The kitchen comes with an array of cookware and appliances. You could whip up a meal here to your liking on the sprawling easily head to the on-site restaurants! We suggest feasting on some tasty breakfast with a side of ocean views at the Quarterdeck Restaurant.
The charming dining room table presents an ideal place to rendezvous. From breaking bread to playing board games, guests can spend plenty of quality time together here. The spacious patio invites everyone to gather for a dessert afterward while enjoying the fresh air.
The living room delivers the perfect place to retire for the day. Those on the couch can look at the day’s photos together while others on the recliners can catch up on reading materials. Better yet, the large flat screen TV makes for an ultimate way to kick back with a good movie.
As you walk in, the cheerful master suite greets you with a queen-sized bed fit for two. Guests can retreat here to watch their choice of shows before calling it a night. The rosy en-suite bathroom also provides a highly accessible walk-in shower.
Across the hallway, the guest bedroom offers two cozy twin beds. If guests need to wind down before drifting into a slumber, watching a movie on the flat screen TV will do the trick. Those here and on the sofa sleeper can easily access the shared guest bathroom.
Eat, play, and relax to your heart’s delight all just outside your condo! If you’d like to try out other local dining options and attractions, you’re close to it all. River City Cafe dishes out delicious burgers and The Library serves up exquisite seafood dishes down the road. Within a quick drive lies shopping centers, family amusement parks, golf courses, and more!

"Great place to stay
Overall the stay was good . The room was very clean , all the different pools were a plus with small kids . The place was in a good location as far as a very short walk to the beach , also didn’t take long to get to things to do at night . The extra offers , like the little playground and the grills on site were a big plus .
Only downsides : our car tray got hit while parked in the parking lot ( no major damage just a busted light ) but there are cameras everywhere BUT the parking lot . And the people below us smoked weed all day it seemed , there was almost constant smell of it , sometimes so bad my kids couldn’t be out on the balcony . Not the establishments fault , just something to note . Overall I would definitely stay here again . "

"NOT 'Fantastic' Condo!
Unit was basically clean...but the carpets were stained and dirty, the dining room chairs stained and needed towels over them to sit, the stove drip pans absolutely disgusting and rusty. Bathrooms very clean, hardwood floors very clean, and the bed was good. Hallway carpet and elevator..old and stained. We enjoyed being at MB but would not rent at this location again."

"Dated & disappointed
The condo is very dated. It needs a new couch with a bed that doesn't slope head down, it was not a place for anyone to sleep. The second bedroom had a lamp with a cracked shade & drawn on. The master shower felt like you were going to fall through it and had NO water pressure, especially if someone else turned on water. The kitchen faucet was only half attached to the sink. The deck sliders only locked on one side & had no lights on the deck. The seam across the middle of the floor was a trip hazard, particularly for the 70 year old grandmother. We would not rent this unit again. The complex itself is crowded and loud, with an extremely large amount of smokers. "

"CUTE PLACE
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very clean and cozy. Beds were comfortable. AC worked great. Good WiFi. Nice TV in each room. I don't remember if it was advertised as a ocean view, but I would not consider it one. It looks over campground next door and if you stand all the way at end of balcony and looked over, you can see ocean. This unit is not too close to elevator or laundry area. Only small complaint was shower pressure was not good. Bldg grounds are nice, but the stairwells were hotter than hot. they need some air circulation put in there. It was Great that pools were open until 11pm!
All being said, I would rent this condo again. Remember the closer to the ocean, the more you pay. Rate was reasonable.

"Family Fun
This unit was at the far end of the property so there was a lot of walking to get to the many activities. The unit was reasonably priced. The beds were not very comfortable but the unit had everything we needed. We enjoyed the Quarterdeck bar with live music every day and evening. We had lunch there one day and it was very good. We felt very safe in this gated resort. The beach was beautiful and easy to get in and out of."

I had a great stay. I would use the services again. The only problem was that one of the bathrooms had only issues (no water pressure). I tried to call and inform you, but the office was closed. However, it did not make my sushi any less enjoyable. We had a wonderful vacation. "

The condo was a decent size for the price and 5 guests. Not too cramped at all! Nice having televisions in each bedroom and in living space. Very clean aside from a few hairs from previous tenants in the shower. Access to the beach was right out the door and a brief walk. Entertainment offered nightly. Overall we were very pleased with everything and the check in/out process was easy. Would stay there again!"

The resort was very nice. The room was clean upon arrival. The AC was set to a perfect temperature upon arrival. There is plenty of sleeping space. The only complaint I really have is that the bed in the master bedroom is too small. The bed should be atleast a queen size bed. I love that fact that the rooms were nice and dark so we were able to sleep in a little on vacation. "

Management staff were easy to get through to and pick up keys. Property was excellent, fun for all members of the family. Everything we had planned was within close proximity, just a short car ride away. This location is perfect for a family and makes you feel like your home. "
