Cancellation Policy: If your cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to your reservation date, all payments will be refunded less the cancellation fee of $100.00 and the insurance premiums (if purchased). Any reservation cancelled within 30 days will have to be re-rented for the same rate and period before we can refund your payments less the cancellation fee and insurance fees (if purchased). If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

"Great Place
We loved our time here! We hated to leave! It was the perfect place for our family of 5! Clean. Everyone was so nice. We hope to return here next year! The walk wasn't bad to the beach, it was just farther than I thought it would be. I have back problems, but we made it. I wish the bathtub would've had a plug. It's somewhat painful for me to stand in the shower. I loved having a washer and dryer! We were able to wash our towels everyday. We just brought along some Tide Pods. "

We had a great fall break vacation. The condo/resort was exactly how described. It was a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, clean home on the beach for the week. Yes, the condo is a bit dated, but it had all that we needed to enjoy our week. "

"Could have been better
Honestly the place looked better in pictures. We arrived at our rental and walked in with 2 roaches in the kitchen and on the queen bedroom. The unit was not clean so I had to clean it myself. The blankets in closets were not washed/cleaned. The master bedroom sink on one side would plug if you ran water and the toilet in the master had a handle that would not work properly so the toilet ran if you didn’t fix it. The garbage disposal spelled like old fish/ food. I called the company to complain and the lady on the phone did not want to hear it and told me to call maintenance. The maintenance guy came he was very nice but unfortunately everything he thought he fixed was not fixed. Overall we made the best of it since we were from out of town and didn’t want to leave. On top of it all it wasn’t beachfront we had a building directly in front of us and the beach was to the left. Not satisfied at all.

"A slice of heaven!
Really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Creek! Beautiful gated community where we felt safe! Unit was in the North Tower with beautiful ocean views! Loved it! The unit could use some updated & more comfortable furniture in the living room area & new locks on the door as it was really hard to get open."

"Beautiful View
Unit was just as described with a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Master bathroom vanity was brand new. Kitchen was a little outdated but served its purpose. A keurig coffee maker would have been nice. Rental company was good about replacing a non working light in one of the bathrooms. Resort was close to everything. "

We had a great time. Very clean and everything was just as described. There were magazines, books and games for us to enjoy. Our view of the ocean was awesome. A surprise was the quite, we couldn't hear our neighbors or the people above us. We will definitely be staying here next year."

"Wonderful vacation condo for families - lots to see and do!
We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having access to the ocean, the inlet, and multiple swimming pools. The condo was very close to many shopping and activities. The condo had 3 full bedrooms and bathrooms, so we all had our own space to move around. Excellent view of the ocean, inlet and little duck pond from our balcony. I would stay here again! Easy to work with the realty office, too!"

"Nice getaway-don’t trust the app
Rented a 3 br/ 3 ba oceanfront unit. Clean and functional- if not a little dated. I would give 5 stars but we did find 2 monster water bugs on separate occasions. Kitchen was fully outfitted, although ice maker did not work. Also be careful with the dryer- it was super hot even though I set the temp on low. The Hospitality App the rental company suggested using did not have accurate directions to the rental office. Very frustrating. Otherwise check in and out was easy- although 4 miles away so not convenient. Overall decent value. "

Victoria from North Beach Realty is the best property manager I have ever dealt with - she is super efficient and responds to requests immediately. Excellent customer service.
The condo is dated but comfortable and clean. It is roomy and bright - side view of the ocean. The grounds at Ocean Creek Plantation are well manicured and attractive, Nice & close to the ocean. Restaurants, mall, attractions are all close - some even within walking distance. Would recommend this to friends."

"October at Myrtle Beach
Our recent visit to Ocean Creek Plantation was very enjoyable. The condo met our expectations and was described accurately on the website. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The complex provided many opportunities for walking and exercise. The outdoor pools were open but chilly and we didn't get to the indoor pool. The complex was very centrally located so we were able to take advantage of many local restaurants and shopping without driving long distances. The condo was large enough to accommodate 6 adults comfortably. The complex is older and renovations were being done on some of the property while we were there but it did not effect our rental. Our unit needed some cosmetic updates with the cabinets in the kitchen and baths as well as a working ice maker but they did not hinder our rewarding stay. We would recommend this property and hope to come back again."

Every year me and my 4 girlfriends go to North Myrtle beach in September. We have been doing it for 20+ years. This year we chose to stay at Ocean Creek Plantation through VRBO. We really liked the place. It was clean, spaceous, great view of the beach, and we loved having that third bathroom!"

Location is key to the success of a vacation, and this one has it! The property is a gated, quiet community. With great shopping/dining options within walking distance. The unit itself has a beautiful view of the beach/ocean - we could hear the waves from the balcony.
The unit is overall in great condition - clean linens and plenty of towels, kitchen well stocked with cooking/dining supplies and nicely appointed.
Already looking forward to our next visit :)"

The rental company made it easy to get into the hotel and provided plenty of information. We did have to contact maintenance to fix a tub drain and light with some delays. But the maintenance guy was very nice and got it done. Everything was very clean and we enjoyed the stay. Some repairs still needed, but just details."
