Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation date, all payments will be refunded less the cancellation fee of $100.00 and the insurance premiums (if purchased). Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

"Great Vacation Week
Condo was as advertised. Great view of the ocean and met our needs. We arrived much earlier than check-in but while the room wasn't available, they gave us wristbands to the pool which was a great way to pass the time and keep the kids occupied. Only suggestion would be to put a keypad on the door as opposed to an actual key we had to always have on us."

"Beautiful Ocean Front Condo
My family had a great vacation and this condo’s accommodations were good. The only problem we had was the AC kept kicking the breaker. I called the agency and they got someone out to fix it and sent portable AC towers to use while having issues. The pools were great! I never stay somewhere that has rubber base around the pool deck, makes it so great for the kids not to sip and fall. The beach access was one of the bests we’ve had at Myrtle. Love the fact that they have cafe, poolside bar and ice cream available everyday. This particular condo was beautiful decorated and well stocked with cooking utensils. "

"Clean, close to beach and golf courses
The place is exactly like pictured, it was clean and nice views of ocean. The door is located directly across from the C tower elevator (which would have been nice if management company told us that for unloading). One elevator made a noise every time it went down which sounded like a bathroom fan being turned on and off, could be heard throughout the unit all day/night but bearable. Upon arrival to area I called the management company to see if we could get in early, they said it wasn't ready but would call when it was, we sat in parking lot for an hour so I finally went in at 4:20 and the women sitting on the right was not practically friendly, disappointed she never called me although it appeared she wasn't busy. Bring spices, beach chair and umbrella (they had one small one) if possible. Also, a telephone number for security would have been helpful because we had some young boys partying until 3 AM above us and when I yelled up to please be quiet they laughed and said no. I didn't want to call the police so I did get the security phone number the next morning so if it happened again I was prepared but it did not."

Great week awesome rental. On first day however a stranger opened our door up with a key and popped his head inside while I was in bathroom naked. It was pest control. We had no knowledge of him coming. "

"Fantastic condo, quiet with great views of the ocean!!
We selected this condo based on the pictures and the reviews and we were not disappointed! This condo is almost at the very top on the 15th floor so its very quiet. There were pool parties every night until 11pm but we couldn't hear it as it was so quiet up there. (others told us about the parties who were on the lower levels)
The condo is clean and comfortable - I typically don't like going to hotels and sitting on the furniture but this place is really clean and homey - I feel very comfortable relaxing in the living room, bedroom and kitchen.
This resort has great access to the beach and four pools or more. We spent a lot of time on the beach and going back to the pools.
The property management company is very responsive - we sent several questions before the trip and during as this was our first time in this location. They were very prompt and easy to work with. We enjoyed this trip so much that we have already put in our request to book it next year!"

"Kline/Koster Family Vacation
Overall we loved the location and the condo. We had obnoxious neighbors for a couple days and the dryer struggled. We also had to wash pots/pans before using as food debris was in some of them so we weren't confident the rest were clean. The toilet seat in the bath was broken but was repaired the next day. Also, the vent in that same bathroom doesn't work but we didn't report that. Other than that we were satisfied."

Unit was very clean and nice, the common areas provided by the building can definitely use some updating though. Warning though - we were denied access to gym and bar as we did not have key cards, and this was NOT disclosed by realtor upon booking."

"Fall Get Away
This rental property was just as listed. CLEAN and very comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped and could not have ask for more. Would rent this unit again. Resort was very quiet no problems although they are doing some work at the main entrance. Pool area/lazy river was clean and well maintained. Will stay here again."

I highly recommend this realty and I would definitely book through them again. The workers were more the helpful during my stay. The only thing I didnt like was booking with them i wasnt allowed to go into the arcade with my kids but I'm pretty sure that was the condos rule so that may be something that realty once to look into "

"Summer Beach Time With Family and Friends
Our stay at Beach Cove was very nice. The awesome 15th floor view took a bit to get used too. The 2 bed room 2 bath unit was very clean with comfortable amenities. I hope to return during shoulder season soon! "

"Good room, but resort needs work
The room was just as described and I’m good condition; however the common area was in a state of disrepair. The pool water was cloudy, the concrete floors are badly cracked, the overhead ceiling above the lazy river is missing in several areas, and some of the child safety gates are badly broken/missing."
