Unit 101 was very clean, kitchen well equipped, nicely furnished, washer and dryer worked well, comfortable beds, good parking. Heated pool was one of the reasons we selected this unit for a November rental. Would rent again. Staff at North Beach pleasant and helpful."

Great location right on the beach! Perfect place for a large group. We loved the easy beach access, pool and lazy river. Security team was very diligent, ensuring only owners and guests were on the property. Interior of the condo was average...need to repair or replace chairs in kitchen due to chipping paint. "

We loved our stay in unit 101 at Ocean Bay Club in NMB. The ease of beach access and hallway outside the entrace door to leave your beach chairs made our stay convienient.
I would recomend upgrading the mattresses and both couches (they are too hard).
With these upgrades, we will for sure rent again!"
