As each property in Kingston Plantation is independently owned, bed configurations may vary. In this unit, you'll find a king bed in the master, two queen beds in the second bedroom, and two queen beds in the third bedroom. Additionally, there's a pull-out sofa bed in the living room.
Situated just minutes from Downtown Myrtle Beach, Kingston Plantation spans 145 acres of meticulously landscaped grounds, offering half a mile of secluded beaches, 24-hour gated security and pools.

The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.
House Parties and Groups:
House parties and groups with members under 25 years of age are prohibited. We only rent to non-family groups if all members are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation of age by groups will not qualify for refunds.

"Another Amazing Stay in South Hampton 305
Our family is a repeat customer of South Hampton 305. The condo is so spacious and is perfect for our adult children to have their own space. I love the new check-in process and not having to go to the rental office at another location to pick up the key. They also had the condo ready for us to check in early. There was even a beach chair in the closet this time that we took advantage of. The location is perfect. I highly recommend staying here. "

Loved the location, cleanliness, and space. We will return. However, the key pick-up and drop-off process is a little time consuming. It would be a little better to have a keypad, or key lock box, on the condo door. "

"Decent stay
Overall the photos are better than real life. The owners do care about the look and feel and we appreciated it. We would have liked better furniture as some had stains on it. There are no ceiling fans so the ventilation is not great. I feel they can do some upgrades to help the accommodations. (The guest baths were renovated while the master is quite outdated and not functional if you are tall. Now for the cleaning crew- we arrived and there were no starter soaps, dish detergent etc. The dishes were still in the dishwasher which I assume was something they should have done. The sink in the guest bathroom was clogged. The a/c units were easily accessible and when looking in, there was a ton of mold on the padding and the filters hadn’t been changed in what looked like years. If you are ok with an older building, then this does the job for a quick getaway."

This condo is perfect. Beautiful comfortable furnishings. New beds and couches are so comfortable. Owners supply everything you need in the kitchen and laundry areas. So clean. Just a perfect beach condo. Our return visits to the area will most definitely be at this condo. Thank you to the homeowners for sharing their lovely home!
The only feedback for the management company is regarding the check in and check out process. The website does not state that the key pick up and drop off location is located 15 away from the property. Luckily the wonderful condo made up for this inconvenience. A keypad on the door or a lockbox on the property would really make the process streamlined. "

This is a great condo in an excellent location. This was my 3rd time staying in the Kingston Plantation area and it was a great experience once again. We will be back! There were a couple of minor inconveniences with the condo, one of which was the refrigerator wasn't cooling properly but we contacted maintenance and they took care of it immediately. Overall I am very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend!"

"Golf/Beach Vacation
The Condo is conveniently located in Kingston Plantation clos to shopping, Restaurants golf courses and the right on the beach. The condo was clean and equipped with four large flat screen TV's and a DVD player and necessary linens, cutlery, dishes and appliances. "

"Family Spring Vacation
I was very pleased with the unit. The set up and amenities in the unit were excellent. My only complaints are I could not pick up and drop off the keys on site. The internet was intermittent. At times it worked fine and other times you could not get on or lost it if you were on. While the listing mentions 11 pools, spas, pool side activities health and sports comlex and tennis courts. These were not available to us since we did not rent from Hilton. While other pools were open when we arrived we could only use South Hamptons pool which did not open until our last 2 days."
