Located at 1707 Perrin Drive, Malibu Pointe is a condominium resort with a Caribbean Flair. This 3 bedroom 3 bath unit has 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 Queen in the 2nd bedroom & 2 Fulls in the 3rd bedroom, sleeping 8 people.
This spacious condo has all the comforts of home while on vacation at the beach. There is an excellent ocean view from this 7th floor balcony. All bedrooms and living room have a flat screen TV. Your entire family can enjoy whatever cable channel they desire. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and Granite countertops. The appliances include built in microwave, dishwasher, flat top stove, oven and refrigerator. There is also a full size washer and dryer in unit as well as free Wi-Fi.
For amenities on the property there are outdoor and indoor pools, a hot tub along with a delightful lazy river and a kiddy pool. For those adults that like working out there is a glass enclosed exercise room with a wonderful view of the ocean and the pool areas. This property is NOT motorcycle friendly!!

Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation date, all payments will be refunded less the cancellation fee of $100.00 and the insurance premiums (if purchased). Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

"Beach Trip condo
My family and I stayed in the condo for our yearly beach vacation! We loved the location, which was perfectly located to the beach and plenty of things to do but away from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle’s strip. The condo was very clean! My only complaints are that there was hardly anything in the condo. Not even cleaning spray to clean the counters with or a small
amount of dish soap. So forget about anything great to cook with. Which resulted in us needing an expensive trip to Walmart since we were cooking a lot. "

Clean and as advertised. We have stayed in this complex 3 or 4 times and will probably return as it fits our needs perfectly as everyone likes their own bathroom. For this unit I would recommend a new shower head in the master bath."

Beautiful area. We had a good stay. Only issue was that the balcony didn't lock. We didn't discover it til day we left because we didn't use it. Beds were very uncomfortable. We stayed in 705 last year. Would return to malibu pointe year after year."

we loved staying here. It was not in the middle of everything which we loved but still had stuff near to do. We had a nice condo, no complaints with that either! The only thing was the chairs on the balcany were ripping but I am sure that is normal wear on them so totally fine! "

"September Beach Trip
We really liked this condo at Malibu Pointe. It was clean and comfortable. We had no issues at all except for having new towels in the condo that had never been washed. And when we washed them we had a big lint problem. But I don't think that is something that would happen often. We had a great beach view and a small walk over to the beach. I would recommend this condo to all my families and friends. We were not aware of free daily activities and did not take part in that offer."

Family and I had a wonderful time. Condo was beautifully decorated. Only thing, please have owner purchase new pots. They are very rusty and old. Pools are very well maintained and clean. This was my 4th time staying at Malibu just different units. Area is very conveinent to everything. Will stay again."

"We’re Coming Back!
We stayed at Malibu Point 505 and it was truly amazing wonderful! The condo was very nice and had much more space than we anticipated. The view of the ocean was great even though we it is across the street from the beach. The building was not busy like most resorts which we loved and having a covered pool was great when it rained and it was a nice reprieve from the sun. The building is older so don’t expect everything to look shiny and new but it was perfect for a short beach vacation for a family of 5. We definitely will look into renting this unit again. "

We was impressed with the condo. The ocean view from the large balcony was awesome. Condo was extremely spacious and updated. The pools were maintained extremely well. We had an issue with our dryer and it was fixed immediately. Floors wasn’t clean (needed to be swept & mopped) but everything else was clean. Kitchen needs pans for the oven. Would definitely stay at this condo again. "
