This spacious condo has access to the oceanfront balcony from the living room and master bedroom. There are granite counter tops in the kitchen & bathrooms, flat screen TV's in the living room & bedrooms, a washer & dryer in the unit, and full kitchen. This unit can accommodate 8 with 1 king, 2 queens and a sleeper sofa. Located at 1625 South Ocean Blvd, the Crescent Shores Resort was opened in 2004 and is in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. This vacation property is closely located to shopping, dining, theater, and championship golf courses. Staying in the Crescent Shores Resort offers an incredible ocean front vacation experience that will create lasting memories for your family vacation. This unit is a two bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that sleeps up to 8 people with plenty of room for your family or friends. The property consists of: 110-foot ocean front pool two hot tubs 200-foot ocean front lazy river kiddy pool heated in-door pool plus a fitness center Free Fun Included Every Day! To enhance your vacation experience, North Beach Realty includes Xplorie, which means you get free admissions to some of the most popular attractions everyday of your stay!! ********PLEASE READ******** Onsite exterior building work will be going on from mid-September 2023 until the end of April 2024. This condo is located in the North Tower and the building work will be performed on the South Tower. However, there will be pressure washing at times and scaffolding onsite. At this time, there is not a schedule in place so we don’t know what will be done during certain months, but we do know that the big pool will be closed during this entire time for safety and liability reasons however, the lazy river and indoor pool will remain open while this construction is taking place. The work is expected to be completed in April, 2024, pending weather delays and unforeseen circumstances. Rates have already been adjusted accordingly. The elevator in the parking garage will also be out of order from December 1st - Mid February. NO MOTORCYCLES, BOATS, RV'S, GOLF CARTS OR TRAILERS ALLOWED ONSITE! WE DO OFFER FREE PARKING AT OUR LOCAL RENTAL OFFICE IF YOU PLAN TO BRING A MOTORCYCLES, BOAT, RV, GOLF CART, TRAILER AND/OR EXCEED THE NUMBER OF VEHICLES PERMITTED PER UNIT. PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK. Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

"Big Huck's Beach Retreat
Started off a little ruff. There was still just one elevator functioning in the north tower. Made it difficult with multiple people arriving around the same time. Temporary parking to drop of your belongings is very limited and difficult to first experience when trying to enter the condo was meet with a door malfunction. When I tried to unlock the door I could not get it to open. So I had to reach out to north beach reality to send assistance. The person I spoke with didn't see to sympathetic about my problem. Considering I just traveled 10hrs and dealt with a bunch of issues from the start. Considering the wait while carrying luggage up 3 flight of stairs because of the long waits to use only 1 elevator. With all that said the condo was is good shape for the most part. The view was phenomenal. The cleanliness was so so. My wife had to scrub the washing machine that had black mold in it. Not sure if I would return. I rate my customer service a 4 . The overall experience a 63"

Other than the jacuzzi tub not having hot water (they said they could come take a look at it, but I didn't want to disrupt my time there)everything else was awesome! "Overall very pleased.
I would rent this condo again, but only if a few changes were made. There was mold in the shower. I had to buy Clorox cleanup & clean the shower before I could use it. The fitted sheets did not fit the beds & I would recommend a quilt or blanket for the beds instead of a bed spread. "

"Fabulous View!
The view from the balcony was great. The furnishings were okay. If I owned the unit, I would have it painted, remove the peeling wallpaper in the second bathroom (a bit moldy in that area) and get the tile floors scrubbed. The dishwasher soap leaked and the commodes should be updated for ADA height!!! There was dust on the wall behind the king bedframe. The rug in the master needs serious cleaning. Please replace the bathroom bowl cleaners that are never moved (ugh what was under those). It would be great if a broom were available for the renters to sweep up sand. I mopped once, cleaned toilets and sinks a few times but that is a personal choice."

"Sunny days at N Myrtle Beach
We really enjoyed our visit to watch baseball and enjoy the sun. We were able to spend three days on the beach with mild waves and nice breeze. Our condo was very nicely furnished with everything we needed to cook and make ourselves at home. If we visit Myrtle Beach again we will definitely stay there. "

Loved the view, we could fall asleep to the waves every night & see a gorgeous sunrise every morning. There were a lot of dolphins that would swim around that we could easily see from our balcony. We enjoyed our stay, our only things for you to review are as follows:
1. Showers-( master, low water pressure) and other has water flowing out of shower head and bathtub faucet at the,same time; patio furniture was dirty and breaking ; low toilets are tough on old knees; living room sliding door was tough to open and close; parking became tougher, so loading and unloading was tough."

"Great View
Very nice unit. Living room furniture was fairly new as well as the carpet in the bedrooms. The maintenance issues that we had were in the bathroom where the GFI continued to pop. You could manually reset it and it would come back on, however my mother, 84, could not do that in the middle of the night. It was two days before they came to replace it. Light was falling out of the ceiling and although they put it back up, it fell out again within hours. The ice had a terrible odor. Didn’t seem to have a filter that could be changed. We bought ice to use. Parking across the street was fine. There was security on site. Elevators were easy to get."

"Wouldn't stay twice.....
Number one: the sheets and towels were clearly old, worn, and stained. That was probably the worst. The condo 304n crescent shores, really shouldn't have carpets. It was relatively clean. Bathroom could have used some work. However, otherwise it was not bad. But the place, crescent shores, we would never use again! You have to park across the street. Getting unloaded was ridiculous bc they let people park direct in the 15 minute loading spots. We have 4 kids and I'm pregnant and we unloaded from across the street. And the elevators were so packed that we had to walk half the stuff up the stairs to floor 3. Everytime we went on the balcony someone was smoking. We generally stay in non smoking buildings. And the lazy river was closed or didn't work quite a bit and the pool is very small. I think if you went during the season it would be impossible to get in the pool. Also kids werent allowed in the hot tub. Not a huge deal but maybe you could make one only for adults. Though one was closed a few days. It was tough the days the elevator broke too. One isn't enough. But that's not a huge deal anyway. We had time to be patient. "

"Great Ocean Front Location
This condo was accurately described and very clean but needs new carpeting in the bedrooms. The ocean view is lovely; however, we were unable to use the balcony during most of our three-month stay due to construction noise and dirt. I would not have booked this unit had I known about the construction but would gladly reccommend it once the work is completed."

"Enjoyable Stay
The place was great and the location, right on the water, was excellent. With one exception, I can't really complain about anything. We discovered that the door handle to the balcony from the living room was broken and a few times we almost were stranded out there because it took tremendous effort to open the door from the outside, particularly for me, a 70 year old. Other than that, which I did bring to the attention of the realty, our stay was very enjoyable."

We did have an issue with cleanliness and when we contacted the realty company they responded courteously and professionally. Our only concern with the location is that a few of the homes in the neighborhood were rundown. Spots in the parking garage were small and difficult to maneuver. Kudos to the maintenance workers at the property...always diligent and polite. Overall, our stay was most enjoyable and we highly recommend North Beach Realty. "

"Wonderful vacation
We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It's a lot larger than we anticipated. The washer had to be repaired but was done so immediately. Although one of the elevators that wasn't functioning, we took the stairway which led us right to the front door. It too was fixed but made move in a little hectic. Overall, great condo, comfortable beds and all the amenities on could need.
