This is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, townhouse located at Barefoot Golf Resort. You'll enjoy the peace & quiet of this golf community and enjoying the comforts of home while on vacation at the beach. Unit sleeps 8 with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 king in the 2nd bedroom, 1 queen in the 3rd bedroom and 1 queen in the 4th bedroom. (no garage access)
This townhome offers a spacious first and second floor layout that will offer plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, multiple flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi & free parking. Guests can also enjoy the comfort of a screened patio area off the back of the property.
The Havens has it's own private community pool & BBQ area. During peak summer months take the complimentary shuttle to the oceanfront. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented from the lifeguards stationed on the beach.
Barefoot Resort has four pro-designed, world-class golf courses, the Norman course, the Davis Love course, the Dye course, and the Fazio course. Golfers are welcomed by an elegant clubhouse. Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation date, all payments will be refunded less the cancellation fee of $100.00 and the insurance premiums (if purchased). Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

Our vacation was really nice. The location is close to restaurants shopping and bars. But let me just State one concern when I opened the door and stepped in I didn't step in I slid in which is a safety concern. Also the sofas had a very bad odor to the point none of us set on them we set the whole time in the four chairs at the round table. The small room with no window could use a television because you still have a guest staying in that room it's bad enough there's no window so a television gives you something to watch. In closing I would only recommend to a friend and return myself only if furniture is replaced. Not cleaned, replaced."

Great stay for four or 5 golfers but it says it sleeps 8 so bring air mattresses if you have more than 5 golfers as it only has 4 beds and a sleeper sofa."

Wonderful accommodations. Excellent location Perfect for the four golfers with the only exception being one of the bedrooms had absolutely no electrical outlets whatsoever in the room. We bought a extension cord for power. It must have been a walk in closet converted into a fourth bedroom. No outlets, no fan, no closet.
Overall I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I would recommend this vacation rental.

"NOT as good as advertised
Condo was nice and plenty of room! However, advertised free tickets with stay, called for information was told I had to call another company for the tickets. Also, had some issues with the washer and called to notify them and was told they would call us when they were coming. Never received the phone call. Was no that fun for the kids. Neighbors stare at you coming and going makes you feel like your not wanted there or your intruding on their property. I will not be booking again. Lady at the desk when we checked in was no that helpful with any questioned asked. Explained the passes, but seems like it's just all she says all day. Not friendly. Unit wasn't that clean either. Put enough signs up in the property about cleaning before you leave and not do. "

Not a very good experience since there is not good communication from the office to the visitor, there is not good attention, apparently they do not like Hispanic or brown people, the house is very big and beautiful but the bathrooms, the bathtub is not very clean, the toilet has hair and the sinks not very clean, also the floor very sticky, sofa bed and kitchen with dirt, appearance of cleanliness but not adequate"

The place is dated and can definitely use and update. The furniture is uncomfortable and not very nice. They list it as a four bedroom, but one room is definitely not a bedroom. There isn’t even an outlet to plug anything into. There is no window in the room either. "

" Quite the un-relaxing stay
We were greeted upon our 10pm arrival to sand on the kitchen counter, dirty toilet in the master, mold along the shower and very stained, dirty looking carpet in the bedrooms. The co diction was such that we wondered if the bed linens had even been cleaned before our stay. Not a very restful thought after a long day of travel. One message to North Beach Realty and someone was sent to clean in the morning. The other 4 days of our stay were met by pounding on our roof and the ringing of our doorbell every morning by 7:30-8am with a request to move our vehicles. There was so much debris, roofing materials, nails, etc strewn all over our front and back yard, drive and sidewalk. One day, upon our return from the beach in flip flops, there was a ladder over our front door and roofing nails all over the sidewalk, lawn and front porch. We had to request the ladder be moved so we could get in our my opinion, due to safety hazard, as well as so much interruption in our vacation, this property should not have been rented out during this construction. The property itself suited our needs pretty well besides the 4th bedroom actually being more like a closet with no window.

"Golf Trip Oasis
This property did not disappoint. It is comfortable and very convenient to the courses we were playing (we were not playing any of the Barefoot Resort courses). The only recommendation I would have to potential visitors, have all of your streaming usernames and passwords handy, as the tv is limited to streaming only. Otherwise, we will stay at this property again."

The management agency was excellent to deal with. Any questions or concerns were answered immediately and they couldn't have been more accommodating. Aside from the carpeting needing to be replaced, the property was very clean. The property owner does need to update kitchen utensils, pots and pans etc.for people that are there for extended stays. "

"Never again
Be young or the stairs will kill you! You freeze downstairs and have to run the air conditioner upstairs with snow outside. Lack of hot water to cover getting dressed for the day. Needs tlc from the owner to make it the jewel she thinks it is. But that's not a reflection on north beach Realty they are always wonderful to rent from."

The "4th BR" should not have been called a BR. There were No windows, no closet and no fan. It essentially was a storage area with a bed and dresser. The gal that stayed in here found it to be airless and very tight. "

This property was awesome. It was peaceful and quiet. The townhouse was new and beautiful. The area was beautiful and quiet but still very close to everything. The staff was amazing and very friendly. All my questions were answered immediately. I highly recommend this group and area. I will never stay in a motel in Myrtle beach again. I will return and I will try to get this unit every time."

"Excellent!
This 4 bedroom property is beautiful, just like the pictures show! It was very clean. There are an abundance of fresh, clean bath towels, but bring your own beach towel. The townhouse is spacious and the screened patio is nice.
Although we received 2 parking passes, there is not enough space to park a second car in the driveway, and it's not permitted to be parked on the street, but this is not a big deal since we parked our second car by the nearby pool area. This townhouse is defintely a 5 star rating and is highly recommended. This area within Barefoot Resort is also nice. Getting to the beach in our car was easy as was driving to and parking near the North Tower pool."
