This 3 bedroom 3 bath unit has 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 Queen in the 2nd bedroom & 2 Fulls in the 3rd bedroom, sleeping 8 people. This spacious condo has all the comforts of home while on vacation at the beach. There is an excellent ocean view from this 7th floor balcony. All bedrooms and living room have a flat screen TV. Your entire family can enjoy whatever cable channel they desire. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and Granite countertops. The appliances include built in microwave, dishwasher, flat top stove, oven and refrigerator. There is also a full size washer and dryer in unit as well as free Wi-Fi. For amenities on the property there are outdoor and indoor pools, a hot tub along with a delightful lazy river and a kiddy pool. Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

Visitor Reviews (21) Write a Review! "Great room but unwanted guest We loved our stay. This place is more family friendly in a more family friendly location. The view is great. Plenty of space. There is technically an outdoor pool but it's completely covered by a roof so there is no sitting in the sun by the pool which was a bummer but the pools and hot tub is nice nonetheless. Short walk across the street to the ocean. Unfortunately our condo had a roach issue. We saw more than 9 roaches in separate rooms. I reported this to the office and they responded a few days later and basically just said " that's crazy, we're sorry about that - we get it sprayed but we will mention it to them". Which after a 13 hr drive everyone wanted to relax and qe had to run and get those things. 2 days later someone left those things at our door. Which was nice they didn't forget about us. The condo was set up so nice for us. I have 5 kids and my spouse and I asked my mother to come and it was arranged prefectly for a additional guest. Definitely enjoyed our vacation This year."
