"PH16
The best part of this condo is the lanai which overlooks the ocean. The view is wonderful. The unit itself leaves much to be desired.
We arrived to a very unclean home: the furniture was dirty, ceiling fans, lamp shades, baseboards, plants all dusty.Dirt and dust under all the furniture. The walls are all scuffed and paint is chipping in several places on the ceilings.
Utensil and cabinet doors in the kitchen are broken. The wear and tear on the unit from having many renters was very obvious, and the owners are not bothering to keep up with it.
We had several problems also: the dishwasher leaked, the lock on the door didn't work and there was no electricity in the Master bedroom when we arrived. I will say, Maintenance took care of each of these issues in a very timely and professional manner."

"Snowbirds
This was our first experience at Crescent Keyes and we thoroughly enjoyed all this resort had to offer. The building is very well maintained, close by to all amenities and very quiet. The unit PH16 has a well-equipped kitchen and fabulous ocean views. The unit was very clean. In our opinion, this unit needs to be upgraded. Master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable and mattresses in other rooms should probably be replaced. The cheap covering on the kitchen and other cupboards has become unglued and was held together with tape during our 4 month stay. The dishwasher is rusted and quite temperamental. The dining room chairs are very low and we needed cushions to sit on in order to be at the proper height to reach the table....we are 2 adults of average height...5’10 and 5’6. We experienced 2 problems while we were there.....the TV and Refrigerator and both were replaced in no time. We have been renting from North Beach Realty for quite a few years and continue to work with Victoria for future rentals. Thank you Victoria for your kindness...you are special. "

"a few issues, but a great week
The week was great, the property could use a deep clean as the unit wasn't properly cleaned before our visit. A call to the owner resolved this issue which helps.

The property in general needed some work. There was some visible mold on the outside of the elevator and one of the three elevators was broken for the last 5 days of the trip. One of the lazy rivers was closed the entire trip due to a leak. This is not to complain, but to inform that the property in general was not in top tier shape.

The lobby was cleaned daily and the pools were very well maintained.

The bed mattresses were fine, but probably a little past their prime.

The kitchen was great and very well stocked."

Beautiful location. When I went to p/u keys at 3:45 the real estate appears to want you to wait until the dot of 4:00 before giving them to you. If the unit is ready why can't they call you to come in and get them. I would think its better for them instead of everyone bombarding them at 4:00 o'clock. "

"PH 16 Crescent Keys
Awesome Views of the Beach and Ocean from the Deck. Sheets and Towels provided. Spacious seating and dining area. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Just a few negatives. The floors and counter upon arrival were not very clean. The TV remote was not working properly. The pool area had limited lounge chairs. I would recommend staying here!"

"Never rent from North Beach Ever Again!
I will never rent from North Beach realty ever again! They charged me $20 per rubber wrist band for the pool. They never verbally told me they needed to be returned and have it in the fine print of a 20 page document that I signed. Both my husband and I have masters degrees and didn't see it. They gave me and my husband 8 bands. Who does that. The so called resort had two pools, one under maintenance and they NEVER asked to see a band. This soured the whole experience."
