Linens included are as follows: 4 towels, 4 washcloths per king, queen, or full bed. 2 towels, 2 washcloths per twin bed. 2 hand towels and 1 bathmat per bathroom. 1 kitchen hand towel and 1 kitchen dish rag. You will also receive a starter roll of toilet paper in ever bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen. ***
House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

"Another great stay!
From the ease of the reservation system through checkout this has been another great stay! This condo is 2 blocks from the beach in a quiet residential area of Surfside Beach. It’s an easy walk to several good restaurants many featuring live music. The condo itself is clean, well stocked with all cooking needs including a drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig. There’s seating for 6 around the dining room table and additional seating at the bar. Furnishings are in great condition and very comfortable. Everything in the condo worked perfectly and we had no issues with maintenance. There’s a bit of noise from the above and adjacent condos but was not a problem for us however it could be an annoyance for light sleepers. We were sent a text message from the property manager letting us know that the condo was ready for our arrival all it took was a key code and our vacation started. The property manager is quick to reply to any questions or concerns that may come up during your stay.
I would recommend this condo if you’re looking for a quiet location close to the beach and reasonably priced. Once you park there’s a high likelihood that you will not move again due to the walkability of the area and nearby restaurants. We were very pleased with the experience and will be staying again in the future.

"Surfisde Beach golf week
we enjoyed this location, proximity to beach,walking paths, restuarants. Pool was nice. Furniture in bedroom 2 not as shown on site: very disappointed with beds and layout. baseboards very dusty throughout and in need of attention and paint.slats in all louvered doors very dusty throughout; balcony furniture adequate, but flooring not swept prior to our arrival. "

My sibling and parents stayed at this unit for a few days. The beach was barely a 2-minute walk, not far from convenience stores or restaurants. The unit was also very clean and accommodating. "

"Very cosy and well maintained condo
We stayed here 4 nights around the Memorial Day weekend. Very close to the beach, nice pool, well equipped condo. We ate out once a day and had snacks/leftovers at the place. Good to have a well-equipped kitchen. Laundry helps too. I just wish they had a couple of beach chairs/umbrella as we flew in and could not carry those things. Minor thing is that bedrooms and bathrooms don't lock. There should be a lock that can be opened from the outside in emergencies. My son forgot his airpods and they even found it and mailed it to us. Check in and out was very easy."

"Great beach condo
The condo was in a great location. It is close to the beach(walking distance) and lots of restaurants and things to do nearby. Check in was easy. We got a text with a code for lock box. Parking was easy right by room. It was very clean. Cute beach theme. Living room furniture is new. Kitchen had everything you need to cook. Also had washer dryer. We rented the condo to visit family nearby and attend a college visit. It rained so we never got to walk on the beach. I would definitely rent this condo again in the summer. It was perfect for us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

Place was very clean and the area we were in was a very quiet area no noise at night. Few restrictions I didn’t like from other places I have stayed at in the same area. 1. There is no feeding the water fowl on the little lake there and no fishing in the lake. Other places I stayed there was no problem with that."
