"Great condo!
We rented this condo for a girlfriend getaway and we loved this place. We each had our own bedroom and bath and everything was very clean & the kitchaen was well appointed. The view and the location is great, near shopping & restaurants. This is a condo I would rent again.
The rental company is North Beach Realty and after hours key pickup is easy. (you must come between 4-5 to pick up your keys, etse they leave them in a lock box for you) However, I really dislike renting from North Beach Realty because they require you to come back in person the next day to take an imprint of your credit card. This is really inconvenient for me while I am on a 3 day vacation. We had to make a special trip out to do this & it is a pain as we already had to make 1 trip to pick up the keys the day before. This is the only rental compnay I have ever used that makes you do this. Why they cannot do this on-line is beyond me (we paid on-line in full weeks before). When I asked the lady at the North Beach Realty counter about it the next day, she literally walked away when I was asking why I couldn't just do this online - she clearly wasn't open to hearing feedback about the renting process of having to return to the office. This is the 2nd year I have rented from them and it bothers me enough that I will try to avoid renting from them in the future."

We loved the NB realty staff and all accommodations they provided. The 3 bedroom condo was beautifully updated with stylish quality furniture. We found the rental clean and welcoming. Loved the location. All factors included lead to a very enjoyable vacation for our 5 member family. "

"Beautiful condo with a phenomenal view
This condo was perfect, everything we expected. If I had to complain about anything I would say the check in time should be earlier and more smooth and the check out time should be later. You can't check in until 4pm and have to leave by 10am which is basically losing a day of your stay. "

"Very disappointed with VRBO, North Beach Realty, Owner and HOA!
We arrived and they were doing major renovations on the building so the pool and the lazy river and the entrance to the beach were all closed! The worst part was that VRBO, North Beach Realty, the owner nor the HOA never had the common courtesy to notify us about this. Instead the realtor told us that they had language in their contract that any amenities could be closed! Meanwhile they knew about this a week before. They even confirmed that a person checking out the morning before we checked in had complained! So they could of easily addressed this with us honestly and chose not to! I specificity asked if the pool would be open in April and heated as stated. They confirmed back in an email that the pool was open and would be heated! We had workers in our 8 th floor balcony at least two times a day! Even asking us to leave the balcony as we were sitting out! We fortunately had good weather so we tried to make the best of our stay. We had a beautiful view at a nice condo. But felt very deceived by all the people invoked in the rental of this unit! "

"Very nice condo
We booked last minute and the condo was perfect! Exactly as pictured and described. There were shopping carts and loading/unloading areas that made things easier. The only negative thing I could say was that beach access was difficult with carrying anything with you, 2 gates through the pool area, so we used the public access. It was also unclear on pandemic regulations in and around the property, but we were able to use our own precaution, hand sanitizer and masks as we felt necessary. It was ever too crowded to avoid riding in the elevator with people that did not want to adhere to the same precautions. "

"First time family vacation
The property was as pictures depicted, very beautiful and well appointed. It does need a deep cleaning and the check in process was very disappointing...we were not able to check in at 4:00 as told, but was close to 5:30....too long to wait after 12 hours on the road. The floors needed to have been swept before they were "mopped at"....sand was still everywhere. I was concerned about the cleanliness of everything else after that.The beach was beautiful and property well located to grocery stores, restaurants. The good time spent with family made up for most of it.

"Amazing Unit!
This unit is beautiful, clean, well stocked with dishes, utensils, extra blankets, everything you could think of! The beds were comfortable, the furniture is good quality, the decor is perfect! The view and location is also perfect! Hopefully the HOA takes care of the marijuana smell coming from 804 (medicinal or not) they should purchase an air purifier/sploof to keep the smell from the entrance hall and from the neighboring units - it was quite strong at times, even had the smoke alarm chirping one evening. We didin't spend much time in the room, but if we had I know it would have bothered us more. I would still highly recommend this unit!"
