CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: All cancellations of a Confirmed reservation are subject to a $75 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to your check-in date, any advance deposit will be refunded less the $75 cancellation fee. No refund of any advanced payments will be given if a cancellation occurs within 30 days of check-in date and unit is not re-rented. Please note: If for any reason the rental property you have reserved becomes unavailable, Myrtle Beach Management (MBM) shall be held harmless by Guests and will provide comparable accommodations at the original rate whenever possible.

A request to change reservations to a different property will be treated as a cancellation and therefore subject to this cancellation policy. NO refund of advance payment(s) will be given in the event of a "no-show." In addition, if final payment is not received by 30 days prior to check-in, then Myrtle Beach Management (MBM) may cancel the reservation. In such event, any advance payment(s) will not be refunded. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO HURRICANES, CANCELLED FLIGHTS, MANDATORY EVACUATIONS OR OTHER UNFORESEEN EVENTS. PLEASE SEE TRAVEL INSURANCE SECTION BELOW.

"Suggestions
We had a wonderful stay at your Resort and will be back next year if possible. Our condo A316 was not very clean. I would suggest a better cleaning team. I would also like to suggest cleaning the living room couch as well as a new bedspread in the master bedroom as well as a ceiling fan. I have only good words for all staff members especially Jordan who was a great help when the food crusher broke and floated the kitchen. God willing, see you next year for another great holiday!!!!"

Being AT THE BEACH for a Week ! Nice well equiped 2 bedroom home. Comfortable and Clean (except for the floors). Would have loved "BlackOUT Drapes" in Bedrooms, too Much Light coming in from windows. Having said that, it would not stop me from RETURNING :). We had Great View out on the Large Balcony, and Deck Chairs were Nice. Please don't change then to the Higher ones, where a child can easily fall over. OverAll a Great Stay :) "

"Family Fun in Myrtle Beach
Our condo was pretty much as described. We did not have enough pillows. Kitchen was well equipped. Water pressure in showers was awesome. The main complaint was the key situation. It was inconvenient to have to drive to the property management company to pick up keys and it was also a pain to stay on top of keys for 2 weeks. They need to switch the lock on the door to a keypad. We were there with 4 grandkids and every time they needed something we had to go up with them to make certain that the key did not get lost. It is so old school to have to work with keys. Other than that the unit was as described. "

Great location and premises. The apartment’s floor was very dirty when we arrived. A lot of sand and dirt on the floor. Furniture had a lot of dust and air conditioner vents were also dirty. The elevator was not working on the day we arrived so we had to bring our luggage to the apartment using the stairs. But, besides that, We liked the location and the pool areas. "

"OK but a few issues
The location was good, and MBR is a great place for a family vacation. The unit, however, had a few deficiencies. Upon arrival on Saturday, we discovered that two of the four chairs on the balcony were broken and not useable. We left a voice message with management, and to their credit, the chairs were replaced on Monday. The coffee pot did not work at all. We called about it as well but never did receive a replacement. The lazy susan in the kitchen was very dirty. It was apparent that it had not been cleaned in a while. "

We called in a concern and it was taken care of right away. we got the unit that we picked. they let us know right away that the unit was ready for move-in before check in time. Clear instructions were give before check in and what to do during check out."

"Nice condo, good location
We had a great time in this condo. The balcony has a great view of the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathrooms clean and functional. The kids loved the bunk beds! Furniture is a little dated, but we didn't spend much time inside anyways. I was hesitant about being on 3rd floor, but the elevators were fine and the stairs and easy alternative. No issues. We'll be back!"

"2014 MB July Vaca
After using Myrtle Beach Management for over 15 years I will be going through a different company. There were some things in the condo that we were not happy with, broken pull out couch, cold showers, but it was the lack of concern or resolution from the management company that led us to this decision.

We love the resort and will be coming back next month."

"Night mare
Walls and floors were so thin, building was out dated, not well equipped . We had to put up with people running, walking heavy , dragging furniture across floor all day and into the night, security said nothing they could do till 11 to 8. Sink leaked soaking my shoes. We will never return here was the pits of a Thanksgiving ..."

Great time! Wonderful location! Condo has everything we needed! This is our second time at this resort and in the same condo! Plenty of room and sleeping space. (Sleeper sofa is a bit uncomfortable and probably could use a new mattress) overall would definitely recommend! "

"Great Family Resort
We had a wonderful time at this resort. The room was exactly what we needed, and just enough room for us. The walk to the beach was very short so that was nice when you have young children. The pools were great and fenced in so it was easy to keep an eye on everyone. Love the lazy river! We will definitely come back!"

"Visit
Resort in a great location - have stayed here several times in different units. Last couple of years have been "bothered" by the birds defending their nests on top of the next building to where we stayed. The noise went on day-to-night. Can't something be done about this? I mentioned it to one of the guards and he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about - he had to been deaf. One thing we have continually been disappointed with Myrtle Beach Resorts is the temperature of the water in their indoor swimming pools. We have mentioned this more than once to several employees. Water is just too cool. Unit we stayed in had great rocking chairs on the porch. Master bedroom was okay (floor next to the closet squeaked though.) Dissatisfied with the guest bedroom -- had bunk beds and no closet. We love the location and easy parking of the resort and will probably continue to return for another visit in the future. "
