cigarette butts on balcony. Piles of hair in the shower. Dishes were not put away and neither were the towels from the dryer. Dirty floors and ants in the kids bedroom. Very disappointed."
