CDC CLEANING AND DISINFECTING
NOTE: In addition to the normal housekeeping departure clean our cleaners have added to their routine the proper sanitation of highly touched services which are not limited to: door handles, light switches, remotes, alarm clocks, dresser knobs, décor, lamps, thermostats, phones, hangers and irons. Gloves and masks are worn at all times and the cleaning agents used are those recommended by the CDC.

Get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Myrtle Beach and get to know the quite side. This Condo is perfect for your family or golf foursome. Located in Fairways at River Oaks, this unit will sleep 8 with a King Bed and full bath and walk in closet in the Master. Twin Beds in Bedroom 2 and a Queen in Bedroom 3 and sleeper sofa in the living area. The Full Bath adjacent to the 2 guest bedrooms also contains the full size Washer and Dryer. You will also find a kitchen that has granite counter tops. This kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, and cups. So whether you decide to stay in and cook, go to one of the grills located in the community or go to one of the thousands of restaurants in the area you will have everything you need.
The condo has a perfect centralized location for access to any of the Grand Strands top golf courses, easy access to 17, 501, and 31, and less than 10 minutes from the beach. No matter where you want to spend time this condo will be the perfect location for you.

***Housekeeping Fee includes: Departure cleaning service and Linens
Linens included are as follows: 4 towels, 4 washcloths per king, queen, or full bed. 2 towels, 2 washcloths per twin bed. 2 hand towels and 1 bathmat per bathroom. 1 kitchen hand towel and 1 kitchen dish rag. You will also receive a starter roll of toilet paper in ever bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen. ***
House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

"Overall happy besides having to clean
The condo was very nice. Master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable, as well as the couches. The unit was not cleaned as it should have been. The floors were not swept or mopped. Food on the living room tables. The ceiling fans were covered in dust. The dryer lint trap was packed with lint, could have caused a fire. The heating and cooling units filter was clogged, they came to replace it 2 days later. Besides these few things, the condo was in very well kept condition and was just like the pictures. Very spacious. I’m just upset that you have to pay $205 for the housekeeping crew, but I had to clean the condo upon arrival when I’m there for vacation. "

Perhaps only downfall were the number of families in the complex, might look for something more adult for next trip. "

"River Oaks Rental
Overall, it was a good experience. The only problem we had was we needed updated pool passes from homeowners & during our 6 week stay (even after requesting) we were never able to get any. The community has very firm rules about using the appropriate passes so my kids, unfortunately, were only able to use the pool one time until they asked us to leave. "

The property 23D needs work. Door in front of laudry kept falling off track and bruised leg. Called when first arrived and we were there 6 nights and no one ever showed to fix. Deposit was not refunded. Said couch had smell and a spot on it. Sent in pictures where first arrived and showed spot on couch and door. "
