This is an absolutely stunning LUXURY condo 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo on the 13th floor with incredible views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the ocean! Experience the ultimate in resort style living without the high priced resort fees. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, flat screen TV’s in the living room and all 4 bedrooms, upscale decor and furnishings. The balcony overlooks the marina & yacht club and is a great place to sit and enjoy the passing boats as they sail down the Intracoastal Waterway.

Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation date, all payments will be refunded less the cancellation fee of $100.00 and the insurance premiums (if purchased). Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

"The perfect place for a family vacation
We enjoyed our time in this beautiful 4 bedroom condo. It was just as advertised and the location was perfect. We found a few bugs but we took care of them. Other than that, no complaints. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Great Escape in Barefoot Landing Resort
Clean and Spacious Property with Spectacular Intracoastal View. Our extended family of 7 stayed at this lovely beach themed condominium on the 13th floor. This property had plenty of indoor dining seating. As a family we spent many hours on the balcony enjoying the water views of the pool below and the boats on the coastal way. A suggestion would be to provide more outdoor seating on the balcony. We used the beach chairs we packed for the trip and it worked out just fine. The listing on this property is accurately depicted and is actual very impressive in person. The 4 bedrooms are equipped with their own tv's, all appliances worked seamlessly, and we were able to control the air temperature within the unit. The clean and massive
pool is attached to the property and we never had a problem finding available seating. If you are sun shy bring a hat because the shaded seating does fill up fast. The location is fabulous. It is a short drive to Windy Hill beach and Barefoot Landinding with many dining and shopping options. Right off the main hghway 17 there is also surf/beach shops, fast food restaurants, mini golf, sugar candy stores, and a Food Lion. The marina restaurant is in walking distance directly next door to the property. It offers affordable cocktails and good food. Book now and don't wait. North Beach Realty who manages this property is extremely easy to work with. Great customer service and communication.
Hopefully our family will return again next year.

All the weather was cold and raining the condo was amazing. Well maintained and Spacious. Would recommend another chair for living to accommodate more people.

"beautiful place
The realty company was very nice and helpful. the condo was very nice with plenty of cooking utensils and the beds were comfy. There was an issue with the fridge which took a couple visits for them to fix but was taken care of. Having one pool key for 7 guests swimming at differnt times was a ad inconvenient and was a little confusing getting back into the building from the pool but once explained a day later was ok but should have been in the welcome packet. None of this would deter anyone in our group to not visit again. I really loved this place, it was little cool outside this time of year in April for swimming but the hot tub was useful. Would DEFINITELY stay here again."

Condo throughout was clean and tidy, kitchen and living area was comfortable and modern, bedrooms and bathrooms were large and luxurious. The views from the balcony and all East facing rooms was spectacular. NBR were superb with our group and we highly recommend them and this Condo."

"Great stay at a great location
This rental was the perfect location for our 9 person golf outing. Plenty of great food nearby along with 4 great golf courses on site. The room had a magnificent view of the intercostal waterway, pool, fireworks at the landing, and even a decent ocean view. Rental was very clean with only two recommendations for improvement: 1. Need to replace the shower liner in the hallway bath as it has a couple cracks which could lead to mold/water damage issues, 2. Need new mattresses in the rooms with twins, those 4 beds were pretty uncomfortable. Other than that, nothing bad to say about the location. We would definitely repeat. "

"Heaven on earth!
The main problem with the unit is the master bedroom gets the direct morning and its so much hotter than the rest of the condo and the ac unit is just not keeping it cool. Other than that it's a wonderful condo. Can't wait to get back in August. "

"Review of my stay
overall not bad, facility was clean. The person owning the condo beside us (she owned because she told us several times) couldn't have been more rude. My kids took the trash to the chute and walked past it (hes 12 it happens) she cussed him out because it activated her ring doorbell. It did happen a second time and she cornered him and yelled and cursed at him then I intervened and tried descalating the situation at which point I was told how powerful she was and that we're lucky she doesn't have us kicked out which she could do. So after being followed to my condo door while being cussed and yelled at I didnt hear from her again but I would let my son go out to the balcony alone after that."

"Better than expected
I was pleasantly surprised about how nice the condo we rented for the week leading up to 7/4 was. It was tastefully decorated and there was a lot of space for the 7 of us. The bonus was the gorgeous view overlooking the marina while sitting on the expansive lanai. We loved it and would love to stay again. The only downside was that there was some issue with the water getting hot. However, whenever I expressed concern, a maintenance worker was sent right over. Thee was also a misunderstanding on a phone call with a lady who accused me of raising my voice at her after she said she couldn’t hear me. I explained to her that is not who I am and I was simply repeating myself in a louder voice since she couldn’t hear me. I overlooked that, but I would suggest that she be properly trained on how to interact with guests moving forward. Overall, I rate this vacation experience with a 5-star!"
