Located at 1707 Perrin Drive, Malibu Pointe is a condominium resort with a Caribbean Flair. This 3 bedroom 3 bath unit has 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 Queen in the 2nd bedroom & 2 Fulls in the 3rd bedroom, sleeping 8 people.
This spacious condo has all the comforts of home while on vacation at the beach. There is an excellent ocean view from this 7th floor balcony. All bedrooms and living room have a flat screen TV. Your entire family can enjoy whatever cable channel they desire. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and Granite countertops. The appliances include built in microwave, dishwasher, flat top stove, oven and refrigerator. There is also a full size washer and dryer in unit as well as free Wi-Fi.
For amenities on the property there are outdoor and indoor pools, a hot tub along with a delightful lazy river and a kiddy pool. For those adults that like working out there is a glass enclosed exercise room with a wonderful view of the ocean and the pool areas. This property is NOT motorcycle friendly!!

Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the processing and insurance fees if purchased. If partially re-rented, will prorate your refund.

"Excellent Experience
The room is very nice, plenty of room to spread out. There's a great view of the ocean from the balcony. The pools were so nice and never over crowded. The beach access is directly across the street and there is a public access with a restroom and a ramp less than a block down that we utilized. I would definitely stay here again."

"Yearly vacation to North myrtle beach
The condo was clean and in a good location from the beach and the pools were warm and well kept and peaceful. My kids loved the pools.. unfortunately when we arrived we had no toilet paper or paper towels or laundry soap or dish soap. Which after a 13 hr drive everyone wanted to relax and qe had to run and get those things. 2 days later someone left those things at our door. Which was nice they didn't forget about us. The condo was set up so nice for us. I have 5 kids and my spouse and I asked my mother to come and it was arranged prefectly for a additional guest. Definitely enjoyed our vacation

Over all the rental experience was good with only 1 exception. I was not informed that the swimming pools and workout facilities would be closed. I totally understand why they were closed due to the Covid-19 situation but I was not informed of this at the time of booking."
